    I accept that sun direct has gained huge popularity with time which I too think it deserves. But the question is isn’t the complaint department of such a popular company too needs to be improvised as per standard? I registered a complaint on 15 October 2014 regarding removal of dish antenna from my veranda to terrace, which has not been solved till date. My complaint number is 1-11196715409. Once on 16 October 2014, a person called from sun direct and told that the procedure would cost Rs 400 (whereas the customer care executives during lodging of complaint told me it will cost Rs 250). When I told that person about Rs 250, he apologized and said that he will come in half an hour and solve the problem. But now its the 5th day after i registered my complaint, but no action has been taken so far. Kindly do the needful. Pls.

    1. I had use yours service since 07-01-2009, from a very fast beginning I fill yours form as a name spell of Anindya Saha not Anindaya Saha
    2. At Kankurgachi, West Bengal, Kolkata here is no SUN DTH recharge shop from yours end.
    3. Customer care number of yours service is very very poor, when ever call I can’t talk with yours Customer Executive for help me, Topup recharge, Setbox complain & TV problem related from yours side.

    As a consumer please try to solve above problems as early as possible. I further request you to solve this type of problems or, I will disconnect yours SUN DTH.

    Since 21st feb my set-top box is not working i called customer care on the same day and registered a complaint, the executive told me that our technician will visit at ur place tomorrow on next day i got a call from simpak electronics, hari nagar, they told me that our technician will be there at ur place by after noon, i called them in afternoon and i asked what is the status he said technician is on the way then i called them in the evening to check the update but they said Moti Nagar is not under our area. i called customer service several times but nobody is intend to fix my issue if my issue is not fix by tomorrow then i will throw this crap outside and will have any other DTH service. and will sue on sundirect on consumer court. And one personal feedback from my side to the seniors, please hire some educated people to serve the customer, ur customer service agents dont have the knowledge abt the process for which they work. If a customer took your services so its your responsibility to serve him properly if you cannot do that the windup this and search any other job.

    At that time my TV and Sun Direct receiver bothe are running condition. Inspite of this one Sun Direct is not recharged and not activated till date. During teliphonical inquiry your said reply that ” wait up to 07 days for recharge….. But why ???????

    I am already contact with customer care lot of time and expend my teliphone bill up to Rs= 30/- So who give me that amount to me????????????????
    During call no reply can be received from your side. Unitl only one helpline per is lodged my complaint and give case id no. on dated 31/01/2013 case id no is 1-76454A1462

    SO PLEASE ACTIVATE MY CHANNELS WITHOUT WAITING FOR ANY REMINDERS..AND IN FEATURE THIS TYPE OF UNCONVINENS SHOORLY MAKE OUR MENTALITY TO STOP SUN DIRECT CONNECTIVIY.
