I booked my complain on 31 Dec 2013 for relocation, your executive has come on 1 Jan 2014 but only for the uninstall he told me after 2 hours will become some for installation to your new address and I paid him 150 Rs. And he didn’t come and now I am asking to customer care for why your executive has not come then he is telling me some different relocation address and now I am very angry, dish pointed to see your cheap service if my connection will be not reset today then I will be not suggest to any for take this Videocon service below is my correct address where you reset.

    I am totally annoyed by the service provided by your company, especially with respect to increase in recharge amount and consequently termination of services prior to due date, without giving me any information as to why its increased and when its increased and also executives falsely saying they had called to inform. Its absolutely ridiculous and absurd on your part and you have been grossly deficient in your services.
    It also looks like other consumers are also affected because of your services.
    I believe approaching the Consumer Court is the option which i will have to resort now if i dont get a satisfactory reply after this.

    videocon d2h customer care is entirely waste, not caring about customer, because i registered my complaints two times they said within 8 hours service man will come and clear problem but its already over 6 days nobody has came to solve the problem its a bad feeling to us we are not happy and customer care system is waste at all

    Sub: Confusions created by your customer care executives and non compliance with respect to caring of loyal Videocon D2H customers

    With respect to the subject and further to my innumerable requests/appeals with the customer care department. I would like to bring to your kind notice that the customer care executives who attended my calls pertaining to my Customer ID 5633287 or either creating confusions or not giving authentic information like for example when asked for the monthly tariff of my plan that is New south Diamond few executives spelled it as Rs. 340 and some others as Rs. 320.23. None of the executives who I spoke to are able to give me satisfactory feedback/service requested for being a customer. When I requested for the mobile SMS regarding Plan and monthly tariff applicable to my Cust ID. They have informed me saying that “option is not available with D2H”. I have been repeatedly requesting for mobile sms regarding my monthly tariff plan applicable so that I could recharge and reconnect my connection and having a valid proof . But, none of them at Videocon D2H have really cared or bothered to arrange for call back and get the relation moving either way. I believe this is a case of infringement of customer rights for not being transparent in providing the information sought for.

    Few other points to note here that Videocon D2H does not inform the customers change in plans of tariff if any periodically by any means to give an example changes in the reconnection charges Rs 10 to Rs 15 has not been informed to me by any means.

    and not providing the actual denominations for recharging for example tariff for New south Diamond is Rs 323 or Rs 340 but actual denomination available at recharging centres is either Rs. 300 or Rs. 350.

    I’m confused why this crude way of fixing the denomination, this is causing lot more confusions since every month connection is terminated one day early. You could verify your database for the same. finally per month tariff means.. is it as per month passes by or 30 days or 31 days? pls confirm

    I would expect a proper feedback from Videocon D2H, else I might have to rethink about continuing with Videocon D2H apart from escalating this to higher ups or with consumer court.

    I am not satisfied with the service of Videocon … Its been 1 and half month I am chasing customer care people to get my tv fixed and 2 of engineers has already visited … but still the issue is not fixed and they have not brought the correct part that will work for my TV.

    I bought Videocon thinking its a Indian co. and getting any service will be easy .. but looking back at the time I have already spent in getting this issue fixed .. I am feeling in this much time any other company would have worked.

    dear sir i complaint to Videocon DTH service center dehradun to reinstall my dish while a peson has come and asked me that he is busy on another complaint so he will come tomorrow but since july 2012 he has not come back and while i chek my balance it is rS. 197.49 (negative) so since july my dish is on the ground, so i am very unhappy from your service . it is my last complaint other wise i went to consumer form

      I do not understand why i am being harassed by the technical staff of your organization. I had requested for relocation service on 20-10-2012. After that i have received at least three calls from some person from phone no +917428265771. The person is teasing me by saying that i will be reaching to your place in another 10-15 minutes but no one has turned up to resolve my complaint till this time. In fact i was made to wait complete day on 21-10-12 just waiting for your technician to come. i don’t understand why my complaint has not been resolved till this time. In case you do not wish to reinstall my system please let me know and kindly reimburse my amount. Further i would like to state that please do not deduct any amount from my balance with you till the complaint is resolved. I hope you will take necessary action immediately and address the issue by today itself. My customer id is 72593203
