    I had prob.with dish i was not receiving all the ch.i informed jammu branch and they sent two persons named Mr. Sandeep koul mob.9796048485,they alinged the dish and i was told that the cable is defective and changed the whole cable.And charged me Rs.350.00
    But after few days the problim was same ,i informed him regarding the fault, but he fail to attend the fault after two week.To whome i will complaint so that my prob. is solved

    My VC No is 01514752359. On Sunday 20th April 2014 due to some problem its stop working around 8:30 pm. I called up toll free number but nobody picked up. I tried that number around 20 times but not getting any response. On 21st April 2014 again I tried in morning but no response. Finally in daytime someone attended my call and ask me the problem. I informed him there is 303 reinstall error is coming. He ask me is I am in front of the TV. I said I am in office you just book my complain and send someone who can rectify. He told me that’s not possible first I need to in front of TV and follow the instruction as he says. I have no option left in evening when I reached home call on that number (Toll Free) this time I told them that I am inform of TV. Whatever they told me I followed but problem is not rectified. I requested to take my complain and send someone to resolve my problem. Finally he took my complain and gave me complaint number (166790677) he assured me within 24hrs my problem is going to resolve.

    Today is 24th April 2014 but my dish is not working. What the hell you people are doing. Is everyone sleeping? You need to help the customer, give them proper solutions. We are paying the money; you are not giving anything on free. There are other DTH services are there, I pick DISH TV, is it my mistake.

    My Big TV Smart Card No 200764582435 is not working for last three days. Problem showing is modify signal. I am surprised that I am not able to contact customer care executive for last three days. Every time your CC number keeping me hanging for five to ten minutes and repeat that they are busy, which cannot be continuously for three days. There is something wrong in service provision. I am disappointed with such a premier brand.Time has come to re-think.
    I hope something will be done at some level!!!!!!

    it so difficult to contact u and your persons so its better switch over to other services.so many peoples from akola and neoubring towns .cuts dish tv connections.due to failure of your service.

    My name is Manoj Talreja ( Mob No 9717710183) and I am an old customer of DISH TV with VC No 01505446028.

    I had paid an amount of Rs 760/- vide TrxnNo 194407907on 20/12/12 at 09.03 PM through a local vendor of sadar bazaar Delhi Cantt-10

    I changed my plan from super platinum to super gold and my next due date was 10/03/13

    However my set top box started malfunctioning on 23/12/12 for which I filed a complaint and a technician came to my residence to fix the problem.

    He said the that set top box is not working properly and either we purchase a new set top box with new connection or he will swap my set top box with another person and that may already be repaired 2-3 times and may again malfunction

    Now, we decided to get a new set top box and this has a VC No 015118356985.

    Now the problem is that we had freshly paid amount of Rs 760/- on 20/12/12 which could not be utilized and we had to change set top box for which we again paid Rs 1200/-

    May I request you to refund the unutilized freshly paid money of Rs 760/- and that money may be put in my new connection account of VC No 015118356985. The old VC No 01505446028 connection can be closed now.

    Since I have been an old and valued customer of DISH TV, I believe you will understand my request and do the needful

    I have purchased a dth setup box on 13 Nov 2012 and had made the on line payment of Rs. 990/- . and token No. is 194014.

    But till date there has been no followup regarding the installation of setup box.

    I had made several call to your customer care and to the AA Enterprises (see the trailing mail) for the installation but AA Enterprises is replying that we are not authorised to installed the setup box in my location when i question them back that i have received the mail from the dishtv they said that they do”t have any record for the same.

    As far your customer care goes this is my worst experience in my life. The executives are unfriendly and does not possess any knowledge. This is pathetic service from Dish tv.

    Also I did not received any request no. for my complain and reply was only that it would be done tommorrow and till date that tommorrow has not come.

    Kindly look in the matter and solve the problem else return my amount back.

    I have taken two dishtv+ DTH connection vide tickets No. 183395 & 183396 and VC Nos are 01518104727 & 01517566400, on 7-11-12. Now both the TVs are blanked due to non activation of my above mentioned account. Now I request you please activate these accounts so that I may able to watch my TVs. As per your Scheme activation is not required for two months.
    Please do the needful urgently.
    Sorry to say that Customer Care has not taken any action against my complaint booked under case No 104750558 .

    i booked the dish tv connection on 14/11/2012. my token no. is 195627… but till now it’s not installed . i try to contact customer care so many times but they always say that wait for 24 hours technician will go and install your set top box .its very poor services its shown bad management in the company , no body call from dish tv for curtsy of this delayed.

    This is a request to refund our amount paid as per mail below.

    The amount was paid on 6th November  for Dish + and this was a installation commitment of 4-5 days. We are very upset to see  initial service of your known company. Your call executives  (Deepti ) are  not ready to reply on listen our request. Who were convincing us to pay online for fast service. Your service provider is also helpless because of excessive load given by your company.

    So I need your reply in one day, what is your step on my request. I will prefer to get my money back. You and your service providers will not be able to give any service.

    The above STBs were installed on 19/10/2012 and as on 03/11/2012, I am unable to see even a single channel on it. The DISH TV company is not eligible to handle Indian Customer and is a fraud company whose aim is to take money from the customer and then forget them on their behalf only.

    My dish TV ID No. is 01510289178 by mistake recharge was done 01510289170 i recharge it at dt10/10/2012 time 4hr40mt.52sec. the tranjaction id no. is SERC10232027


    1) On 06 Oct 2012, I have paid Rs. 600 to local dealer as 3 month renewable charge for ‘Family Package’, which I was using for last two years.

    2) After payment, some of regular channels went off (Z Classic, Z premier, AAJ TAK, etc). Tried to contact dealer Amol enterprises, Panvel. He has not responded throught the week. He is not lifting any phone calls.

    3) On 07 Oct 2012, I tried to contact your customer care number. I could not get connected after number of attempts.

    4) On 10 Oct 2012, I got connected to customer care and I was told following -
    a) After renewable, my channel package changed to ‘Silver Pack’, which I had not asked. (For family pack, I was informed Rs. 200 / month and for 3 month period, I had deposited Rs. 600 to your dealer).
    b) From 7 Oct 2012, A-La-Carte for Star Sports got activated.

    My Complaint -
    i) When I have paid exact Rs. 600 for 3 months, why my regular channel package is not continued.
    ii) When dealer is not responding, I tried to contact your customer care and during this process, you have activated un-wanted star sports which I never subscribed earlier.
    iii) For me, it looks like a cheating case. You are changing channel package without our knowledge & forced to contact customer care by making local dealer non responsive. During the process, some button gets pressed on mobile, which you are claiming that I have opted for the extra payment which will be mandetory for next three months.
    iv) For the mistake of dealer (wrong selection of channel package) who should be blamed. To get it corrected, when I tried to contact, without resolution, some unwanted channel is forced on me.

    I hope that my complaint will be understood correctly & necessary action will be taken so that similar possibility can be avoided in future..
