    दिनांक 05.6.2015 को नया सैट बॉक्सस मैसूर कर्नाटक मेंलगवाया है आपके स्टाीफ ने ठीक से इंस्टाील नहीं किया है तथा उसमें चैनलस के नीचे किया लिखा हुआ वो दिखाई नहीं देता चैनलस के नंबर भी पढ़ने में नहीं आ रहे हैं। जब आपके तकनीशियन को फोन करते है तो वह कहता 10 मिंट में आता हूं पर आता नहीं न ही ठीक से उत्त र दे रहा है अब तो उसने मेरा फोन नं. 09742244819 भी उठाना बंद कर दिया है। आपके तकनीशियन लगभग तीन माह से परेशान कर रहे हैं।
    आपसे अनुरोध है कि या तो हमें संतोषजनक सेवा दें या फिर अपने सैट बॉक्स वापस ले लें हम कैब्ल9 कनैंक्शुन ले लेंगे।

    Due to my residential address changed I had launch my request to your chiplun representative named Sachin Ghadigaonkar & his Mob No – 8605097900 to relocate my Tata sky dish on my new address. Work order number is GJI.08K-I . He Relocate my dish on 04/05/2015 but his technician not fixed dish properly. I was told him to fix dish on my buildings terrace but he was not being agree and locate dish on ground floor & and not properly fixed. I tell your service engineer that he was not fixed dish properly but he told me if any problem arise later I will relocate your dish with free of charge. And problem arises and since last three days my Tata sky perception is offed and this representative not agrees to relocate my dish and not giving me any feedback. Only answered me I will send a Technician since last three days.
    When he relocate my dish on 4th May that time service engineer agreed his Technicians mistake and committed me if any problem will come I will relocate your dish. When we meet you on your costumer care number you are motivate us to buy your product but sir I faced last three days harassment from your service provider.
    So I requested you to take feed back and take a proper action and start my dish immediately.

I am calling since lastr five days to your representative on the mobile no. 921790196 ( pradip) told me on sunday 19/04/2015 that they will install connection with in two days after then he is not picking up phone. still my co0nnection is not installed .please help and arrange the installation and activation of my connection.

    There is no care through customer care of tata sky..im very upset from , here is no single number of care is exist or connect..we r vry irritate from your side,
    My tata sky id-1055320111 is not responding within 3 hr, we r waiting for activation after 3 to 4 hr is responds to us, here is daily routine of this, we have h display msg “there is not receiving single by tatasky some remote system is default…pls check your setup bok or try again for connection.”
    Pls fix this as soon as possible we r really upsat

    One point advise is that please refrain from taking Tatasky connection as the people presently working in the company are bunch of jokers who do not and can not understand the requirements of customers. They are busy injecting problems for customers and cheat piddly amount from their kitty.

    I am a subscriber of tata sky for more than three years.My tata sky customer ID no.1033992163.Today 22nd jan. 2015,I received a call from tata sky since being a customer for so long,I am eligible for free subscription of vedic maths for three months, later they sent me a message on my RMN 9923089401 that a sum of Rs.183 deducted from my account.When contacted customer care on 18602086633,they refused to cancel my request to cancel vedic maths or refund the balance.Please don’t misguide your customers.Arrange to refund my balance at the earliest.

    Dear Sir- my ID number is 1139228488. My connection is new recently installed on 26 Oct 14. Since its installation I have not been able to view the additional packages I have taken besides the basic one. I have made repeated visits to the Tatasky shop: Professional Tech. Solutions Pvt Ltd, Frederick Palace , Kadamba Road, Defence Colony, Alto Porvorim Goa 403521. They promised to send the technician but so far no one has come and I have also contacted them on my registered mobile-still no response. I have finally registered a complaint via the helpline My complaint No:FFVHXXA the same was scheduled for 12.00 today ie 29 Oct 14. So far there has been no response or sign of the technician. Pl advise further course of action to be taken by me. An early reply on my email is kindly solicited.

Today I got call from Tata Sky regarding adding of STAR World premiere HD & Combo HBO pack absolutely free for 1st month and it will be automatically cancelled from 2nd month if I not added as informed from your end. But after getting message from Tata Sky in my registered mobile it is seen that STAR World premiere HD is 67% off & Combo HBO pack is 70% off for 1st month and accordingly you have charged remaining amount in my A/C.. You are totally misleading your (valued ?) customers. your conversation is recorded in my mobile. So, please deactivate both channels from my pack immediately without deducting any amount from my balance A/C. Otherwise I will go to the consumer court.

    You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

    We had purchased Tata Sky Connection…….but Since 5 -6 months we are not getting the due dates on time. We use to get our account recharged for 30 days but the account gets deactive in just 20 days…….I’m fed up with the services of tata sky. I had never ever expected this from tata group…. customer service is worst …. they even don’t bother to listen what we want to tell… in between they will disconnect our phone….     Sub: Refer my complaint number 1-23602787257 (Tata sky Id-1003552310) my address details and even my set top box from normal to HD has been changed on 15.10.2014 and all my subscription fee of Rs. 1411 has been adjusted without my consent.
    I would like to inform you that I am Tata sky customer from over 10 years, today on 15.10.13, I have received a message on my Tata sky ID No.1003552310 that my subscription fee which was earlier due on Feb, 2014 is now due on 17.10.2013 and also the message was that package has been changed to HD from normal. I immediately checked my account online and was shocked to know that someone has changed my contact number details and even my address and now new contact details are somewhere in Chennai and contact number which is for sure is not mine -9566938226. The person has even changed my Login details and password.
    My all balance left Rs.1411 app has been adjusted and now I am unable to view channels from past two days. I spoke to Mr. Sunil Kumar in customer care (Complaint number 1-23602787257) who was very rude and had blamed me for the problem , as per him I shared my details with someone and he changed the details. I than spoke on mobile number 9566938226 and some Mr. Vijay somewhere in Tamil Nadu picked up and said it’s a new connection and his dealer would have given him a wrong connection.
    Is it so easy for anyone, if he knows your address that he can change your details and even ask to add Tv connection. I am surprised to know the fact and have checked my online account, more surprises come my way when I had seen that even my address details have been changed.
    I strongly feel that such kind of incident cannot be possible without involvement of Tata sky employees or dealers, it is happening to me 2nd time. The company have not done anything from past 8 months (1st time someone hacked my account) and no action was taken against people who are behind this crime.
    Till now my account is having details of other person and someone else is sharing my account and money. I now strongly feel sad that why I recharged my account with Rs.10000/- (Aug, 2011). People should learn from my case and should never recharge such account for over a month.
    I request you to take prompt action against all these people who are responsible for this fraud and also update my accounts with original details with the lost amount. Also please ensure that such incidents should not happen with anyone else. I also want to mention here that your staff at customer care should follow norms and inform company and customer if someone attempts such fraud.
