    I bought a Hero Maestro in the month of Feb-13, at that time I asked to sales executive warranty of horn and battery and they replied Yes it is in under warranty. But now at the time of service and my vehicle horn faulty, they deny and make excuses that it is not in under warranty.

    In earlier visits of vehicle (Services) specially i complained for the horn. but at that they set it tuning and said now it is OK.

    Again and again i faced this problem but they refused it.
    My all necessary services has been done in Narang Auto, Bhopal at proper time/ schedule. Please check in your records.

    Sir,
    I am Satheesh babu ,I am purchased one Passion Pro on February 2009 ,bearing registration number KL-21 A 9085,Eng no -HA10ED9GB04785,Ch noMBLHA10ER9GB04512.But i am not satisfied with my bike beacuase it having following complaints ,
    I selected pro bike ,beacuase i have severe backpain but at the starting time onwards self starter having complaints ,at the time of starting starter producing a heavy sound and engine will not crank .so l kick the bike for startig purpose and self starter not using.
    For last six months i am keeping my bike in store room.Beacuase there is a severe petrole leak through all the joining (Welded portions)portions of tank .I contacted with supervisors ,they tolde to that the only way is to replace tank. So this is the main complaints .Kindly take necessory action as early as possible.

    I would like to inform you that on 23.01.13 purchased a New HERO PASSION PRO BIKE from the dealer at ALIGARH AUTO. But unfortunately I am not happy with is service, I face a very difficulty last Four & Five month after second service beginning a problem in this bike stop to running time after one Km. & two Km. bike standing 5minuts & 10 minutes bike start automatically. I inform/complaint 10 to 12 time in Aligarh auto but after repairing problem as well as. I complaint to Zonal office Phone no. 01352724661 Dehradun and 01147619300 New Delhi but no response. I’m not understood so please guide me and take a action Immediately and resolve my Problem as soon.

    I purchased New Splendor+ Chasis no : MBLHA10ALCHH84886 on 14/3/13 at Millennium Motors,Bangalore.1st April it was heavy rain the next day morning I was taking my bike for going to office,I was seeing the complete vehicle got rusted Frt Suspension,yoke,Engine gasket,horn,RR Sunspension Spring,guard,Overall Chromium part as well as body.I never expect in Hero Company vehicle. Next day i went to the dealer & met the gentle man Mr.Shobith- Sales manager who sold my vehicle. He Conveinced me consult with his Md then get back to me. Today 3/4/13 Morning i called him & got the information he is going to be replace under warranty. For that he was asked me 2 days time.Then I went Bhagath Motors Opp to my Office in Banaswadi. Mr.Madhusudhan suggested to do as per dealer. After noon I called Mr.Suresh from Hero Motors office i Bangalore, He told you will get replacement under my veh warranty. Late evening I got a call from Mr Ananth from dealer side.Can you please Bring the Vehicle for for replacement under warranty.I am working in Leading Automobile Car Dealer as a Marketing Manager at bangalore.I was wondering my vehicle make also 2012.It is mentioned in my extended warranty book only.There is no oral or verbal information from the dealer which i am getting old model.I paid the money so i am expecting new vehicle not second hand using my warranty. More ever the dealer blaming Harryana. I want the New vehicle either dealer or You.I cant sacrifice for Your Problems. If you want You can the photos with dealer or Send your Engineer to my office.
    I want to Rectify immidiately.

    Still the rusting Problem not at resolved more ever now I am getting Ignition key also getting struck often. first gear to second gear shifting hard issue. last time Mr Ananth committed brake pedal replacement after stock comes let you know? As of now There is no call from Millennium Motors. I am really fed up with communication gap. You have to rectify as soon as possible.

    i have purchased an mestro vehicle last year when newly lauched by the company. i have completed three services as per instruction of company and in every services i have complaint for the mileage of vehicle which is near to 25-30 kms per liter. but the service center of the dealer M/s aditya honda has not taken seriously resulted still the mileage of mu vehicle is 25-30 kms per liter. as the company has claimed at the time of selling that 50 kms per liter in city which is nothing but the cheating to the customers.

    I Purchased a new black hero hunk by paying full cash from ACE motors Calicut,Kerala,on jan 25 2013 (engine no: KC13EFCH01553,Chasis No: MBLKC13EHCHMOO),On 2nd feb 2013 I got a complaint ie severe oil leak from engine,I went to servicer they told me to consult another authorized servicer in my home town kannookkara,vatakara “Sudarshan Motors”0495 301800,they told me that need to change a rubber washer,it not solved..I got serviced the bike 22 02 13,24 04 2013,at the the next extra warranty service they changed “Gasket Head Cover”Not Solved..

    Here I did 2 free and 3 extra services for this same issue but problem of the bike becomes worser than worst..I need a very genuine solution shortly,because I paid full amount cash for this vehicle,I would like to inform you I don’t need your further services for this problem ,you can contact me at any time through this mail address or 09809530077,
