    Hello Sir,
    I am Kumara Gurubaran, I troubleshooted a blue screen error while installing os for my dell inspiron 5050, it says that “update your BIOS”, I have downloaded the updated software but the system is not starting up for the desktop screen because the os have been corrupted so that I am unable to install that .exe file. Can you tell me how to install the file without os or any other ways to install the file.

    exact match to my old charger i also format my laptop but now my lap over heat and charger is also over heat and laptop over heat shut downso plz tell me what can i do for resolve my problems

      im facing exactly the same problem. even my DEll EHH is just getting detected n not showing on my computer. even i bought it from Flipkart.
      how did u resolve ur matter? please guide me as well. im not even able to lock my complain because it is not accepting any of the serial nos mentioned on d back of my Drive.

    hi I have a DELL inspiron 14r just needed a help actually 3 days earlier accidentally i poured tea over my lap keyboard and after 10 mins it was showing a error message os not found and moreover while switching on the system i am able to listen to tik-tik sound from the harddisk.

    I have purchased new dell I3 laptop with pyrated windows 7 OS. i kept windows update in off mode but it is showing’ windows is not genuine’ and screen becomes blank after 29 days,but my friend purchased also same dell laptop with pyrated windows 7 software.his laptop working ok and not showing genuine software message.his laptop screen working ok so what is the problem of my laptop?pls. can u assist me for this problem?

      Dell Support Microsoft genuine/licensed product.
      However in case where windows installed are corrupted this is a very common error that you receive to validate the product.

        Hi,My Dell Inspiron 3521 display has gone black since 3 days. I am still in warranty. However when i connect to an external monitor its working but no boot window or options…The system power lights are all blinking fine. Tried all the diagnostics but no luck…

    my dell Inspiron n4050 starts normally until the part which states starting windows it shows a blue screen for around a second and repeats the starting operation going on and on I tried pressing F8 but nothing happened, the diagnostics says passed but still it goes on I hope you can help me thanks
