    My Airtel Digital TV ID No is 3012476266 whenever I recharge the retailer tell for one month but it works for less than a month between 15 to 28 days, when talked to customer care they cannot solve my queries, I had using the connection from last 3+ years, but not a single month as I remember that I had ended trouble free, every month they deducted an amount from my package amount, sometimes on the name of extra channel subscription, some time on the IMS (Idle Management service), the company had not provided any Toll free number for customer support (18001028080, if dial on this number any time the message I heard is “this route is busy, please dial after some time”, but there is no any time when the call is connected), to need the customer care executive I had to dial on the land line number, after a long discussion no satisfactory answer should be given, but a amount for the call is deducted from my talk time. Please solve the problem my Airtel Digital TV plan is of Rs 276 (Value Prime).
    According to rule of TRAI there is no IMS charge, but the Airtel Digital TV, is deducting charge on the name of Idle Management service, I here want to know that what the company do during this period, they washing my Airtel Digital TV dish which was full of dust in the open, with shampoo and polish, or the painted it which is spoiled by the weather. It is a prepaid service, when I see the programme then I recharge it otherwise its expensive to recharge it.

    my dish tv airtel ID No is 3017180141 when ever i recharged the retailer tell for one month but it works for 15 days now telling go to customer care and solve your quaries i had taken connection from last 3 month please solve the problem in 1 dish 2 connection going on recharge 1) 265 2)225 both done as on 16/08/2015 and today as on 04/09/2015
    it was disconnected what to do can company take back my set back do needfully.

    3. Customer shall provide correct information for online registration for using this part of the Site. Any information or particulars provided by the Customer to airtel during the process of registration may be disclosed to any person, if required by law or regulation. airtel takes all reasonable care to ensure the security of Customer’s information using commercially reasonable technology available. Customer shall be solely responsible for any unauthorized viewing of his/her Customer Account and any consequences related thereto should the password given to him/her fall into unauthorized hands.
    8. The facility for online payment/s through credit card/ net banking account is available for select credit card and net banking account only.
    9. In a credit card and/or debit card and/or net banking transaction/s, the Customer must use his/her own card. airtel will not be liable for any credit card or debit card or net banking fraud.
    10. Customer confirms that he/she is aware of the fact that when making any online payment through credit card/ net banking account, the Customer may be directed to the payment gateway page. The payment gateway may redirect the Customer to other website(s) maintained or controlled by third parties and airtel does not control the such third party website/s and is not responsible for any transactions on such website/s.
    11. airtel shall not be liable for any payment not reaching the Customer Account due to Customer providing an incorrect Customer Account number or for any other reasons.
    12. Any booking for Pay Per View (PPV) programme can be cancelled online as per policy of airtel made from time to time. PPV booking can be cancelled online 30 minutes before the concerned PPV programme starts. Pass/es for PPV channels / programmes cannot be cancelled online.
    13. The payments for recharge of Customer Account through XXXXXX bank gateway provided herein shall be subject to the terms and conditions notified by XXXXibank.
    14. Customer hereby authorizes airtel for carrying out instructions authenticated by the Customer on Self Care. airtel shall not be held liable if Self Care is not available for any reason beyond airtel’s control and for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage thereof. airtel does not warrant that access to Self Care shall be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. airtel will not be liable for any virus that may enter the Customers computer system as a result of the Customer using Self Care.
    15. In consideration of airtel providing facility of Self Care, the Customer shall, at his/ her own expense, indemnify and hold airtel, its directors, employees, representatives, agents, as the case may be, indemnified against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses on full indemnity basis which airtel may incur, sustain, suffer or is likely to suffer in connection with airtel’s execution of the Customer’s instructions.
    16. While every attempt is made to maintain accuracy of Customer’s account details, airtel does not warrant that the details provided will be error free. airtel shall endeavor to rectify any errors found.
    17. Customer may request for termination of Self Care facility any time by giving a written notice of at least 90 days to airtel. The termination shall take effect on the completion of 90 days. Customer will remain responsible for any transactions made until the time of such termination.
    18. In case the Customer has disconnected DTH Services his access to Self Care may be denied.
    19. airtel accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. The account will become inactive in case the customer does not access it for more than 45 days at a stretch
    20. airtel reserves the right to terminate the Self Care facility in respect of any Customer at any time, if airtel learns that the Customer has provided false or misleading registration information.
    21. airtel shall not be responsible for all or any dispute or difference relating to online payment made by the Customer through credit card/ net banking account
    22. airtel may suspend or discontinue fully or partially this part of the Site or any service provided in this section of Site without any notice to the Customer and/or user and without incurring any liability to the User/Customer or any third party.
    23. airtel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without any kind of notice and any and all changes to the terms and conditions by airtel even without any specific notification to the Customer shall be binding on the Customer.
    24. The Customer acquiesces to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India in all or any disputes arising out of or relating to use of this part or section of the Site and/or dispute in relation to Customer’s registration.

    What is the solution for this? I have sent more than 10 e-mails to 121@in.airtel.com, but till time I have not received any response from Customer Care.
    I am looking forward to you to take care of my complaint and resolve the issue. Look that I want to up-grade the package , it means that I want to give more money to Airtel.

    i complaint many times but your agents are not solving my problem and abusing to me


    1. I had requested for re-installation of the airtel dish TV on my new address and had also received a call saying that the engineer will call u well in advance and it will be done by Saturday. But till date i haven’t received any call from anyone.

    This is really unprofessional attitude – my entire day has been wasted waiting for someone to come and do the needful.

    Please give me a timeline when can i expect someone to come and re-install it.

    Mr. RAJ SHARMA is absolutely correct.

    I have tried to reach them more than 100 times in last 12-15 days and all my calls terminated with same response ‘All Line are busy at the moment’

    They have deducted money without any reason and now they are not bothering to response.

    Time to move on, bye Airtel!

    Would like to mention about Tikona Digital Networks as well, they did the same and did not refunded my money on canceling my connection due to bad/no connection issues.
