Consumers are real kings of an economy and to protect and promote the rights and interest of all consumers in India, Government of India has many provisions, along with a wide range of Consumer Forums where consumers can lodge their complaints in case they are cheated or have been victim of any unfair practice. The law has been laid down to prevent that businesses from running that are engaged into any fraud or malpractice.  To safeguard the Consumers Rights in India, Consumer Protection Act was brought into force first by the Indian Parliament on December 24, 1986. In the year 2003 some modifications were made into the original Act and the new Act was came into effect on March 15, 2003. For the Redressal of Consumers’ Disputes and grievances, judicial machinery has been set up at central, state and district level. At present, there are 629 District Forums, 35 State Forums and the Consumer Protection and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at the centre. Jago Grahak Jago’, a campaign run by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs of India has given a meaningful contribution towards creating awareness about consumer rights in India. The campaign has given a strong thrust to Consumer Awareness Programs in all nooks and corner of the country. It campaign has proved to be a milestone in consumer movement in India. National Consumer Helpline established in the premises of Delhi University with official support from the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India and with the monetary aid from Consumer Welfare Fund offers great assistance.     I have been cheated by two fraudsters who have opened their accounts in SBI,Chembur,Mumbai bearing current account No31978707857 nd cheating amount of 3,52,000 was deposited online by me and in the sb account No.31894676401 at SBi,Churachandpur,Manipur in which cheating money of 93,600 was deposited.How can I get back my money from these fraudsters.I have reported the matter to Chairman,SBi,Mumbai,but no action is being taken by him for return of my money.What shall I do.

    A VERY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE WITH YEPME.COM. Complaint id is 157105
    A) I ordered for a pair of shoes worth Rs 1399/- and received delivery after payment on 22 May 13.
    B) On opening the package i find a pair of sandals instead costing Rs 499/-
    C) I spend the next three hours trying to get through their call centre trying to lodge a complaint.
    D) I finally get through to a senior executive ( Sumit if i recall correctly) who promises that the wrong article will be collected next
    day (23 May 13).
    E) I call up on 23 May 13 & fortunately the same guy picks up who says that someone will come & replace the item
    Amazingly after 13 days the company has again managed to deliver *A WRONG PRODUCT( SAME BROWN CHAPPALS) SECOND TIME IN THE LAST 14 DAYS. I AM AMAZED THAT A BUSINESS EXPECTS TO FUNCTION WITH
    SUCH A LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE* .
    I have reached the end of my patience. I request the company to refund my money & take back the wrong products delivered with immediate effect as they have caused me immense mental & physical harrassment,
    . I am still waiting.I find that to compound their negligent & unprofessional attitude they now send me this mail saying that the complaint has been resolved.

      3rd of dec 2013 and gone for various verification . An agent from your bank has called me on 16th dec to do final

    I recharged my mob 9867025993 with rs250 in the last month ie in 26th feb 2013.
    My no was active till 25th feb, due to netwk prob. I visited airtel store at
    chakala nr bhagatsingh colony Andheri east, mumbai 59.They issued me new
    sim card **8991921210266678575SHLR-1. till date they ve not bothered to activate my sim.

    Sir I ve been visiting the above stores on daily basis to pay obeisance to Airtel.
    All these days they kept repeating of activating Now after a mth the store ppl
    Mohammed and sharat claim that no 9867025993 is under investigation which
    quite shocking & disgusting

    In spite of Bal hvng 250 bal in mob and having issued new sim on 28th Feb 2013
    Ie more than a mth ago claiming investigation n that too after issuance of new sim card
    Difficult to understand.

    Recently we visited chickmagloor ,karnataka.There went to plance kalahatti water falls.I purchased Limca bottle from shop called manjushree tiffin center.Bottle was filled with some adultrated drink I have kept the bottle with ingredients with me and have also take photo of the shop .I want to register complaint against the same as he is playing with peoples life even after charging 40 rs for 30 rs bottle

    I am writing this complain after noticing that Reliance Fresh is collecting more than what is stamped on the packed product of third parties that they are selling. For instance, vide my reliance card no. 6048631061421924 cash memo ref no.c5201#0179 16:01:55 6OCT2012 S02218 R002 purchased one unit of BORNVITA 5 STAR MAG packet where MRP was stamped as Rs 163. But in the bill the same product was billed for Rs171/- at it’s Paldi franchise in Ahmedabad.And the franchise is refusing to refund.
    I have kept the container as evidence in support as evidence and the practice they follow is that RFID is picked up at the billing counter.

    As per law of land, collecting more than what is on Label is a punishable offence.And while searching net, I find I am not alone who has been cheated on similar way. In fact there are thousands who are charged more than MRP. Would request through you for refund of the difference from Reliance Fresh management along with a token compensation of Rs 1001/ on account of customer harrashment.

    We would hope that the concerned ministry under PMO’s direction would direct Reliance Fresh to suitably compensate the consumer.

    This message was prepared by me on behalf of private employees salary crossed above Rs.15000/-

    Scope : To increase the salary restriction to Rs.30000 or totally remove the restriction on ESI facility.

    India is a developing country with industrialised states . Most of the workmen have been crossed above Rs15000/-.
    The employers are provideing the health cards. The health insurance in india has lot of loopholes because the coverage has contains lot of restrictions .
    for eg. if the insured or dependants gets the cataract, the coverage will be benefitted after 3 years. if the Knee joint pains occurs the coverage will benefitted after 5 years. Like this there are so many restrictions.
    Therefore , small type or minor injuries or out patient cases , there will be no coverage on the health insurance.
    The insured person facing lot of problems to provide medical treatment to the dependants.

    The state government of india also have peoposal to provide AROGYASRI to the private employees (Conditions apply). The arogyasri health card system will be benefitted in case of major and critical diseases only. If the arogyasri coverage includes minor and out patient cases, then the scheme will be OK . If the arogyasri scheme not applies to minor cases, the scheme will not be benefit to the employees.

    My suggestion and request you to remove salary restriction on ESI Facility . The ESI facility will cover all minor , out patient , major and critical cases.

    Therefore, definatley if the salary restriction removed , definately the ESI hospitals will be developed and equipped with equipments all over the country.

    Hopefully, the above suggestion/feedback will benefit the private employees in our country. The demand and service of ESI hospitals will be developed as soon as possible.
