    Dear customer care,
    We had bought a Selfie stick from the Inflight catalogue while travelling from
    6E- 146, on 12-02-2015, from BLR to DEL, scheduled to depart at 1210Hrs and arrive at 1450Hrs.

    6E- 146, on 12-02-2015, from DEL to LKO, scheduled to depart at 1655Hrs and arrive at 1800Hrs.

    HOwever, when we tried to use it, even after charging the stick, it is found faulty, Please advice us on how to proceed.

    Indigo – Worst Service even when Your baggage is Lost

    I have taken the Dubai – Chennai route flight in Indigo on Nov 09th 2014 & to the worst I was leaving to Chennai for my Marriage with lot of stuff purchased. Upon reaching Chennai found my baggage missing, which was duly reported to Indigo & completed with formalities required by Indigo.

    After then Indigo was least bothered to share any status or information with regards to my missing baggage except the standard update its under process and they shall revert to me once they have any information on my baggage irrespective of the time and in my case after 2 weeks, that too upon continuous follow ups they said that my baggage has been stolen from the conveyor belt which on my insistence was identified from the CCTV footage.

    Having said the above, I still do not understand why I was asked to identify the baggage from the CCTV footage which was stolen by a unknown passenger. Because after identifying the person stealing my baggage from the conveyor belt, Indigo or necessary authorities failed to do the needful in drawing the details of the passenger who has picked up baggage from the so called Airport which is under surveillance with so many cameras which is not for use.

    At the end of the day Indigo’s intention is to close this issue without taking the steps that required in identifying the thief.

    They have handled this issue in a very pathetic manner and to the surprise my mails which was addressed to Indigo’s President Mr. Aditya Ghosh (aditya.ghosh@goindigo.in) also did not had any use as they were least bothered to know the inconvenience or pain which an individual go through just because they have traveled with Indigo.

    The baggage which I have lost had so many items which was purchased by me for over couple of months as it was my marriage. More than the cost of the items missed the quality of time which I have spent in buying them is most worrying for me which was not valued by Indigo.

    Being in the service industry I strongly believe its high time for them to look into one the main factors to attend the customer.

    I still hope something would be done in either finding out my baggage or to identify the person who has dared to do so from the Airport which is suppose to be under surveillance.

    Hope someone who has been drawing salary from Indigo will take the responsibility in reverting to me at chirangv85@gmail.com.

    It was a horrible experience to travel by Indigo. I traveled from Dubai to Delhi on 26/9/2014 and return was on 04/10/2014.
    I had opted for meal and regret the day I opted for food. Horrible food. The staff at Dubai was behaving as if they were doing a favor to us. So cool and rude.
    Captain Gopinath just do something to train the ruffians you have employed

    Bur Dubai Indigo Office staff – attitude for God knows what ?! Extremely non -cooperative! Nobody ever answers the telephone! Management should seriously consider looking into this matter. Train the staff to help the customers and not show their snooty attitudes. have had enough of experience with this.
    Will Never ever will travel with this airlines again.


    can you please provide me the manufacturer contact details of stair lift which is being used by you at the airport for physically handicapped persons movements to the aircraft, as we need the same for our disabled friendly hostel purpose at bangalore ( samarthanam trust for the disabled )

    Bur Dubai office desk staff non-cooperative as they not willing to listen customer.
    We have advised our clients not to fly by IndiGo… Cheap not meant for bad…Pay little more and get satisfaction while interacting IndiGo air-line staff.

    Regarding the service of Indigo the less or very bad …only cheap fare is not everything
    some thing called customer support ….may be its a alien word for them
    No contact .number properly mentioned anywhere and still if you get some numbers after making several calls or doing google but then no body will pick up the call ……
    This is my second such instance happening with this airline ……
    now I will make sure even if I had pay a little extra I will buy some other airline ticket.

    because if u need to change or any alternation required with their ticket
    Only god can help….

    Most time the flight change or date changes we are helpless only……

      Yes you can pay the amount by your credit card but the traveller should be holding your credit card details for example: A copy of credit card and your signature on it …

        If you are one of the customer service from Indigo..pls recheck what you say as my husband was insisted to pay cash and travel even thought i had purchased tickets for him through my credit card and he had a copy of the same while travelling. you can refere the PNR No: Y4Z4VI and we are still waiting for the amout paid through credit card to be refunded back to us!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was travelling from Mumbai to Lucknow by Flight No.6E 342 on 29th December,2013.Got Check in at Counter No.38 at Mumbai Air Port. The Lady confirmed me for extra baggage of 2 KG.I requested her to adjust me being the frequent traveller . And i always prefer Indigo. The lady was so rude. Her statement was like ‘ Sorry Sir”” I dont want to talk to You in this matter.” I just requested her . She again replied like ” No Argument “.

    Is this the way to talk to Customer.

    I have never encountered such horrible service. i was put on hold for 25 mts before i was told that their website is not working and then another 15 mts to allocate a seat on the phone.. The knowledge of the tel executive was so poor and ultimately a standard answer was give that YOU CAN CHECK THE WEBSITE AGAIN AND CALL BACK IF IT DID NOT WORK…

    Sorry to say that this the worst customer service ever I contacted . Never ever do on line booking through Indigo website. I made two booking , without generating any PNR they have deducted ticket cost from my account. when I contacted the call center at the fist time they promised me within 48 hrs they will refund the money, after 48 hrs when I contacted they said they will do it in 5 working days. After 5 days when I contacted they will refund it within 7 to 14 working days from the last call date. Its a shitttttt.

    Dear Team,

    This is in regard to PNR # ARIJCV booked through phone on Tuesday, 23 Apr 2013 11:46:07 IST.
    i have tried to book the ticket online and it was denied by credit card
    i have received a call from your call center asking if i am ready to do the book the ticket on phone so i have used the first credit card Master and it declined twice and your team asked to use another card ie Visa and have entered the details through phone it accepted payment after few second i have received SMS from HSBC UAE that my both cards amount are claimed for one set of tickets

    Since then i am calling your call center on daily basis and given all details it was before 24 hrs to revert back since now no body has called from call center nor from your office.
    I was wasting my money on calling to India and kept on hold for 20 min everyday to pass call to supervisor that has not reached and after some time call has been dropped which ridiculous and annoyed me.

    Could you please look into this matter in priority and return back my amount 5373.00 AED.

    Indigo Airlines have very bad services. They not accept International Credit Card. I called there call center in India for 3-4 times. I totally fed up with there bad service.
    I will not travel in future by Indigo.

    I have been trying Indigo Abu Dhabi no and Dubai no since today morning. I need information regarding their web check in policy.But,no one has picked up the phone. Can anyone give me an idea,as to if I check in on line,am I not permitted to carry any other luggage except the cabin baggage ?From what is written in their site,it seems that,if someone is checking in on line,he/she isallowed to carry only one cabin baggage and e check in does not apply in case of other luggage.I need clarification in this matter.

    Sub. Compliant about the irresponsible approach of Indigo Airlines

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased the Air Ticket from Indigo Airlines to travel from Kochi to Dubai, for one of my family members. Since the tourist visa was issued as e-visa, I went to Indigo Airline’s office on 23rd to present the visa copy and have paid Aed 10 as a service fee to send the ’OK to board’ message to Kochi Airport office.

    The passenger went to the airport to travel on the booked flight, she was checked-in and went to the emigration desk. The emigration officer send the passenger3 times to Indigo check-in desk to get the copy of the visa message received from Dubai office, but the message which was given by the Indigo check-in desk was not clear / mis-match on the data. The emigration officer asked the passenger to wait and gave time to Indigo staff to provide him with the information.

    The passenger got the feeling that Indigo staff was not taking any initiative to resolve the problem, but the Emigration officer asked the passenger to wait presuming that Indigo will resolve the issue before the flight cut-off.

    Later the Indigo staff came and told the passenger the flight is going to take off and they off-loaded passenger’s baggage without giving any explanation. In fact, they were not ready to talk even.

    I send a message to Indigo Airline’s customer service center and also to their Sales Manager and the Regional Manager in Dubai for refund the ticket face, but there was no proper reply to my message.

    I would like to launch a complaint against Indigo Airlines and also request you to do the needful to arrange the re-fund the ticket amount AED1553/- and also compensate the inconvenience faced by the passenger.

    We would like to have a detailed explanation from your side:

    Why did the passenger got off-loaded after checked-in?
    Why there was no explanation given to the passenger / the people who accompanied the passenger, by the Indigo staff at Kochi Air Port.

    When we approached the Indigo – Dubai office for assistance they were not ready to give any contact number of the Managers in Dubai or in Indigo Cochin office.

    We would kindly request you to re-fund the ticket amount AED1553/- and also compensate the inconvenience faced by the passenger.
