    Dear Sir,

    1. Reference to your letter No SUR09/792806291 dated 08 Feb 2014 (copy attached).
    2. The fund value as mentioned in your ibid letter is 74,627.50 as on 08 Feb 2014 . As per insurance premium receipt received from your office receipt number 792806291/2013-14/05 dated 16 Jan 2014 is Rs 84,276.38 (copy attached) and receipt number 792806291/2013-14/08 dated 03 Feb 2014 is Rs 81,823.63 (copy attached). It is not understood that the fund value decreased from approx Rs 10000/- (i.e, 84276 – 74627 = Rs 9649/-) with the period of 20 days. Please clarify.

    3. It is for your kind attention please, I was submitted my policy for surrender due to financial problem. Once the policy was submitted to your branch office, the front office staff intimated that the cheque will be received within 20 days. It is a shameful that your office staff is not adhere to the policy about surrender. If they told me about the facts, I have not submitted the policy for surrender. Once a person surrender a policy for immediate financial requirement and not for saving or anyelse.

    4. For your kind information that, I was already taken Max Life Policy No 803685643 opened on 09 Apr 2010 and surrendered on 10 Apr 2013 and the money for the above received within 15 days. Please go through the case personally.

    4. Therefore, you are requested to do the following as soon as possible :-

    (a) Cheque for the amount of Rs 74627/- may please be forwarded to my account at the earliest.

    (or)

    (b) Re-instate the policy and policy documents to be returned to me for continuation on completion of 5 years (i.e, 15 Oct 2015).

    (or)

    (c) Interest for the period from Feb 2014 to Oct 2015 (for the period of 18 months as per bank interest as applicable for the money Rs 74627/- as holding by your office.

( account no.911040027888903).Hearing from the bank employee I became charmed and agreed for the policy without understanding any thing. But I think later that I will be unable to pay this huge amount for the next 5 years.
    So I want to stop ,surrender and withdraw this policy.Please excuse me for my inability.
