    Sub: A/C repair and unit not yet returned under AMC Job No.140125034977 S,No: 005NLTR028241 Product: Split AC Model LSA5CW2AF5

    I regret to make a serious complaint against LG Electronics Air Conditioner division as my split AC has not been rectified for last 4 months.

    I am a LG customer, since many years and most of my electronics items are from LG company but it is very sad to say that the Air Conditioner after the first free service made against subject AMC with you, was not cooling at all and I have made a complaint no.RNA140618023724 in June 2014. The service engineer told that the reason for no cooling was due to Gas leakage. Hence the service engineer from LG took the refrigerator to it’s service centre and fitted it back at home only on14th Jul (told that the delay was due to spares were not available) and filled up the Gas but noticed within few days found that the cooling of the A/C become almost nil and we were getting only the hot air. The story has been repeated second time and took it back on 29th Jul 2014 vide complaint no. RNA 140727010448 & fitted it back on 5th Aug 2014. Due to cooling issue once again, LG Service Centre has taken it back lastly (3rd time) on 12th Aug 2014 (complaint RNA140806079143) and it has still not yet been returned after rectification. Also made another complaint vide RNA 140823040972. Until now, we have not yet got back the AC fully rectified from your service centre (Shreenath Engineering 43072621/ Rajesh Mobile 7299915088) as they still claim that the spare parts are not available. I have therefore, totally lost my patience, I seek your assistance and support to escalate to the top level to get the AC repaired without any defect again and return it back by today.

    Else, I hereby request you to replace my defective AC, as it is under the AMC, otherwise I have no option rather than to file a case in consumer court, as I have been harassed a lot.

    I have lodged complaint RNA140716003620 dt 16/7/14 & also many previous complaints spreading over 1& 1/2 year . in previous complaint your technician replaced inlet water valve with a different valve resulting in light flashing in dispenser and also another valve fitted for opening ice dispenser got burnt & replaced on my cost & again tech visited to rectify the fault resulting in breakage of plastic mouth of dispenser which I got replaced again on my cost . Again a technician visited for repair and again broke down mouth of water dispenser & teared down rubber of dispenser switch . But still problem persists & every time I lodge complaint , they close it without repairing the actual fault .
    Moreover since more than a year my tray/shelf third from top got broken & the same is not available & original water inlet water valve is also not available with the company & they still have charged Rs 6000 / for duplicate valve resulting in complaint of repeated flashing of dispenser lights and it made us to stop the Refrigerator again & again

    They now failed to find solution of flashing of dispenser

    Pl provide original water valve as per the model & its tray .
    As I spend 125000 for the product which now been turned into an ordinary ref

    I am sorry to to write this, but, i am from rourkela, odisha, I had purchased a lG washing machine model ( lG tromm 5.5 kg, front load) in the year 2009, I hardly used the machine but now i find the machine is not working, when i asked to the service center , he tells it will charge around RS, 12,500/- for repair. You now tell me, is this the longevity of your product? if companies like yours will behave like this, to whom shall we believe, pl, do something for my machine as I have already spent too much, its question of your company’s reputation. hope I can get my justice very soon .

    I have a serious problem here where my complaint was not handled properly and would like to file a complaint regarding the issue. I have registered my complaint on 15th of may 14 and it has not been solved till today, got fed up and sending you a mail hoping it would resolve.I called to responsible Regional head Mr. Rajkumar (9962545157) from where they can give me a only funny reason each and every time i call them. This day i’ve got fed up of his speeach where still there was not a proper response. So under compulsion i give my A/C and returned back newone if i file a complaint will get some response.I want able to register a complaint for A/C repair issue which is under a warranty period and possibly filed a complaint on 15th may 14. . I have also agreed to pay that amount with 6yrs extension of warranty but till now they are jus irritating me saying me number of times without any hesitation some funny reason. i have almost waited for past one year expecting my A/C will be repaired but there is no response from the customer service as well as the Incharger of Mr.Rajkumar chennai office.but the complaint was closed without any reason or any information privious service2nd month Feb. I paid a Huge amount of money to buy this A/C about 57k . i wud like like to know is this how you will respond to your customers whoever buy LG Products. These made me feel a bad impression abt LG products. pls consider and respond to my issue or i dont have any other choice to claim my product legally with all the proofs which i have got. pls respond.

    Sir,
    It is to inform you that I am working in Ministry of Environment and Forests, Govt. of India, Regional Office, Chandigarh. I purchased a LG refrigerator (318 PNQ5 WG-Double Door-310 Ltr) for Rs. 31,600/- and a 6Kg Front Loading Washing Machine for Rs. 35,000/- from M/s Modern Sales, SCO.1116, Sector-22B, Chandigarh on 15/10/2013 (Invoice No. 002299 dated 15/10/2013). I am a LG customer since many years and all my electronics items are from LG company but it is very sad to say that the refrigerator supplied to me is defective having manufacturing defect and its Gas was leaked only within 2 months in December, 2013 and the service engineer from LG took the refrigerator to its service centre and filled up the Gas but only 4 months after, the Gas is again leaked and the cooling of the refrigerator is nil and the refrigerator is like a box only. LG Service Centre, in Chandigarh is not giving any positive response. Sir, I hereby request you to replace my defective refrigerator as it is in the warranty otherwise I have no option rather than to file a case in consumer court as I have been harassed a lot.

    I have a serious problem here where my complaint was not handled properly and would like to file a complaint regarding the issue. I have registered my complaint on 2nd of march 14 and it has not been solved till today, got fed up and sending you a mail hoping it would resolve. I have attached u a word document which mentions clearly the N number of times i called to responsible technician Mr. Ragupathy (9962506127) from where they can give me a only funny reason each and every time i call them. This day i’ve got fed up and took my LG tv Model no:42LM6700 and took it directly to the customer service centre in vadapalani where still there was not a proper response. So under compulsion i gave my tv and returned back hoping if i file a complaint will get some response. Due to am a seafafer i am not available in india and wasn able to register a complaint for tv repair issue which is under a warranty period and possibly filed a complaint on 2nd march 14. Technician informed me to extend the warranty period for next 4 yrs so that i have to pay a sum of Rs 20000. I have also agreed to pay that amount with 4 yrs extension of warranty but till now they are jus irritating me saying me n number of times without any hesitation some funny reason. i have almost waited for 2 months expecting my tv will be repaired but there is nil response from the customer service as well as the technician. I have customer service on 2nd march but the complaint was closed without any reason or any information. And i have given a 2nd complaint somewhere 22nd of march but still there was no responce. I paid a Huge amount of money to buy this tv about 87k and am still paying the dues. i wud like like to know is this how you will respond to your customers whoever buy LG Products.     i have purchased lg mobile nexus 5 32GB in dec 2013 from nagpur.after use of 3 months display got damaged automatically .service center people are saying display got damaged from internal side and its not company’s liability.it’s your liability only.you have to pay for this.eventhough my mobile is in warranty period up to nov 2014.i m contacting to your service center from last four days continuosly.but they are saying we cant do nothing.do needful if u can do.my complaint no is RNA140313005027

    Top Loading Washing Machine, 6.0 KG (Out of Warranty)
    Problem not satisfactorily sorted out since 22.07.2013. Reference Complaint Details are-
    SN Complaint No. Particulars
    1 RNA 130722020241 dt. 22.07.13 Service completed on 31.07.13. New censor was installed. Charges paid by me were approx. Rs.900/-
    2 RNA 130802071452 dt. 02.08.13 Service request was cancelled by Service Centre without any communication with me
    3 RNA 130805049207 dt. 05.08.13 Technician visited same day and told that panel needs to be changed. Kept service pending for the want of a spare part.
    4 RNA 130825049854 dt. 25.08.13 Technician Rafiq called up and assured a visit. But didn’t come.
    5 On following up with Help Line, Technician Rajesh visited and replaced the panel. Charges paid be me were Rs.1,200/-
    6 Even after replacing the panel, washing machine is not working properly. Hence, I was following up with LG Help Line. After continuous follow up Technician Abdul visited and on inspection he told that panel was changed unnecessarily. The problem of machine is of drum alignment. He asked us to lodge the complaint again and left.
    As your technician has opined that replacing panel was not required, then Rs.1,200/- paid be me should be refunded to me. Original panel of washing machine was taken away by the technician Rajesh who replaced the panel.
    Since then I am continuously following up with LG Help Line. But no fruitful solution is received by me. I even spoke to Mr. Charan Balaji, Area Manager, LG Customer Care over his cell phone. He assured me that my complaint will be taken care off. After continuous follow up with Mr. Balaji, he told me that my money will be refunded as the PCB was wrongly replaced by the technician. Service centre’s representative collected bill copies from me on 17.09.2013. After that no one responded to me including Mr. Balaji. Since Mr. Balaji’s cell no. was continuously giving engaged tone I sent him no.of messages. Then too no response was received. I am surprised that even a person holding a post of an Area Manager in LG can behave so irresponsibly.
    Till date I have paid around Rs. 2,100/- to LG towards repairing service plus parts (censor & panel). But the problem is unsolved. Further, I am not getting proper assistance either from Service Centre or Mr. Balaji, Area Manager.
    I am surprised to see such a worst customer care service from the multinational company like LG.
    Even on LG website no user friendly system is available to put forth the grievances of the customer.
    I have lost my faith in LG and feel that LG has looted me for Rs. 1,200/- and that’s why nobody is paying attention to my complaint.

    For the past 2 weeks, I’m engaged in a fools’ errand – trying to buy 3d glasses to go with my LG plasma TV. As these are sold only by LG directly and are not available with dealers, I have had first had horrendous experience of LG service.

    1. I registered online with my name number, address, and fish – the web page does not allow me to select Plasma TV’s at all !! I thought up quickly on my feet and entered a LCD model at random and explained my predicament in the email body. Then I was asked to select when it would be convenient for the service to be done. Filled that up and got a RNA no xx, Yippee – I was done and could wait for my new glasses.

    2. 2 days later, I was still waiting. Guess I was wrong, and LG wants to make things interesting and eventful, then only our lives will be good.

    3. So I called the 24×7 customer service 1-800 number and after playing 20 questions, I was informed by earlier request has ‘been closed’ and they would raise a new one to be fulfilled in 24 hrs. I got a new RNA number and another promise to fulfill in 24 hrs.

    4. Guess again – yes, noone called and the day after, when I called, I was offered another RNA, as the earlier one was ‘cancelled’ . Wait, this time I even got the number of the service center in my city as a bonus. This time I wrote down the RNA number as 130902092760.

    5. Tried calling the direct number, and the phone rings but nooone picked the phone all day. So called 1-800 again and was told it would surely happen the next day.

    6. Today, I got a message that the second RNA too is closed, stating the reason ‘Customer self-repair’ whatever that may mean. Tried calling both – cant get through.

    Wondering whether I should continue in the game, or simply buy universal 3d glasses tuned for LG. But whatever I do next, I am correlating this with a rip-off service I got on another LG product in 2011, and decided ‘ no more LG for me’. If I ever want to scrimp, I’m buying locally made, cheap products, and if I do want service, I will go with Samsung/Whirlpool etc, Life may not be Good, but it will be better!

    I bought a LG nexus4 in july this year. After updating the my phone with 4.3 android.My phone has not been starting I gave my phone for repair on 7th august with jod id :RNA130807032119 It was returned to me as part was not available. I went to the service center address mentioned on the website which is wrong I tried contacting the customer care with the request.they gave me couple of phone numbers of local service center. I am still getting the same response that part is not available. It is a mental harassment on the part of LG. If part is not available Please exchange my phone or return the money Please let me know what to do

    i buy Lg Fridge on 01.02.2013 from patel electronics naroda my model no is 225BEDG5 and color of the fridge is rubby red.this model is bad because the problem starting on first day. at the first day and first hour when i on my fridge the top plug melt automatically so i put call to patel electronics and they call to customer care but the persons not come immediate he takes it after 3 days and solved my problem 7 days than endlessly my
    problem solved it was ok but in second week i complain for stand with bucket it was not not good as per other i find that mounting not good.

    i saw to so many engineers they have seen but the problem not reduce but the problem increase constant day by day. They have advice me to change new stand than Lg technician change my bucket when at that time i was not present at home. i seen to go home that bucket change but not as good as others mounting so again i call to customer care and the person was there he book my complain and give me a number the number is 30/04/2013 RNA 130509095287 and than i call to some engineering than he look it and they have recommended for solution but solution not comes by LG ( Ahmedabad ) that i have wait for lg service for my fridge but no buddy comes my home so i feel so depressed and call to customer care again at 1800-180-9999 here was this person not soled my problem but give me new complain no : 09.05.2013 RNA 130430063561 after this process i have continuous daily call to ahmedabad help center and i talk to miss nishaben And mr. Vijaybhai i have talk with them daily Up to one month they send person to visit my home and it becomes regular and they see my fridge but not solve it.

    i have wait for some time but problem not solved but now i have bored with them so now i call to customer care to get the mobile no and email id of MD of Lg but they not give me mobile number and email id but book again complain this was my fifth or six complain no 14.06.2013 RNA 130614014417 than after i wait for action and happen also seiner persons comes to my home and saw my fridge and they recommend me to change the stand from the bottom than after engineers comes my home with the bucket stand and change it to on my presents but when see that it was not looking so good than i removed the new stand and put old stand. after that i feel that there is no option of negotiate for this matter and no LG persons comes At my homes for this matter now finally i have decide to intimate to replace my total fridge without any condition otherwise in next week i put hold my fridge on patel electronics naroda in few days on my transportation and get my money immediate. and the responsible will be lg electronics Ahmadabad.

    This is complained regarding LG Window AC Modal No.- LWASWR2F/2013

    This is Deepak Shrivastava ,I have purchased window AC with 1.5 ton capacity on date 26th May 2013 Ghaziabad Gandhi Nagar Big Bazar and installed at my home B-41 second floor Lohia Nagar Ghaziabad next day . but it is not cooling properly as required. I registered my complained to customer care on 6th June 2013 complained No.RNA130606042731, your service engineers have visited twice and thrice but they are not committing any things and still problem is not solved.

    Observation of engineers as below:*-
    Supplied Electricity-220V
    Ampere- 7.0 AMP
    Outer temp.-32 Degree C
    Room Temp.-25 Degree C
    Grill Temp.-15 Degree C ( when engineers start to measure temp. the grill temp. was 22 Degree C after 45 min. Its reach 15 Degree C and then constant at 15 Degree C further. My Room Size is 15X9 ft.)

    I am very surprise when I came to know from my technical resource (AC testing Lab) my AC tonnage is only 1.3 Ton where I was purchased 1.5 Ton. It is also confirm on bill. Also I have checked from AC technical testing Dept. according to above condition AC cooling is not appropriate as required , Grill temp. should not be more than 6-7 Degree C.

    Kindly pls advise…. How/when you will rectify this problem and who will responsible for wrong statement on confirmation 1.5 Ton AC instead of 1.3 Ton. Already 15 Days have been passed.

    I have purchased a LG TV and registered with you for three years AMC on dated 19-08-2012. The same AMC is valid up to 19-08-2015. My TV Model no. is 21SB3RV4.TP AND Sl. No. is 107NCYQ098410 .
    I have loged a complaint of the TV on dated 31-05-2013. But despite of my repeated follow-up, there is no solution of the complaint till now.
    In this view, please advice whether LG is a good brand or a local brand in the market. Please also advice whether we should throw out the LG products from the house and stop the purchase of your brand, or wait for period whenever you feel free to attend the customer’s complaint.

    I have purchase new LG washing Machine Model No.WMC 72CMG 22P on 31/ 05 /2013 wide invoice no. KL051240 (copy attached). From SALES CORNER , Vadodara Gujarat.

    Please note that the said washing M/C was purchased with the condition that the installation will be done on the next day of delivery/ purchase. But as on date the said washing M/C was not installed.

    I have loged my complain on 01.06.13 regarding this and I am chasing with seals corner executive for the same installation since 01/06/2013 but it is regretted to say that every time they are come with the new commitment

    THE COMPANY PROCLAIMS THAT ITS WASHING MACHINES ARE RUST PROOF BUT IN REALITY IT IS NOT SO. THEY MISGUIDE THE CONSUMERS OF FALSE PROMISES AND CHEATS. WHEN COMPLAINED ABOUT IT WE WERE GIVEN COLD RESPONSE ADVISING TO BRING IT TO THEIR PLACE AND GET IT REPLACED AT COST OVER RS.3000.00.

    Though above product was purchased in Nov. 2012, I have now observed that the door panel is not sealed properly (refer attachment). Immagine how one can damage by himself the part, as shown in the photograph.

    I logged two complaints through your dealer bearing ref no. RNA130524076103 dated 24/05/2013 & RNA130525018072 dated 25/05/2013.

    Though this is a manufacturing defect, I am being forced to pay for the repairs just because we logged the complaint after six months.

    Also your service engineer, who visited our house, misbehaved with my wife and was very rough in talking. As I just cannot throw away the fridge, I will have to pay for the same, but with a rider that henceforth I SHALL NOT be buying any of the LG product, though I am currently using your Microwave and flat TV and would get rid of them at the first opportunity.

    Thank you for opening my eyes, this will also help me and many of friends and relatives in assessing the quality of products you sell and how you deny legitimate service even for pity amount of rupees.

    we had purchased a 32inch 3d led tv from M/S Puja LG Shoppe sevoke road siliguri in the name of Pushpa agarwal on 23-03-2013. From the day of purchase,after watching the tv for half an hour a message pops up THIS FUNCTION IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW and then the tv automatically goes off.we logged a complaint they repaired it but now after using for a month it is giving us the same problem, we logged a complaint to the customer care RNA 130522083378 and till now no one has shown up. we are from Sikkim,it is really harassing for us to go all the way to siliguri again an again.we do not expect this from such a big company and hope for a early response.

Req Id is RNA130311026954, I send refrigerator to service centre job sheet No,2452, They told total coil is damaged due to that coil is mild steel, They cost to 1650 INR, But I am not satisfied the refrigerator, having this problem within 16 month I feel bad to purchase LG product. I am not recognize this problem in LG manufacturing compare other companies. I decide to don’t purchase in LG products.

    I have a LG Refrigerator double door (320 Ltr). First time I logged a call on 28.03.2013 complain no is RNA130328041194, technician came and he did nothing and closed the call advicing to switch off the Refrigerator for 24 hrs. We have explain him that the Refrigerator is not able to make the ice, not able to cool the water etc. He did not listen to us. Though it is been a rediculas solution, but we did the same. The Refrigerator still not in working condition. We have informed to customer care and told that. Customer care informed that the call has been closed.

    Again we have raised the complain for same reason on 05.04.2013, compain no is RNA130405099537. The technician(Mr. Ajij) came and explained us there is a leakage of GAS some body else wil come on 06.04.2013. From 5th April 2013 we are waiting for some will be coming and make our Refrigerator work. In the mean time we gave a call to customer care they said technician will call you. Today it is 10.04.2013 our Refrigerator is not working for last 14 days!!!

    The contact no given by customer care is 033-40607168 which does not exists and the other no of Mr. A R Chowdhury i.e. 09051075111 who does not bother to pick up the phone!!!!! This is not acceptable!!!

    In this duration we have throw many food items as those can not be stored in hot atmosphere. If I am buying a Refrigerator and wchich does not fullfil my requirement then it is of no use. Who is responsible for this and who is going to compensate this???

      We had lodged complaint on ’3rd May,13′ to get repair our LCD TV 42″ on Toll Free no. and got the complaint no. “130430067032″. They sent technician named Peter (from “UTTAM SERVICES , Address: SCO 63, SECTOR 46C, CHANDIGARH ,CHANDIGARH,CH,160047″) to look into the fault and took two (2) parts from the LCD stating that it will be checked at service station. Then they took one weeks time and later on they said that that one of the part is not available with them and will bring it from Gurgaon office.
      Then after repeated visits onto their office, they took whole LCD to their service station to get it repair. But now they told us that company has stopped manufacturing this part. We have bought this LCD TV ‘two and half years’ back costing us 65,000 and had high hopes from such branded company to get good after sales service. We are repeatedly visiting the office, but till date we have been kept in dark what is its status.

      We are very much perturbed to visit again and again. Please look into the matter personally and advise us the status and instruct the concerned office to rectifythe fault at the earliest, We request you to please cross check that whether in reality that part is not available and provide us the resolution at the earliest.

I have logged a complaint regarding my Split AC on 26-03-2013, the customer care person assured that the technician will attend within 24 hours. After 24 hours i called back again to the customer care, he again told that they will attend within 24 hours. On 26th i again called the customer care person, and i shocked to hear the same answer. On 27th again the same answer, On 28th same answer and now on 29 the same answer. How can such a big company so irresponse to the customer.U can check with my mobile no. 9866110330 how many times i have complained. Please who ever this email concerned take necessary action, and try to attend the complaint within 24 hours of the given time.

    I purchased a LG FRONT LOADING washing machine vide order no BG 1032 dated 22.12.2012 of cost Rs 37,700/-( Sl no : 204PNYU61842 ).
    Unfortunately, the machine supplied was defective as was found during installation by LG personnel & the dealer ‘LG Shoppe’ situated at Syed Amir Ali Avenue in Kolkata immediately replied in favour of a ‘RESUPPLY’. As the machine was not even installed hence the invoice agreement of ‘supplying a new & workable machine on receiving full payment’ does not hold good unless another new & healthy machine is re supplied. I need a re supply preferably by Saturday(29.12.2012). If that is not possible please give me further option of full money refund within a week.
    If re supplying needs more time because of lack of supply then you can give me a compatible machine for use till the re supply is not getting possible. However, that can not be continued beyond a fortnight.
    Remember, I paid full amount & you could not supply me a new & workable machine as per invoice contract which is direct violation of consumer right.
    I am waiting for your reply at the earliest.

    The problem with the washing machine is that there was a leak from the washing machine, for which I have filed a complaint on 5th November 2011 and the compliant # is RNA121105050087.
    The service engineer assigned was Abhijit Ramesh Rao (Contact # 09764440527). The complaint against the procedure and the above said person is:
    - While confirming on time he was very reluctant coming in the morning on 6th November reason being that it is very important for him to be in office from 9 am to 1 pm as it is mandate and was very rude in telling me that he close the call if I don’t agree to his said time.
    - I had explained him that I go to work but will make some arrangement if he is coming on 6th November at 1pm: which I did and my husband was at home when he came. He spoke to him very rudely that the lady who has complained is not there and he will come later when the lady is around. If you can please explain to me that what he has to do with the person who has complained.
    - After long convincing talks he agreed to check the Washing machine and he checked that the leak is from the outlet of the washing machine as the mouse was there and might have caused some damage. He did not inform us that what next need to be done and we kept on asking him about the same which he did not respond and said that I am leaving.
    - It has been more than one hour that we are calling him to ask for the further proceeding/ procedure and he is not responding to our call.

    I spoke to the call centre again to ask them what can I do in this case also wanted to raise a complaint and if we can get any help for the aforesaid problem.

    We are general middle class people who do not have too much proximity to shell out money or take a leave whenever your service engineer says that he will arrive. If service engineer has a job so do we… please understand the gravity of the misbehaviour and the time constrain we have faced.

    Request you to expedite your procedure as the Washing Machine plays an important in daily household. Hope you understand.

    I am really very much amazed that neither u have disclosed your designation nor you have sense how to talk to the customers!

    FOR YOUR INFORMATION, your service center had not told to me that the machine cover is not available in their stock as even i have been following up with them from last 3 months, & on 15th Oct 2012, i called to Jaswinder( partner of MK air conditioner) at his no-9780044789 than he told to me that same is out of stock when i realized him that his commitments are also fake becoz he had committed that same’ll be deliver on last to last monday which was on 08 Oct 2012.Again he had promised me that your amount’ll be returned to me by 16 oct 2012 but now the 17 oct has come to an end but still the same has not returned to me.

    This kind of your’s negative attitude had taken a promise from me that, in future, i’ll not buy any LG product just becoz all of you inexperience guys of LG which are spoiling the image of LG.

    Here’s a point that the customer’s get suffered & waiting for the courtesy call on this but your franchisee executives damn not bother about the services for which they are hired.

    I have called at owner’s no- 9780044794 to Mr Kang but he was not available due to some health issue & than i talked & explained each & everything to Mr. Kulwinder(PARTNER) & after end of my conversation with him, i was realized that this feedback’ll not work because i have asked him what kind of action u’ll take against your staff/employees to get them professional & he reverted that the cover’ll be deliver by Monday( i.e 08 Oct 2012).

    I had already mailed to u in this topic earlier & trailing mail is the proof of the same & now,it’s totally depend on you, how u’ll react on my complaint but this is my written feedback to LG for improvement in services & for me to take the strict/hard action against you in future if required!

    Today, i am writing this mail after a gap of more than one & half month because i was out of city in-between.

    This is bring into your kind notice that the Machine cover had been delivered by Vijay (9915027438)without bill & on commitment that he’ll carry the same when he’ll delivered the Machine’s Stand.

    Yes, he was visited with the STAND but that was not matched with my Washing Machine hence the same was returned at the same time again on the commitment that the appropriate stand’ll deliver shortly but till now no action has been taken by him inspite of calling him by my wife.

    Needs to take the strict action by your COMPANY upon those franchise’s/executive who are not delivering the required services to the customers on time.

    Waiting for the stand & favorable action to stop these kind of dis satisfactory services which ruins your company Image just because of those irresponsible executives.

    Hi Customer Care Team,

    This is being regarding my Front loaded LG Washing Machine compliant as i called at LG helpline on dated 27 July 2012 by 09.16Am to register my complaint that my LG washing machine is not working properly & it use to stop at any time after showing any of timer on the display for long.

    My complaint has been registered with the complaint no-RNA120727086097 & that same day your executive had visited but he was unable to check that issue due to power failure at my sector.

    Next day morning, i called that guy for the immediate visit becoz of power restored at my address but that guy said he was on leave &’ll try to come.

    I was not convinced so i had again called at LG helpline for the reminder.

    On 28 July, Mr. Bhushan (His Contact no-8146112245) had visited at my address from their authorized complaint center of MK Air Conditioner-Phase-8 Ind. Area Mohali (S.A.S Nagar)& noted down the issues with the statement that the PCB having the problem &’ll confirm me back ASAP once he’ll come to know the status of new PCB in his office record.

    He hadn’t call so i have called him on 29 July for the confirmation but till date nothing has been done inspite of several calls to him.

    Is this a service which LG has given to the customer for making them trust on their products?????????????

    In my point of view someone is ignoring to complete their duties either that guy or your authorized complaint handling center-MK air conditioners.

    I have spend the approx 3600 rs to take the 4 year AMC before the warranty period got finished in 06 May 2011 to AVOID that issues & problems in future.

    It is requested to you, please provide the appropriate action against them with providing me the immediate positive resolution on my complaint.

    You please cross check that in reality that part has not been available in their records or they are trying to be over smart?

    Early response’ll highly appreciated!!!!!!!!
