    Mene 2 weeks pehle he laptop lea but battery backup is worst. It’s shows that backup is for 1 hour and 24 min and laptop off in next 12 mins.

    Dear Taranjeet/Bhavya/All Hp Team

    This is to inform you that i purchased a H.P Laptop in the month of March,2013,case id-4711017990471 and faced several problem in the laptop while working on it.I have already contacted your engineer Mr. Nitin Verma -9999682582 who visited my place for the repair of the laptop but could not repair it properly and i started facing many more problems with my laptop again.
    Kindly let me know what exctly the issue is as it has been couple of days ie from 24th september,2013 till date and i am not getting a proper after sales service for the same and in return your engineer is asking me to provide 32 GB pendrive or hard disk which i cannot provide hence I am not at fault, so do provide me with the concern persons number and email id so that i can do the needfull.
    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

  10. sir i had a laptop hp pavilion g series and in this laptop firstly i got a problem of run time error and then now the laptop is asking for installation of new operating system on your hard disk..two months ago i had send u my complaint but no answer from ur side i got …my laptop is in warrenty period so did i had to give any extra cgarges for the repair of my laptop…

    I have HP Probook 4540s, it has some issuse with Wi-Fi connectivity, whenever I starts it finds all the available Wi-Fi connections, and connects Wi-Fi, but it only works for 2-3 minutes, after that it will gets disconnected and then if I tried to find avalible Wi-Fi, it was not able to find any connection.
    When I re-starts it it behaves in similar fashion again.

    Sub: complaint against hp paviloin G-6 2226TU.

    With reference to the above subject, I wish to state that I was purchased HP laptop having MODEL NO. G-6 2226TU, 5CD 24788JB, From Computer Villa (Address : B-431-432, nehru ground, opp.Escorts Medical Centre, Neelam Bata Road, Faridabad, Haryana) (Ph. No. 0129- 4038272,4038273,4038274).

    It was surprised that the Laptop did’nt work at all. So, I was returned it to the above dealer before a week and when I was visited again there was no response from the dealer and having 100 of excuses to manipulate the situation. The receipt of the same is with me. I am an employee of a certain organisation and in absence of the laptop my work suffers a lot which can’t be understand that dealer.

    As he told us to exchange the laptop on monday(11.02.2013), and now he did’nt even response to us for the same. My telephonicaly complaint No. was 4692738583, as the laptop still not in working condition and when your engineer was visited our place to remove the problem but he could’nt. So, my only concern is to change the laptop asap.

    Kindly look into the matter and take some necessary action and oblige.
