    I have bought a toshiba led tv 24″ . The product was really good but after 8 months there was a issue in the tv set (that the picture in not coming properly on screen and lining appering on the middle or downward side of screen).After that i have complained to toshiba care no in gaziabad delhi.
    They have registerd my request and said that technecian will go to your home.
    The technican also came and said that your tv (pannel) is not working proparly so,the company will provide new pannel .
    After some they came for re-verify and said we will give you a new tv set because pannel is not avilable in company and this will take almost 45 days in exchange.
    But even today i was not provided a new tv set .I am so helpless.
    I have even talk to customer care of bihar region or even to the head of all india toshiba support.
    But still nothing happened.

    Now you say what can i do?
    The service of this company is worst.
    I and my family can’t think to buy any toshiba product in future.

Your representative Mr. Shokat from M/s A.B. Enterprises was told me that the compressor of the said A/c is totally dead and he take photocopy of purchase bill but no body is responded till date.

    i bought Toshiba washing machine FULLY AUTOMATIC AW-A800M-IND on 28.april.14 from UNIQUE ENTERPRISES, malviya Nagar, New Delhi. i regret in saying i’am not at all satisfied with the product. to enlist few major problems:
    1. clothes are not washed “CLEAN”. the remain dirty as they were before washing
    2. white clothes specially turn black. infact the dirt gets stuck on it nd clear visible when its dry.
    3. it stops at rinse only
    4. black clothes get white lint on it of other clothes
    5. best is the stitch is getting open of our clothes with continuous washing in this machine.
    6. water has no speed to fill in the tub as it was first 3-4 days. intact two days back it stopped totally.

    i wish to get my product seen into and taken care off.

    Dear Sir,

    We have purchased a 42″ LCD TV MODEL No: 40PB10ZE in the year 2011. We have faced a problem last month that the TV gets off after few moments of starting. The problem was reported to Nanthilethu G-Mart who is an authorized dealer of Toshiba TV, They in turn has reported the case to the TOSHIBA office in Kerala. However other than a few telephone calls from a technician enquiring the problem no body has turned up so far. It is almost more than one month now, Please advise if his is the type of service support the Toshiba Customers are getting in the state of Kerala.
    This we consider as pure negligence and are compelled to think one more time before we purchase a Toshiba product.

    Hi Sir/Madam

    II purchased the Toshiba LED BEFORE 6 months, i was very happy and impressed by the tv set.

    I also recommended my two friends to take the same tv and they did so.

    However, since last 15 days, I’ve been facing very weird problem in the tv set.

    Everything is okay except the volume (both up and down) keys on the remote and on tv set.

    whenever the volume button is pressed, tv stops responding.

    And switches and flickers for more than a minute.

    after some time it automatically switches on.please suggest if this is problem with settings or any hardware problem.

    I’m sure you’ll help me to resolve the issue for me.

    I’m not asking for any compensation. My tv set is still under warranty.

    i have purchased one TOSHIBA 29″ LED PU200 on dtd.16.10.2013. but till date i have not been attend by any service engineer for the demo. neither the dealer supply me the wall mounting. Till to-day it is 14 days has been passed .When i asked the retailer he said to contact the dealer and company. When i talk with the dealer that nonsense fellow behave like as if i have borrow the TV from him. I have telephoned to the customer care on toll free no.1800-200-8674 several times they assured that today i.e 30.10.2013 my problem will be solved. But neither i got the WALL MOUNTING from the dealer nor your customer care center take any favorable step to solve my problem.

    So today i have decided to file a case before District Consumer Forum against Toshiba India and that fellow Dealer.

    My conclusion :- “TOSHIBA” a company with uncivilized Dealers and 3rd grade service support.

    This with reference to my call ID 073013-301. Till date your engineer not coming to my place for repairing purpose. Mr.Santosh of your customer care his cell number 9930736053 giving me assurance on 2nd August that he will be sending engineer but not came again he given me commitment for 3rd even he told that Mr.Arjun engineer left to your place. when contacted Mr.Arjun he said not had informed he then again i call back to Santosh then he had given Mr.Vishu number and told me that he left for my place. But no one came to see the fault. Now today we are on 5th of August again i complain to CC for the same . Given assurance for today…. I really don’t understand why company like Toshiba keeping people who list bother about their duties…. Please help me to resolve the issue immediately. One more thing i want to add i took this LCD on 1st of July 2012 and it got problem on 15th of July 2013 after one year warranty expired…. this is also not good things for such expensive product….

    Had given a complaint to my dealer, Vijay sales on 24/4/13 that the 24inch Led LCD tv had Audio problem, engineer from Toshiba re-confirmed the same on 25/4/13 and assured that the problem will be resolved in 2-3 days max, on 02/05/13 another engineer visited with New Spares to resolve this Audio issue, but the new parts bought was defective and in turn during the time of repair I lost Video / Display which was earlier was running very fine, after follow up I have been informed that all my problem will take at least another 7 days to resolve as they do not have Spare Parts.

    OH TOSHIBA, you’ll don’t have spares, Amazing ………….

      I have purchased one new 29″ LED on 16 Oct’ but after 15 has been passed i done even got the wall mounting items from their service station. after several phone or complaint these guyes not even react what else you hope from them. so better donet purchase any item from this toshiba brand.

    I bought a Toshiba washing machine in July and has a 2 year warranty and within 2 months it started giving all kinds of problems. we contacted the service center and they were prompt in sending a technician who did an asolutely slipshod job, perhps he was even unqualified to do it. It happened again 2 months later only to be deputed to the same person. It happened a third time and this time we insisted on having a better technician who came and did what ever he could possibly do and after a Month and Half we still do not have the machine working. Meanwhile we get a message in our phone saying this problem has been resolved. The compalint number id is L 010913-279. We were told the machine would be replaced
    The Chase begins now: We were liaising with the dealer Dawar in Gurgaon whwre we bought the machine from , thru them we contacted 3 people in the comapny namely:1. Dharmender2. Manpreet who is apparently a service Head and another called Manav Dham.
    MAnav tells us that the machine would be replaced and I have all his SMS trail.
    This machine has yet not been replaced but we have only getting assurances of the delivery week after week.
    They finally told me today that the machine has reached Delhi and would reach us by 9 pm. No sign of this machine. This is the 4th promise thay have broken.
    THey are now avoiding calls.
    Is there a solution to customer woes at all?
    Would someone in Toshiba have the courage to stand up and resolve it Or are we goinmg to end up to this mad chase.

    I have unfortunately purchased your LED 32 PT200 TV, a total waste of my hard earned money coz it has a pathetic clarity(Burnt skin, hazy picture, ghost effect) in fact worse than our old age tube TV. On top of that when complaint about it, the Technicians say you will have to upgrade the software, which they did, but no resolution and reason given you will have get HD set top box, then the 2nd Visit, upgraded software, still the same issue said will send or Sr Technician, 3rd time Sr Technician, confused and said i will check in the company and they will take the TV and see what is the problem if there is a technical issue then it will be replaced, however he says doesn’t look like there is a technical issue but in vain he couldn’t even do the picture setting to make it clear if there wasn’t a technical issue. Also all the visit above of the technicians, were reminded by me that they have a visit at my place. Now some Sr Technician called and started arguing stating if you comparing a Normal Set Top with HD movie then you will not get the same clarity, which i guess even a blind person would know. However when there is a normal Set Top Box connected to an HD TV, there is a slight pixelation and not Burnt skin, hazy picture, ghost effect. Well they have any way closed my case ID L:012313-680 without resolving it and i have not signed any of your visit document stating it has been. I know nothing is going to happen about this issue because Toshiba has got my money in their pocket. Well to make sure i will never ever recommend any one to buy Toshiba products as the after sale was patheticly awesome experience and the TV is much highier than that. have no choice but will have to bare till its working.

This company has very poor service support. go for any other brand but not this one. i’ve purchased a brand new 29″ led tv on 16/10.2013 but till today i.e. 31.10.2013 i have not even got a call from their service engineer not the wall mounting items by which i can my self put the Tv n my wall on own cost.
