It is useless calling this toll free number cause those guys with south indian accent are no good….they put your on hold or transfered to automated payment system and that was the end of the help on 4 different occasions in one day..air asia lost 4 international bookings n they also told me there is no way they can call be back if the call is disconnected….vow,,,so much for help for helping them to keep the airline goin

I wanted to book a round trip ticket for Kulalampur from chennai.The online process went through and the payment through state bank of India payment gateway was done. . The booking number is FCQEPN with passenger name Gurumoorthi. But the ticket did not come after the payment was successful. But the amount was debited from my account.Please do the needful.

I wanted to book a round trip ticket for Kulalampur from Trichirapalli. The online process went through and the payment through Axis bank payment gateway was done. Details of transaction are ICONN/48799541/190612/AIR ASIA BERHAD. The booking number is L4RBJV with passenger name Rajeswari Sivalingam. But the ticket did not come after the payment was successful. But the amount was debited from my account.Please do the needful.
