    Really very bad service of iball…. Plz don’t buy any product of iball. I bought booster 5.1 channel. problem is automatically restart when I went service center they said it will not repair. and also they are misbehaving with me when I ask why you will not repair. Service center members are big irresponsible.

    With immense dis-satisfaction , I am writing a mail to you after having frustrating response by customer care of your company.

    I would like to inform that your company’s product are totally defective.
    I purchased Iball Andi in Mar-Apr’2015 and within few months, the charging problem arised.
    There after, phone heating problem, thereafter speaker problem.
    Charing socket was repaired under warranty in Sep15 and within 1 month , again charging problem arised.
    Power bank which was given along with handset is also of inferior quality and not working properly.
    Experience with your customer care(on email as well as personal visit to Drive-in Branch Ahmedabad ) is horrible and totally unfriendly approach to genuine customers.

    Phone is just 8-9 months old and so many problems and it is a total waste of my money in buying Iball products.
    Will never ever never suggest anybody to buy your company’s brand.

    Pls look in and get the same addressed. Hope at-least you will have courtesy to give proper customer-friendly reply.

    The iball service is really very very bad. We have yesterday gave our Tablet PC Slide 3G 6095-D20 White in kalyan gallery for updation of the software. After updation of software we came to know that back camera is not working. Today we again went to your gallery to show that after updation of software the back camera is not working. the attending lady told us that the camera is to be replaced. it means while updation of software the camera is been damaged. she told us to keep the tab for atleast 8 days for replacing the camera. we don’t understand why 8 days are required? assuming that the part may not be available with the gallery.assuming that gallery may have pending assingments. in such a case gallery can note the complaint and give a time to customers to come after 8 days or when the part is available with the gallery with their product for the replacement. keeping the device for 8 days with the gallery gives a doubt in the mind of the customers of removing the original parts (as rumor in the market). not only that we are loosing our contacts, communication, groups with friends, social sites, etc. in such a type of service tell me why we should buy your product? we are very unhappy of your service provided to the customers. in future we decided not to buy your product. not only that we will recommend our friends and groups not to buy your products.
    hope you will look in to the matter and improve your service and repair tab urgently and help us to keep connected with our friends groups,etc.

    i have purchased i ball b 2 ips mobile in sep 2014.after 1 month speaker problem,its not worked.then i go to customer care after this problem i have get resolved in 45 days.its service so………..very bad….
    after one month ihave goy this problem again……………
    please help me……………..
    i need another handset…..because my faith on this set not good …………
    please give me another set,difference i will pay…………..
    because this set have also heating problem……..

    yesterday i went to collect my i ball andy in your service center @ thane (above Waman Hari Pethe shop) . the lady @ counter is worst person i have ever met . She is always ready to fight with every customer .
    i think customer has right to get good service. the place of service center is also very clumpsy & @ third floor it is very inconvienient.
    it is very worst experience.

    I purchased iBall Pen Tablet 4030U three month before,and this product got damaged/faulty within one month.and from last two months product is in your care center (SCO-364, 2ND Floor, Chandigarh Sector 44d, Chandigarh – 160047).i follow them regularly and they answer me that your product is under replacement but we haven’t stock of this product.

    So please do the needful and provide me my product ASAP.

    I purchased iBall Slide 3G Q1035 Tablet two weeks before. The build number is iBall_Slide_V1.05,2014-11_19:45.

    The issue is :-

    When the volume and home buttons press together, the emergency call activates. The call goes to the local police control room. And even they called me back and warmed telling that they will charge case against me for missusing the emergency calls.

    Volume and Home buttons – right top side of the tablet.

    I took the set to the shop (IT Net, Ernakulam) from where I purchased, but they have no idea of it.

    I purchase iball andi 4.5 ripple smart phone on date 01-may-2014 and within three month i faced problem of camera resolution ,charging slot and charging problem so i had given at service centre at location FF-36 Alankar Tower ,Nr sayajigunj police Chowki sayajigunj ,Baroda, gujarat.
    After getting repair my phone I had again facing problem of charging ,brightness not varied and phone hanging even after in factory data reset condition within 25 to 28 days of successfully working. so i would like to request u to replace me with new phone.
    I hope u will not ignore my complain as other custore complain.
    And give me reply as early as possible.

    faith on your product
    But nowdays I m facing problem by using your produt.it is a I ball tv
    tuner.its warrenty up to 4-5-2015. I have deposit it on custmer care
    chd.sco 364,second floor,,sector 44d,chd,160047,0n 26 August 2014, and
    I have promissed by custmer care that it will recover by one week .but
    till that day I have call many time in that centre .they always says
    that ho is not giving your tv tuner.

    I have purchased I ball mobile ( model No. andi 3.5 ) from your authorised distributor at ahmedabad. But since three months i am struggling to get battery.     u r product performance is very bad n service also too bad . i hav slide yab of ur company that hanged dead in only 3 months n i hav give it at service center from last 7 days ago but yet not repairs this will affect on ur product selling.
    Their my fnds wre asking about performance i tell good but as ur services n product i m not satisfied.
    If u hav to increase productivity improve u ur service n product quality.

Andi 5h Quadro mobile white, I face Network problem, and your service center 306, Rajender Jaina Tower,Wazirpur Commercial Complex,Wazirpur (North Delhi) – 110052 had poor performance and they are very careless .i gave my phone 1 month 4 days before and there is no reaction from service center . i am face many problem .my all connection are blocked please take some action toward this, other wise i will take some strict action and i will go consumer court .i had call daily their iball service center but no nobody give right information.

    Service centre (Best It World (India) Pvt. Ltd., U202- 3rd Floor, Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi – 110092 ) doesn’t take care of our frequent complaints. We keep on calling in relation to our tablet but every time they are updating us that ” they didn’t got the spares from co.” , please call next week otherwise we will update to you. Which they never bothered to call. Mr Azaaz always update on reception that we didn’t got the spare might be will get it on some XYZ day. On every call you will get this kind of update.

    I believe that for this complaint they will charge full amount Rs. 3015 instead of a nominal amount. Because as per there words if we unable to save the touch we have to replace full part .

    “In there terms and condition they had written ” Customer has to collect the product from service center with in 45 days ”

    I believe they are just passing time and making there customer fool . Even they are spoiling Iball Co.’s reputation also. Because I believe there behaviour for other customers are same. Irresponsible Iball Co.’s service centre.

    Warranty period for our product upto 31/03/2014 .

    We request Iball Co.’s Mr. Sandeep Parasrampuria (Director) to take care of there old customers & please solve my problem by handing over my Tablet PC after repairing in good condition and at a nominal charges.

    I bought andy 4.5q. The second back cover was defective already and the shop where i purchased it from, says it does not come under warranty!! The charger got spoilt within 2 months. The battery life is worse. Feels like im stuck in hell after buying this product. The customer care no doesnt work. The shop owners care too little. IBall should have never ventured into mobile segment, if they cannot handle these important issues. Im so disappointed.

    I ball products are the worst. Very very poor quality. Had purchased an I ball slide 6030 but in a week the charging socket got spoit. 3 weeks to repair these guys took and in another two days it got spoilt again. Waste of money an time. Its better to take other products rather than their cheap quality product.

    On 4th January 20113 I have purchased Andi 4.5h smartphone of i-ball company. If such poor service after sale by the company the coustomers shll not buy your product in future. After all the above comment , I also tried to get the coustomer support number but nobody is lifting the phone. And after so many attempts the phone was lifted by some layman who has no knowledge of the smartphone, then How he will guide and help coustomer?

    Hi i have purchased my IBALL 8G.B. pendrive on15/07/2012 from Dmart PSR Avenue Supermarts Pvt Ltd kukkatpally in hyderabad LAST 15 DAYS BACK THE PENDRIVE STOPED WORKING FOR WHICH I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER IN PARADISE CIRCLE SECUNDRABAD AND GOT IT REPLACED.Th e new pendrive is giving me a new problem i normally use it to watch movies on my Philips D.V.DPlayer but the new pendrive is not getting dettected on the player where as if i play on my other pendrive its working fine.Ihave gone to your service center but they are not responding to my requests to repair or replace the faulty pendrive given to me.So i request u to kindly look in to the matter and get me the faulty pendrice replaced or get it repaired.     Sir, I have purchased a 5.1 Channel Speaker System Model:Booster on 28.7.2012 from M/s Ruchi Sales, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). Only after 20 days of use on 17.8.2012, the system failed to function as its sub-woofer, rear & centre speaker were not working.I brought the sub-woofer to the local service centre, they sent it to Raipur Service centre. Raipur service centre confirmed to provide me with a new system but they did not send the system to me till date. It is requested to provide me warranty replacement with a new system at the earliest.
