    I purches TVS PHOENEX on 22 jan 2013 in katihar from utkersh moter katihar after one month in my bike mobile come out from head than i go servies center what he do i cant understand he say me all problem will finish after few day again problem come out again i complain than again he do something the again problem come out after five time service my problem is not short out than he change my bike head but problem has itis so many complane in tvs show room this is my last complain in TVS please take any action and 2nd problem is avrege problem after five servise my bike give only 40.
    so i request to u please solve my problem as soon possible other wise i am going to cunsumar foram for complain.

    Today I got a call from dealer that I will get delivery after 25-jan-2014 if I do complete payment in 1-2 days.

    When I reached dealer showroom they told me that I have to pay 3500 rs extra for some compulsory accessories according to new company policy. They have already added 823 (essential accessories). So total accessories= 4300 rs

    Mud Guard

    Grip Cover

    As I don’t want to take this compulsory accessories why they are forcing it to me.

    This is complete cheating with customer it should be optional like other brand
    scooter/bikes

    I bought Tvs Apache 160rtr from SK Tvs Delhi (uttam nagar), after running 8000km (4th service) its rear tyre’s condition become jumbled. I checked warranty for TVS tyres is 5 years. please suggest where i can replaced it.

    I have Wego, on second service the change the Oil and charged 280 and they are telling Oil change is mus on all free service, is that true.

    reason they said is, on water service, water will mix with oil so they change it.

    i brought my Apache bike new model 180 black color and i have given to two services i have seen the worst scenarios of my life no proper service and bull shit responses like you say to psyche. this is the worst experience faced in my life. if any one can call me or email me my number is (+91 7845888892). email id is (sam.4506@gmail.com) . thanks god i have not recommend tvs for more than 10 of my friends. i will never recommend anyone for tvs until service is given in a proper manner.

    I have purchased TVS Apache RTR160 at Speed top Nagarabhavi Branch Bangalore
    after the 1st service 1st problem is Chain pocket problem , Gear clearly go on to 1st gear, Front shocks sound, Mainly Self Electrical Not working so i asked showroom but silly silly reason they told me (ex: mechanics not came, Materials claimed not came, please come next week etc
    So please take the action to they showroom

    Dear TVS,

    I purchased the Scooty Streak in Mar 2011 and the day after onwards I’m facing problem with starting the engine. With the purchased cost of INR 46000, I have spent INR 15000 so far for the running Kilometers of 5500. I’m now in pitiable situation to say A BIG SORRY TO YOUR STREAK MODEL. The service agencies in my locality is poor quality. The money, time and effort spent on this vehicle, I would have purchased a better vehicle for my office purpose.

    The days of vehicle spent in work shop (localised) is more than the day it ran. I mind it. Great job indeed by you.

    I HAVE PURCHASED SCOOTY PEP+ IN 03RD JULY 2011, FROM OCEANIC TVS, MEMNAGAR, AHMEDABAD. AT THAT TIME I HAVE PURCHASED AMC TOO WITH DEALER. THEN IN FREE SERVICE THEY ALREADY GIVEN, BUT AFTER THAT IN AMC THEY WAS PROVIDED ONLY 2 SERVICES. THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR AMC PERIOD WAS OVER. BUT AMC START DATE FROM JANUARY. SO I CAN’T USE. THEY FILLED WRONG DATE IN AMC BOOK. SO I CAN’T AVAIL THAT SERVICES. AFTER THAT I HAVE PAID FOR THAT. THEN AFTER I HAVE COMPLAINT ABOUT STARTING TROUBLE. THEY TOLD ME TO REPLACE STARTER MOTOR. MY SCOOTY IS RUNNING JUST 4000KM. IN THESE KM. I HAVE CHANGED OIL 4 TO 5 TIMES & STARTER MOTOR COST ME 2100/- THIS IS VERY SHAME SERVICES FROM DEALER. IN JUST 4000KM STARTER MOTOR BURNT.     I bought a tvs wego on 05th aug 13. its mileage was just between 13 to 15 kms per litre. hence i gave it for first servicing at triton motors, bellary road (ph 080-23530708. i explained them the mileage was extremely low and the vehicle stopped on its own at signal. the vehicle was serviced. now the mileage is just between 19 to 21 kms per litre of petrol. i am extremely disappointed as other wego owners claim the mileage to be between 45 kms to 50 kms. my vehicle was giving between 13 to 15 since begining. it has become a guzzler and white elephant to ride. please remedy my issue at the earliest. vehicle bought on – 05 aug 13 (dealer code-50299)

    I have very bad experience with my Wego scooty,i have send many times at TVS automobile at GIRAN Automobiles,Ropar for Head Lights repair but still problem occurred many time.I will never recommend this product to any person because your dealership didnot provide quality..

      A general TVS Bike customer sorrowfulness
      From 14.10.2013 my TVS bike unmoved, when it was in my residence. Then I try to repair by local mechanic, they say that HT cum CDI(n 8060610) has damage, then I try to purchase from authorized TVS show room cum service centre at Ranaghat (Namely perfect Auto) ,they inform me that parts is unavailable at their service centre. Then I try to purchase from Chakdaha authorized TVS show room cum service centre.2nd time I failed to collect it.
      3rd time I try to purchase from local market, but then I unsuccessful to collect it.
      4th time I get in touch with with Ranaghat Perfect Showroom, they tell me it is unavailable their stock, also tell me that they are not manufacturer of parts.
      5th time I send e-mail to TVS customer care ,after 24 hour I get a call from TVS company ( 09007365111) ,they wanted to know my car condition & report to me within 5(five) munities they call back. After 10 minute a call received from Authorized Showroom at Ranaghat (Cont.09434129639) on 23/10/2013 01:34:56
      After telephonic conversation with Perfect Auto I satisfy with their conversation, I heartily satisfied when they say me that please come to us today we will manage your parts.
      But when I with urgent reached at showroom 6.30 pm 23.10.13 (TVS-Perfect Auto) with bike by hand rickshaw. With heartiest expectation.
      But alas! they say me within urgently they will repair this .But after a day when I call them –they say within 4 days they will deliver me.
      My opinion:-
      1. My TVS Star city bike purchase from TVS Authorized showroom (Perfect Auto) on 19th August-2009 .
      2. My car Is 4 years old, but this parts is unavailable at whole market including TVS Authorized Showroom?
      3. What a bad service of a Authorized company? Like TVS?
      4. I want to change my bike for worse service of an Authorized company Like TVS. For better service of others company.
      5. Please try to well and Good service for a general customer. I believed that TVS Company is a realistic company. But hi!

    Pathetic, Disgusting product i have ever come across.

    I own a Hyundai Getz 1.1 & 1.3 along with Honda Accord 2.4

    i was looking for a small scooty kind of and i finalise on SCOOTY PEPT.
    It was my bad day i did a selection of this bike.

    Extremely disgusting service station at Grant road next to novelty the IDIOTS out there call themselves as MEchanical Engineer over fulled the Engine Oil do not have knowledge of tuning up. JUST KNOW HOW TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR OIL WITHOUT DOIN SO.

    One should never go for TVS Scooty or any product of TVS Motors.

    . I took it to the showroom. I was told that this happens sometimes with TVS vehicles.I am facing starting problem since then. The engine always stops when vehicle is on neutral. The engine jams often. can not even kick start. I have done servicing multiple time from showroom and even from outside but in vein.

    dear sir I purchase a tvs apache bike on 15.06.2013 from susil motors (cuttack ,odisha) from that day my bike right handle on/off switch is not working properly I gave complain 6 to 7 time in that servicing center but they do not shout out the problem so I face many problem if u do not help me I promise to u in my hole life I never purchase any tvs company motor cycle because in my home I have two scooty pep+ and one tvs star sport and one apace160 so it may be last bike of tvs motors

    I PURCHASED TVS SCOOTY PEP PLUS LAST YEAR FEBRUARY ’12 AT R. A TVS TIRUPUR & COMPLETED 3 FREE SERVICE AT THE SAME SHOW ROOM . DURING ALL THE 3 SERVICE MY REPEATED COMPLAINT ISSUES WERE RELATED TO SELF STARTING & ENGINE GETS OFF WHILE ON ACCELERATION. THE SELF STARTING PROBLEM WAS NOT AT ALL RECTIFIED & DURING MY 4TH SERVICE THERE WAS ABNORMAL SOUND WHILE SELF STARTING ON DELIVERY I FOUND THE SAME ISSUE & WHEN I CHECKED IT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ABNORMAL SOUND IS WITH CLUTCH LINING WHICH HAS TO BE REPLACED & COST OF LINING WAS APPROX RS.2000/- & MY WARRANTY PERIOD WAS OVER & I HAVE TO PAY IT & REPLACE THE SAME. I WAS ASTONISHED THAT YOUR CLUTCH LINING WILL WORN OUT WITHIN A YEAR PERIOD FOR MERE 5000 KMS !!!!!& WHAT IS THE POINT ON RELIABILITY OR THE WARRANTY THAT YOUR PRODUCT HOLDS? RS. 2000/- IS IT NOT A BIG SUM IN A VEHICLE WORTH RS.39000/-?????? WHICH IS ONE MONTH DUE WHICH WE WILL REPAY TO THE FINANCIER FROM WHERE WE HIRE PURCHASED .     Time and again we would like to approach you with a STRONG RESERVATION
    and COMPLAINT specific to to SERVICE we had been offered and responce
    we had been provided from your DEALER ADISHWAR AUTO, Ahmeabad
    (satellite branch).

    (1) During last 6 weeks lime we had approached your above dealer for 3
    times. First time it was a general service and a battery issue. The
    same were carried and charged appx. 3500 Rs al together.
    (2) Second time we met with ACCIDENT and appraoch the same dealer for
    repairing work. Inspite our ORAL ISTRUCTIONS to your DEALER not to
    increase any additional expences over and above the INSURANCE CLAIM
    being approved by surveyer. However the bill provided to us was Rs.
    8400 (against claim approved for Rs 3750/-). There are many items
    including STEEL ACEESORIS were replaced which is really not necessary.
    (3) It is yesterday again the SCOTTY on the road STOP during RUNNING
    CONDITION and we approached to your dealer. His coment was a problem
    in BATTERY and if required he will replace with new one. Today he
    calledup and ask to REPLACE entire HARNESS with REGULATOR and many
    things.

    We request your IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION to get this VEHICLE repaired as
    we have strong understanding he is using SUB STANDARD / OLD parts and
    claiming new one. How could the NEW BATTRY stops working within one
    week. How could the scotty running on the road completely STOPS under
    break down condition.

    It was during 2009 also we raised a complaint against this dealer for
    not providing SUPPORT and SERVICE.

    We reiterate the dealer it self is a BIG QUESTION for TRUST and
    CREDIBILITY. There is absoltuely un trustable behviour and this time
    talking very rudely also.

    We request to varify the details and take STRICT ACTIONS agaisnt this
    DEALER. As a customer we would NOT LIKE to appraoch him AGAIN. It is
    also important as a customer we may think NOT TO APPROACH TVS too not
    because of PRODUCT but the way services offered and SUBSTANDARD parts/
    TRUSTworthyness etc.

    I have TVS Streak. The RHS glass of front side light got little cracked. I have made enquiries with the local dealers for purchase of glass of front side light RHS. Some local dealers at Ahmedabad say it is not available with them since long time, others say they can not give side light glass, but they can supply complete side light costing around Rs.325/-. It is my observation that all the two wheeler companies supply side light glass separately. If the side light glass only is broken/cracked, then why anyone would change the entire / complete side light.     I am Wing Commander serving in Indian Air force, I had purchased a scooty pep + in the year 2008. The vehicle was being utilised by my wife. We were very happy with your vehicle till on 7 Dec 12 while riding the vehicle both the sock absorbers gave way. It was a shock for me when i realised that i had no steering control and we (wife & self) fell down. We were badly bruised, I fail to understand how an incident like this happened, how could sock absorbers of a well maintained vehicle fail.
