    I have purchase of HCL Tablet Me-1113YCC3G2EDT31641, at Dec 2014,but in last 8 month it nor working due to one part damage within warranty period,So I have raise the complaint (no 8400486291) at May 15.
    But up to till date problem not solved by HCL team,only they sent the number of time automated response mail me i.e Our team will get back to you regarding your email within three working days. In 12 month warranty, 8 month my tablet not working due to very poor serviceability.
    so please solve my problem as soon as possible,otherwise i will take same action on it.

    Myself Sreedevi , working as System Officer in Plantation Corporation of Kerala Ltd , a Govt undertaking firm. It is with great displeasure i am informing you that , the HCL machines purchased in this organization are showing frequent complaints and on top of that your support is also very bad.
    one of our office is supplied with 2 new HCL machines , now both are complaint. we has sent an email to HCL on 1st august but we haven’t received any reply for our mail. On enquiring with HCL team, we received the reply that the email support team has some issue and again we sent a mail on 12th august and immediately we received reply for that mail with complaint IDs . But sadly , till date the complaint is not rectified.

    Being a Govt firm , we cannot keep this issue waiting as it affects our office work very badly . Hence you are requested to look into this issue urgently and resolve our problem.

    Today (18-Mar-2014) when I called toll free number to know the status of the call they said that that call is closed. How can a call gets closed without attending or doing nothing. This is HCL’s policy to fool people. The representative (Mr. Ankur) attending the call suggested me to log a fresh call.

    Mr. Ajay is simply sitting blank holding the post and is simply unanswerable. Maximum time he doesn’t pick up his mobile.

    HCL is more interested in taking AMC but support is a big zero.

    Received your email id from Mr. Sandeep of HCL. Actually this is regarding Complaint No. 8602382430 logged on dated 11-02-2014. I called up today at your Toll Free No. 18601802425 to know the status of the call. Your representative has provided me the mobile no. 7896014143 which belongs to Mr. R V Sinha of HCL Guwahati. So I called on the mobile number to know the status but that person is very rude and not at all supportive. He straightly said that if AMC amount not paid from Guwahati location then he is not going to provide any type of support and no status will be updated and we will have to face this type of problem regularly for sure. No support will be provided until and unless payment made from Guwahati. This person is more interested in taking AMC for Guwahati and not taking care of any of our queries.

    In this connection I request you to take strict action against Mr. R V Sinha because as far as I remember we have paid the full AMC amount and the AMC continues till 2016. We should get full support during this period.

    If HCL ignores to give support during AMC period also then I request to return back the full amount paid by us with interest. We are not going to disturb HCL in future.

    Hcl doesn’t come with satisfactory services. after sale. HCL still fails to fullfill their promise. i’m just shoked how much useless and poor quality of their promises are. after 25+ mails and 50+ calls HCL still not giving me proper answer dat when i get back my replacement . Every time when i Call to Customer Service Centre they Just said to put mail once again and give me one of the main HOD number who even don’t care to pick up the calls. they gives me private number of Marketing Head, Regional Head, Replacement Head, Nodle office Head but no one of them pickup the calls.

    The only one Word I Would Lyk to Say about HCL is


    I finaly decided that this time i go for a legal action or consumer forum……that is the only way……….

    HCL Desktop Service Request No. “850352214​3” issue!

    (Dated 7th Nov 2013) Dear HCL Touch Desktop Support Team,

    Further to my Service Request escalation mail 1; Service Request no: I have just received a call from your Area Sales Manager Mr. Amod (to whom the service request has been assigfned to).

    It appears that the vendor “iSOFT.Corp” has finally found a problem after 8-9 days sitting over the machine – problem is defined as

    “Mother Board (MBD) cannot be repaired” and hence will be sent back to the customer (Me)!

    I think the vendor does not know his business. Further The Area Sales Manager has suggested repair from HCL with a replaced MBD which he will be able to send back after 10-12 days!!! The delay in merely replacing a MBD is due to an organizational policy of getting “Billings and approvals” sorted to begin with following which the machine will be repaired!

    I am shocked and dejected at the state of affairs and the level of efficiency and promptness that has been exhibited by all service associates in the chain! Eventually though, despite all the pain and delays; my machine is un-repaired!!!!!

    I question HCL, when you sell your products in the market, you promise best product, best services and when your services are solicited, your services turn to worst!!!!

    Sad state of affairs and sad to get my machine back without any professional touch on it!

    I challenge the “Service Support associates” and your policies/procedures that cause nothing but pain to the customer!

    I hope in future, you are able to atleast provide a base model of “Good professional Service counters” at customer’s disposal as much as the money that you invest on creating fantastic and flawless machines!!!

    The problem I am highlighting is universal and its time HCL takes cognizance and invest time, money and strategic thought on proper functional customer service as well.

    My name is Rahul V Babu, I am from Trivandrum, Kerala writing you to bring into your notice certain points which need few changes in the system.

    I purchased a HCL Me V1 Tablet through a online store in karnataka. I couldnt even use it properly for 4days before that it had some technical fault and I had to reach HCL. They checked it and said it is technical fault and registered a complaint and produced a ID which took 2 days for the ID to be generated as the ‘Smart Technologies(HCL) in Trivandrum said that there is delay in getting the ID’s and after getting it they raised for DOA which took another week. The counterpart for me to resolve issue from HCL was Abhilash (abhilash.rajan-assoc@hcl.com) from Cochin- 25/02/2013. From the day I was behind him for the replacement and I was doing all the things he was asking me. He assured me after getting DOA certificate the next day the tablet can be replaced in Trivandrum, but after getting the DOA certificate, he said that the product is not in stock, from that day he is delaying and telling that within 2 days the issue will be closed and its 21/03/2013 today and the weeks are only going even today was a deadline given by him and he did not have the courtesy to update me. I texted him and then I got the reply as stock has not come. The date of issue of DOA certificate was 8/03/2013 and its only valid for 30 days. Even after waiting for these many days they are not ready to replace the product from Trivandrum zone but asking me to come and collect from Cochin which is inconvenient for me (5 hrs TO &FRO from Trivandrum through rail) or courier the product which will take more time.

    PFA for the DOA Certificate and ID.

    I am a working professional and I cannot run behind a tab like this by doing calls, texting and mailing all the time. When I am not responding there is no response or updates from HCLs end.

    Without any delays I Paid for the product and now I am not able to use it. It was our 2nd wedding Anniversary and It was a gift for my wife and she could not use it due to technical fault from HCL even when I am trying to replace it, the response from HCL is not professional and not in time. What will she think of a product I gifted her. What will she think of the brand HCL in its quality and the price. It was my first product from HCL. Now What can make me go for HCL products if I have to take risk.

    I looked all the ways and means, this is the last option in bringing HCL managements notice.

    Anyways now I donot have any issues as I got the refund from the dealer but still they donot get the replacement done. Very poor from a company like this. I donot even thought of HL like this. HCL is loosing one more customer but business graph shows HCL has rise their profit to 74% but its only for a short term. No dealer is now prefering HCL as we give a call they just ignore us from buying the HCL products.

    I am trying bringing into your notice about the irresponsible services given by HCL, Not a single point of contact is responding. Very good Keep going.

    Issue: Device hang. Not working anymore after starts/restarts it. It is major problem and my device is stopped working major times, not event it works 3 days continuously after purchasing. I need the DO latter from your end as i have already visited service center around 5 times. They repaired me every time but just after few hours it stopped working. Looks like OS problem or hardware problem. Kindly provide me the DO latter as soon as possible as i am android developer and loosing my business without device..     Sir I have submitted my hcl y1 tab in nehru palace service centre on 11.2.2013…and now its7.3.2013 ….almost 1 month has past and i have not got my tab till….instead of the fake commitment that your executives are giving…..sir plztake some action fast and i want my ta back…i am facing many problems due to that bloody tab..
    do some thing other wise i will take the help of consumer court.

They can’t necessary action about my HCL ME V1 TABLETS.

      I am not getting your response whether it is phone or email-id. I send many times emails to nodalofficer@hcl.com, hcltouch.reg@hcl.com, hcltouch@hcl.com but no reply.
      Your executive giving assurity from last 28days, they told me ‘your problem will be solved next day but didn’t get any answer.

      Please help me.

    It is very bad experince with HCL TABLETs,I had purchesed 2 Hcl tab from Vijay sales,cgroad,ahmedabad,on 17 jan 2013,one of them i had kept which was replaced 2time within 2days,Both the tablets were hanged automatically withing 2-3hrs.I have taken replaced into the vijay sales, Now 2nd tablet has got the same problem,n we knew that problem will come anytime,it is automaticall hanged,

    please give approval to refund or i can exchange anything from vijaysales.

    Nikla ,jab main nehru place ke service center gaya to unhone ise replace karne se mana kar diya jab ki ye packing se hi kharab hai.main to aapka tab le kar bahut pachta raha hu
    Main kabhi bhi ko ab tumhare comp. Ka saman lene ke liye nahi bol sakta.aur iske liye main RTI bhi dalunga,aur nahi hua to cosnsumer court tak jaun ga.

    One of my friend gifted me ur
    companies Tables “Me”, the tab had starting problem
    therefore i gave that tab to ur Bhilwara servicecenter
    about one month ago; but still there is no response about
    repair of Tab. All the members of bhilwara have no idea abt
    status of my Tab and after various follow up they says
    that Tab is at jaipur center. On Saturday I talk to Mrs Priya at
    Jaipur service center and she told me that the Tab will be
    repaired on Wednesday. But today again she said that the Tab
    was not repaired at it is at pending Status. I am very
    disappointed with ur after sell service and never
    recommended any one to purchase ur products. U Claim ueself
    a word class companies bt ur services is much below
    standers. I request u to solve my problem and provide a
    definite time to repair my Tab.

    It is really a very bad experience with your team (TAB Department). A fan of HCL product for a long time, for that I purchased a HCL Y2 tab Invoice no – 66500 4 0187, Date: 28/09/12, Tab Sl. 512EDR031891, I was facing problem on the Tab, after taking to your Customer Care I went to your HCL TAB Service Center at Nehru Place- Delhi, after waiting 2.30hr they told me it has some hardware / technical problem, they will replace the TAB, I will get a new one within 48 hr, and I have to submit the old accessories and box, next day (08/01/2013) I again visit the HCL service center, they pack the old tab and accessories and return me the same, told me will send you DOA through mail, and HCL person will come to my resident and over the new one and they will take back the old. Till date I am waiting for the DOA but not received, I visited several time to HCL service center get the assurance not DOA, they given telephone number but they never received the calls, unfortunately yesterday (17/01/2013) they replied my SMS that I am getting the DOA today itself. But till now not received the DOA. Till my bagging is continue.

    Please guide or advice me for same…

      PLZ donot buy this tab u can go to even micro max or just add 4000 to get Samsung its loaded with full of problems and very bad service. I have given my hcl tab before 2 months still i donot know the status

    We had sold HCL PC to one of our customer (who is BCA student). He is now facing some problem in desktop. We had lodged our complaint to HCL office on September 27/9/2012. After this we are regularly following up but no one is visiting us for this complaint. Our compalint# is 8501213647. We are very disappointed with HCL service and it is really creating doubt in our mind to again sell HCL products to our customer with such a poor service.

    I report a problem regarding error on my PC on 24/sep/12 on customer service center and they said that engineer will come on next 48 hrs but he doesn’t come.After that i complaint again 10 to15 time to customer care ,then engineer come on 31/sep/12 ,he took the defective parts with him (front audio panels and jack and said he will replace the defective mouse when he come) a and said that he will came on 3/sep/12,but he doesn’t came and when i call him he said that parts are not allotted to me by the company and he will came on 8/sep/12.Also on that date he doesn’t came and said the same thing that parts are not allotted to me.Finally he reach today at my place and said that front audio panel and jacks are not in warranty and took my mouse with him and replace it with old one . I said were is my new mouse he said that company allotted him the old one and when I contact the customer service center to talk about that ,the executive said that audio panels and jacks are in warranty and company allotted him new panels,jack and mouse also and when i said he engineer doesn’t replace ,then the executive said to contact to u regarding this problem,so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
