    Respected sir or mam i want you to inform that i lost my ATM card on 4th of march 2016 i already lodged the Fir for same on same day.

    But very next day when i visited to my tagore garden branch so therr systems are not working they told me to call on numbers regarding blocking your card so i called but both the numbers are not working.

    Then they said you write an applicatipn about the same and give it to us when our systems will start workin we will drop the mail for you so i asked them can i drop that particular mail so they said yes but when i asked for email id they said we cant provide you because our systems are not working.

    So first of all please imrove your quality of services today in 21st centuries you can’t run the bank with this type os services.

    Now come to point please let me know on my mail id or write here that how can i block my ATM Card.

    Dear Sir,

    The bank has debited the following amount from the account without any notice to me and customer care number is not reachable.

    Rs. 3371; Rs.113; Rs.300 have been deducted. Kindly reverse the entries if wrongly debited.

    I had applied for the Rupay Card 2 months ago . Now I received the card one months ago but till date not received the PIN NO. so that I use the card. Without PIN No this card is useless for me. I approach several times with my branch but they are not respoding . they said that PIN no. not supplied by the Concerned office. Please look in to this matter and pl. provide PIN NO. immedeatly
