    Sir,
    My name is Amit Sharma, I am the owner of a Bajaj discover 125 disk bike (Reg No. DL3SCE 7838) since 01.11.2013, by Ambe Bajaj molerband ext. Badarpur .
    I would like to raise some serious concern about my bike that i am facing since the time of purchase. There is some gear issue since purchase and for the same reason i went to the workshop 100 of times but yet the problem remain the same.
    Would like to highlight the dates and the time in the hope that you will think about the degree of customer satisfaction from my side and the level of services the customers are getting so that there shall be further improvement in the same and also i shall get the solution to the problem that i am facing.
    As stated earlier that I was facing the issue (with the gear) since starting and i went to the first scheduled service at Suman Bajaj Auto ( b/78 sec-2 gautam budh nagar noida ) on 700 to 800 km approx and told the same issue to the one who attended me there, don’t know why he didn’t mentioned the issue in the job card and i got the usual bike service from the workshop with the bill amount Rs. 650 (approx). The issue remains the same, i adjusted with the same anyhow.
    I went for the second scheduled service at 3000 to 3500 km approx to the same workshop and i got to the same treatment with my bike and as usual the problem remains the same as the issue was not been noticed then as well.
    I went for the third scheduled service at 8000 to 9000 km approx but this time i made the issue to be noticed into the job sheet and by the other staffs (Mr. mukesh /sabi / subhas tomer (manager ) /Mr. vijay /Mr rajoeiya and many more technicians) at suman bajaj, all accept that bike have the issue but its too late.
    I have 7 visits at the workshop in 17 days (08.07.2014 to 24.07.2014) at the workshop (where my bike was into the observation) to get the ride to make it sure the problems is solved but i went back with empty hand with loads of frustration and mentally and physically disturbance. I have personally requested manager to please replace the gear box as i think that was the main cause of the problem but he didn’t bothered my words.
    I have word with Mr Rajoeiya (from Bajaj) about the same and he assured the the bike checked into his guidance and told me that he didn’t found any fault in the bike or the gear. My frustration was on its high after listening to him. (further talk wont be worthy to be mention in the mail)
    I had a ride with one of their technician on my request to check the same issue and he also convinced and agreed to me about the gear issue, but Mr Rajoeiya wasn’t even convinced with that technician even and he thinks that i need to learn how to drive a bike after my 17 yrs of bike driving experience.
    Now, I am at my home (with the bike having gear issue) with lots of frustration and harassment. This mail is my last hope to get the solution before getting into any legal advice for the same.

    I would be highly obliged to you if you will please look into issue personally as this shall be the question of your (Bajaj`s) reputation as well.

    I have purchasing a new pulsar 150cc bike before 3 month, after 1 week bike automatically stop and not starting when i go to showroom they said go to service center, after than i was going to service center modimill, They collected my bike but problem is not solved that I am walking to the service center all the day to check whether they have fixed my bike drawback. Without finding the actual cause of this problem they use to say that they had fixed the issue and it is ready to get delivered but it is actually not. At last worker of service center they saying ‘sir all new pulsar bike have missing problem, but this issue never be solved.”

    sir please take any decision regarding this, if u will not take any decision i will complaint the consumer court and other, Because everyday i have facing this problem.

    I had purchased DISCOVER 125T, ON 1.12.2013, For 1 month vehicle run smoothly, but after 1st service my vehicle have problem, After the speed of 60 KM/h when we brake or come in to 1st gear the vehicle engine stops, it happened frequently and not start for 5 to 6 attempt and then start, i dont know what is the problem , Techician of Show room says that your petrol have problem, i had change the petrol and still the problem is there , he again said that your piston have some carbon contamination , how it is possible ? in just 2 months piston get carbon contamination. give me the solution other wise i have to go for consumer court.

    My Self Nalin Chaudhari from Gandhingar gujarat. i Purchsed new pulsar 150 cc bike on
    12-sept-2013.

    Problem is more oil consumption. so my bike in 1 year consume the more oil i had complain to bajaj (CR-136176) on 08-sept-2013.on next day i gone to bajaj service station so giving the solution for oil consuption repace with engine valve.

    but still check on 21-sept-2013 in 700 KMS oil consuption is 200 GM. But no give the solution that time.

    so plaese update.. give permanent solution..

    I am planning to buy a pulsar 180cc in middle of July because right now i am not in India because studying in Europe. I will be in Chennai after 2 months from this date and i am sure I will get it because it is going to be one of my parents gift!!!!
    The problem is that I like to have white color for my pulsar!!!
    But it is not available in Chennai because the white color pulsar was used for traffic police in some cities in India.
    Painting outside is different and i don’t like it!!!!
    I hope that you can guide me for this..

    Dear sir/madam,
    I Dr.Arun Poojary from Mumbai was too excited when I brought your so called flagship bike pulsar 200ns on 12th June 2012 from Shreeram Motors, Ghatkopar, Mum 400 086 .
    As I got my bike I found that it had some handling issues, the bike tend to go towards left side, somehow I managed to run it for 500 kms as suggested by the dealer that to get it done during my first free service, but after the first service it was rectified according to Sai Service, Borivali, but the issue was still present but it was too minor, but within some days I noticed my coolant is reducing at an faster rate so I took the bike again to the service center within 500 kms after the first service, I was shocked to see the coolant getting mixed with the engine oil, just to rectify this mistake they took 14days, in the time period they opened up my engine head block which really dissapionted me, still after that I trusted Bajaj but lodged a complaint against Sai Service for the same (please check the complaint in your records, using provided bike details and my contact number).
    Then somebody suggested me Suryoday Bajaj, Mira road, Mumbai for servicing, so I took my bike when the ODO was 2800kms they serviced it and it was running fine until I started getting strange noise from the front suspension or cone set I don’t know where exactly the sound was from and soon followed the starting of radiator fan randomly, the temperature indicator also blinked randomly, even when bike is started in the morning.
    so at 3800kms I decided to go for servicing at Suryoday Motors, Mira Road, Mumbai, thet took my bike on 7th April, Sunday 2013, and I was promised delivery in the evening same day, when I called them in the evening they told me that they don’t have proper servicing technician for Pulasr 200NS and will give me my bike back on Tuesday i.e 9th April 2013. So when I tried calling them on Tuesday no replies from their side, still I kept my cool and continued the calling spree, later a guy who took my bike in for servicing receives my call and says the bike have some wiring issues and currently they don’t have the required part so they will get it from some other service center and will give me back on Thursday 11th April 2013. So after calling them on Thursday for the whole day, and no reply as usual, I got tired and lodged a complaint against the bike and the service station (please check the same against your customer care records, complaint number: CR-125979)

    just after hours of complaining I get a call on Thursday from some guy of the same service center, asking me very rudely that I have complained against them and they are in process of completing my bike and promised me a delivery on Friday 12th April 2013, and finally today morning some guy calls me from the same place and asks me that where have I got the bike serviced and what kilometers I had done, I answered saying that it was serviced from them itself and it was just 1000kms back, hearing to that he is saying that the oil pressure was too low so my magnet coil of bike is damaged and they don’t hav it available and it will take 10 more days to order it.

    so please Sir now you advise me what to do and how to go, I am really very much frustrated by buying your product, I guess I have got a faulty machine on the first place and now really I have lost the faith on Bajaj and its products.
    So kindly do the needful and I really don’t want this complaining game going on, I am really not complaining against anyone, I am just asking help for my unluck by buying a faulty machine you made.

    Hello, Respected Sir/ Madam I have already send 2 to 3 mails but there is no reply by your side. I had purchased a pulsor 220 on 24.10.12 from jayraj motors from bhayandar. But a month ago the piston of the bike got damaged so the concerned person from jayraj motors told me to send the bike to the param motors(service center) then I took the bike over there nd they demanded 3000 For the part nd told me they will refund me but yet they have not refunded. And now yesterday only when I was going out suddenly the bike stopped and didn’t started and 1ns again I have taken my bike to the param motors and now they are saying there is a damage in clutch plate nd again they are demanding money 1500 nd wont be refunded. Sir/ Madam kindly let me what to do every month the parts will get damage nd if I have to pay such amounts then whats the use of warranty as only 3 to 4 mths have completed and the parts are getting damaged. So here is a request either refund me or replace the bike. As I have take it on loan so I wont be able to pay every now nd then money for the damaged parts nd m tired of sending u mail’s but theres no reply from ur side so let me know or either I would take some other action.     my self prashant atkare, I have purchase bajaj discover 100 cc from Bajaj I Ride, wardhaman nagar,nagpur.on 25/12/2011.
    sir, I have purchased this vehicle on finance from Worth Finvest finance, but due to dealer mistake the name quoted on smart card is Bajaj finance.when smart card delivered to me then I find out this problem but I do not care this, but when i asked to my financer for foreclosure, he told me that I need to change name on smart card which is wrong.then I went to Bajaj I ride and told them the same problem,they took Rs 400/- from me and kept my smart card for correction and told me that it will delivered to me with correction within 02 months from the date of submition (05.09.2012) ( I submit this card to Mr.Santosh 8888875740 and I have Received copy) .but sir till date I have not received my card. in between I had call to mr.sanjay (9673553577) for many times regarding card and they made fake commitment to me many times.
    on 23 jan.2013 I received mail from Bajaj I Ride containing required documents list (sir, my question is that I was submitted my card on 05.09.2012 then why he told me that requirement after 4 months.) It contain
    1) No objection letter from BAJAJ FINANCE LTD.,
    2. Request letter from Worth Finvest Services Pvt. Ltd.,
    3. Valid Insurance copy.
    4. Voting Card Photo Copy.
    5. Latest Electric bill photo copy.
    sir, I provide them 3,4,5 no. document but tell me sir why should I collect NOC from Bajaj finance and Request letter from Worth finvest because its not my mistake.and they are making me harsh because its already take long time for rectification.
    beside this I went to bajaj finance (Arun Automobiles,Khamala) and meet with mr.Vaibhav and submit 1) Request letter in my own handwriting, 2) Vehicle Invoice Copy.which was required to them and mr.vaibhav told me that he want request letter from mydealer (Bajaj I Ride) and he (Mr.vaibhav) had send mail for request letter to bajaj i ride at the same time.
    but when I coordinate to mr.santosh (8888875740) he told me that, no mail received to them from mr.vaibhav.

    Myself S.Ramesh Kumar I have a worst vehicle Bajaj avenger 220cc which I have buyed 16 months back
    The vehicle number is AP23BQ4752. Bajaj Avenger 220 i regularly give my bike servicing at MGB Baja at erragadda in Hyderabad (AP) which is the very very worst servicing center of Bajaj in Hyderabad, I have a very bad experience from the mgb from the first servicing .still iam fool to give my bike servicing at the same center. 15 days back I had given my bike at the servicing center with a starting problem, hey had kept my vehicle for 8 days and given back the vehicle after charging the battery .within 15 day again I have a same problem of starting.3 days back that is on 8/11/2012 again I had given my bike for same problem still I have no response from the dealer. Is this the way the Baja is giving the servicing
    For 8 day they have kept my vehicle. On the second day, when I have sad them to have a 1st paid servicing, they replied me to have an oil change. As per the servicing seduced of the vehicle the oil change for the vehicle is at every 10000 after the three free servings & from the day one I have problem with the chain spaket of the vehicle now they are telling to change chain spaket in paid as it cannot cover under warranty
    Iam really unhappy to buy this vehicle if Baja is not capable of giving a good servicing why u have realized vehicle
    From now I will be the first person to tell all my colleges & friend not to buy the worst avenger 220 & more over not to give it for servicing at MGB .please shurt down your servicing centers if you are not capable of giving a good servicing to customers
    At last I can tell only one word pathetic service from Baja & MGB

    I had purchased Bajaj Avenger 220CC with “Jai Bajaj” at Adayar in Chennai.I had trouble with Chain and Shok Aborber and after a lot of service complains they resovled the chain issue.Shock Absorber was resolved temporarily.

    I have also raised a Service Complain with Bajaj and the reference no is CR- 98215.

    Jai Bajaj service sucks at hightime and i have left my bike for serive 6 times in one year and my issue remains unresolved.

    This is regarding engine problem in my pulsar Motor cycle purchased 2 years (07-02-2010) back from SHIVA SCOOTER AGENCY ghaziabad.Since purchase my bike is regularly serviced at Shiva scooter agency sahibabad,Ghaziabad which is authorized service centre of bajaj.Few days back my bike suddenly stopped and when I got it checked mechanic told me that engine oil is empty and engine appears to be seized.Last time my bike service on 25.08.12 and meter reading was 17220 and at time of problem meter reading was 17400.

    I am surprised to notice that how it can be possible as last service invoice is showing that they have replaced engine oil. I contacted service center and they are saying engine has to be repaired.
    I need your help for the same as bike mileage is less than 20,000 Km and it is surprising to find out engine is getting repaired.

      I have Pulsar 135LS which was purchased on 25th April 2010 & i am servicing the bike in Authorised Bajaj Service Center. I have to change the bike parts every service like Clutch wire, Disk break, Accelerator wire & now the problem is my bike engine off automatically off while bike run only 2-3 KM after that we have to take 10-15 minutes rest for re start the bike. Kindly rectify the problem ASAP.
