    Respected Sir,

    Sub: Complaint – Post Sales

    This is in regard, to a vehicle delivered to self – Sharon Rose on the 19th December, 2013’ at 4.00 pm, vehicle No: TN 02 AY 4312.

    We are really disappointed with the service offered to us after post sales. The car was taken delivery on the 19th, 5 pm and i noticed that the vehicle delivered was a damaged Vehicle on 20th morning 10 am. The inner part of the bonnet was damaged and completely destroyed at the yard or showroom.

    When i mentioned it to the showroom manager they are not ready to give me an explanation and are wiping their hands off with the matter, as it is been delivered. They are asking me to bare 50% of the cost to do it up which is not legal.

    I feel that since we are in the year end, to dispose of the 2013 vehicles the damaged cars are released for delivery. I am not absolutely satisfied with your fraudulence service which has occurred from your distribution.

    As it is totally unsatisfying with the way and response we have received from the showroom manger, customer care manager and the in charge from the showroom is disappointment.

    I hope and request you to kindly handle this and treat this as urgent complain. Failing which, i will have to take it up to the higher authorities or legally.

    Also please note this is my third vehicle purchased from Hyundai motors. I feel it’s a disgrace to you, if you don’t take a legal action towards this issue soon.

    My vehicle registration number is GJ-15-CA-4655.on 1-11-2013 have been gone to service station to solve the problem of my car i.e. engine jerking noise during shifing of gear,poor fuel mileage,poor pick up.as it has been arised since before a week.i have given the car for service before this but the work was in complete so arrived again for the above following problem facing to the car.but still i am not getting the proper service or response from the service station which is in VAPI. (DIVINE HYUNDAI).

    i am total unsatisfied with the service.so is there anyway to sort out the problem i am facing to my car. as yesterday i have been given to the service station but they haven’t taken any step to sort out the problem which i am facing they have given me the car as i have given before.they have not taken any step to solve my problem.so whom i should concern for the problem i am facing.
    really very bad experience i am having with the hyundai.total unsatisfied with the service and manufacturer.

    My registered car no. Is DL 3c bz 7166. I bought the car on Monday, 28 October 2013.
    On Tuesday the car had ABS,EPS AND AIRBAG LIGHTS ON. On a complaint to the showroom they sent a road side assistance guy. He changed the fuse and said its fixed now it should not give you any sorts of trouble and if the problem arises again please let us know we will send it to the service centre for a through checkup.
    After 30 minutes the problem raised again. On another call they picked the car up on Wednesday morning, With a promise to return it by the evening, in the evening they called and informed me that there were technicians from Chennai to check the car and that it would be returned on Thursday morning. On Thursday the car was returned at 2 pm. And on the same dat at around 4 pm the same lights ie ABS, EPS AND AIRBAG lights were on again.
    On another call to the showroom they say we will repair your car and return it to me.
    I have not bought a second hand car that needs more days to repair then what I actually driver it, it’s a new car and it shouldn’t need repairs on the second day, forget about 3 in 3 days.
    Being associated to such a reputed company I did not expect to face such a problem.

    Hi, I am Navneet Rastogi from Bareilly(U.P.). I had purchased a Hyundai I10 Magna 1.1 (CNG) on 13-02-13 in the name of my wife Sarika Rastogi from the Hyundai Bareeilly dealer M/S Natasha Aotomobiles (Sachin Hyundai). The dealer has provided us the R.C. & Insurrance of I10 Petrol Car instead of RC of CNG Car. They have charged from us Rs. 53000 Extra for CNG Kit and had not given any proof of Govt. Approved Kit. Till date they are misguiding us and not providing us RC of of CNG Car. Kindly help us & suggest us what should we do.

    I own a Hyundai i10 which I purchased in 2009 December. I also took an extended warranty for the 3rd year. During this period the central door locking system developed a snag and despite repeated reminders the faulty system was never replaced during each time that the car was serviced. However as soon as the warranty period was over I am being told that the faulty system needed to be replaced at a cost of Rs 2000. This does not augur well for the company as this is not customer service. This is misleading as there is no point in taking the extended warranty. Hopefully you people take note of this and find a solution.

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased a Santro Xing GLS-LPG on the 14-Feb-2013 from M/S Talwar Hyundai Hyderabad. And the Car is under guarantee for 2 years.

    As mentioned in the brochure Safety & Security the car is equipped with Keyless Entry, Central Locking & Self Locking Doors.

    Self Locking Doors is not functioning right from the day car was delivered which is causing lots of inconvenience to me.

    This was brought to the notice of M/S Talwar Hyundai and HMIL thru emails (cr@hmil.net) however HMIL has referred the matter to local dealer/service center M/S Talwar Hyundai technicians visited my place but without any solution/rectification of the problem instead they told me that this feature is not available in this model they completely changed the meaning of Self Locking Doors by telling me that I have to press the lever on the driver side door to lock the doors which is not correct they are not able to address/rectify the problem. However I gave a fax to HMIL dated 08-05-2013 and there is no resolution for the defect as of date . HMIL has cheated me by giving me defective product and deviating from the specification mentioned in the brochure.

    You are hereby informed to settle the issue within 15 days from the date of the receipt of this letter by rectifying or replacing the defective component.

    Failing to settle the issue I shall file a consumer complaint under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 at the cost of HMIL and will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to the deficiency of HMIL product and services. Already Consumer Complaint is made wide docket no 461751 Dated 15-05-2013 via telephone and docket no 468282753013 on line.

    sir my self -Dr.Sumit Arora ..i hv purchased santro frm your newly opend haridwar centre SANT HYUNDAI on 20 dec 1212 n i hv problem related with balancing n with d central lock n for only 1 problem my car goes 2 ur center again n again n ur service provider r unable 2 find/diagnose d problem…..What is this sir,, if u r unable 2 provide d proper mechanic who shud know d default n who shud provide d proper service for d car batter 2 close d center bcoz mechanic at haridwar only pretending not providing…..as i hv d plan 2 go 4 verna bt now i will go 4 other brand as i Dr.Sumit Arora is highly disappointed from hyundai service at haridwar…
    N your service provider only wants excellent feedback 10/10 no service quality.

    ihave hyundai i10 in sudan(GIAD)and i face aproblem steering weel noise and i have replace the steering assay completly with new one alse the noise apear again for 5 mounth of use so i hope from you to help me to solve this becouse i decied to use this car for it reasonabliy to me for feul ant bettiful shape I waiting you my car (2010-1200 cc)

    we are studing mechanical engineering at v.s.m college of engineering college.ramachandrapuram,east godavari district,andhra pradesh. we got permission for project training at your hyundai motor company chennaiand we got conformation mail to attend us form 22nd august 2012, but while we called MR. alfred anand (deputy manager, training and department) he said that attend for trainintg programme from 27th august. but till now we didnt get any conformation mail regarding this. so please help us about this problem.

    respected sir iam p.praveen reddy from kurnool i got a mail from hyundai company that direct recruitment offer is offering and my resume has been selected and in the mail they have mentioned that we should deposit the amount of 16900/-rs is this mail is sent by the company and they have mentioned interview date on 15-08-2012 and that to it is a national holiday on that day how should we think that it is a company mail dont think otherwise we got mail like that,so please confirm me.
