    Recently we have subscribed for one year. Since the installation of the new software D2H performance has become very poor and erratic. In place of our Kannada channels either some other Tamil channel or Animal planet comes. Right now the problem is that the system has become very sluggish and in particular from the past 3 days, 3 of our favourite kannada channels namely Colours Kannada (658), Star Suvarna and (653) are not coming at all. For some time it came y’day but now gone. On calling customer care , they answer very casually and somehow try to make our mouth shut and ask us to pay Rs 200/ booking a complaint. They also answer foolishly that our set has gone bad and engineer has to come and rectify it. I am an engineer and can understand to quite an extent as to which is our set fault and which is yours. How can a set go bad not to show 3 selected Kannada channels showing other Kannada channels?! So please rectify it and tell the staff to be more polite and sensible. Otherwise the reputation would be lost and nobody recommends to their friends.

    I have installed d2h in Jan 2014 opted New Diamond Pack monthly fee was Rs.341.
    Although, I am paying qtly regularly, I am not getting 5 days extra. Contraryly, I am told that my last day of payment due is reduced 3 days earliar everytime even when I am paying Rs. 1100 qrtly WHY/ When I want to check my a/c on TV Screen shows a/c. not available If there is no transperancy , I will be constrained to complain to

    Got VIDEOCON d2h connection on 02-12-2014. ID. No.135056498 and the Package name- New South Platinum HD. Today all of a sudden at about 19.45 hrs.most of the HD channels and few more channels have suddenly disappeared from the list. Nearly spending more than half an hour and failed to connect any one of the listed Vieocon customer care numbers ( nearly 7 numbers) prompted me to send this message. Never experienced this type deficient, unsatisfying service, that also within 10 days of commencing the service, from a self boasting service provider. I expect and demand the defect to be attended immediately.

    I am using d2h service for last few months I am facing problem in signals, I have made several complains to your customer care and even paid twice for the service engineer’s
    visit but to vain .I am still not getting the signals for last two days I have repeatedly made complains but still result is zero. Please look into this or else refund all my charges
