    Respected Hon’ble Chief Minister,

I have shifted to Mahavir enclave from Naraina Vihar, I am trying to do some social work in my new area, likely to clean drainage systems and other repairing. If the drains are cleaned, the logged water will pass away, as a result, the mosquitoes & flies cannot be produced in the running water. The diseases like dengue, malaria & chickengunia etc. will be reduced. The all other political parties shall blame you, if the above diseases spread after summer. Please advise, how to take part in the above activities.

I understand that a meeting has been organized with owner of auto rickshaws and the Hon’ble Chief Minister will attend this and may take some measures for their betterment i. e. a very good step, bur we do not how to change their behavior like refusal and higher charges. Please advise

I feel that number of honest people in the society is much higher than criminals & dishonest people, the honest people are not united, but the criminals & dishonest people are united.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister is playing a greatest roll to establish a corruption less society / country. The honest people and other people who has changed their present set of mind and made up their mind to give full hand & support to change the existing corrupt society.

Please don’t allow any person who are supporting you only to fulfill their agenda and who are also trying to tarnish your image. I wish you may have achieved your goal to change the entire society by which people of the whole country will be beneficent.

    Hon,ble Mr. Chief Minister,

The residents of Pocket 11A, Sector 23, Rohini, Delhi – 110085 (Panchsheel RWA) are not supplied with any drinking water which is supposed to be done by DDA. On the other hand the Bills are raised against the residents at penal rates on the ground that the water meters do not work which is normal in case no water is supplied. We have many a times phoned CE (R) DDA (Mob : 8860400167) and concerned X En/JE but no due and proper action has been taken so far.

    Please do the needful.

    Respected Madam
I am originally a citizen of Delhi, India. These days we are constantly reading in news papers and watching in news that there is no shortage of electricity in Delhi but the situation of Pandav Nagar is worst in this aspect. Powercuts are normal in Delhi but the timings are irritating. It is 2:30 am and there is no electricity for last two hours. While the companies send us bills of thousands to pay, which keeps increasing only, Don’t we have the right to sleep peacefully? The temperature is around 40° c, even coolers and fans are failing to dry out our sweat, just imagine to spend a night without electricity.
I hope you’d look into the matter and make it sure that no Delhiite spend such a terrible night in your rule.

Subject: How to rid Yamuna of pollution

    ( Yamunaji’s birthday on 16th April 2013 )

    Hon’ble Madam ,

In pursuit of our zeal to clean up our sacred rivers the Ganga and Yamuna and restore their original glory, we are writing to you again, in the hope that you would consider our humble submission sympathetically and allow (YFF) us to contribute to the cleaning up of these rivers and all the water bodies across India.

This is our considered view that the Ganga and Yamuna are important rivers because of their geographical and religious position in India. Therefore, it is our bounden duty and obligation to rid them of pollution. Since we inherited these majestic rivers in their original glory, it is but natural that we must restore their originality. History beckons us that we must not fail in our duty.

As things stand today, it is very unlikely that we will see a clean and serene Ganga and Yamuna in any foreseeable future, through it may sound a bit pessimistic.

It is a matter of great concern that these rivers continue to be ever polluted. In fact, more polluted than before (Supreme Court) in spite of the best and diligent efforts by the government as well as numerous organizations (religious, spiritual, social etc.) the result is far from satisfactory. Why is it that we have nothing to show for our efforts? How long can we go on removing the debris from Yamuna river’s bed ritualistically? We are afraid, this is an exercise in futility.

We humbly submit that we need to adopt Mahatma Gandhi’s way. As he showed the world and India, in particular, how the participation and overwhelming support of the mass, can bring a mighty empire to its knees. What I am trying to imply is,

government alone can not do this, public support is crucial. This can be easily done in close co-ordination with YOUTH FRATERNITY FOUNDATION. We have the mass support behind us for our innovative pilot project, and have had successful trial runs in many parts of Delhi. But we lack wherewithal, and the government have wherewithal but overwhelming public support.
Madam ,we wish to bring into your kind notice that our country is a religious country, and people can not be stopped from worshipping and offering flowers to deities, stopping them, would be considered sacrilege.

There is an upcoming event Yamunaji’s birthday on 16th April 2013 and YFF is going to use this occasion to spread awareness through mass contact and interaction. We would appreciate if you kindly help us with some grants (monetary assistance) as we would be needing massive manpower and other materials.

Another thing that we wish to inform you is, the Ram Navami, next month, April and our reliable sources have informed us that on 18 and 19 April, 2013 almost 6.5 lakh kg. of worshipping materials and ceremonial flowers will be thrown into the Yamuna. If you co-operate with us, we can take care of this too.

We shall be highly obliged if you kindly support us in our endeavors to galvanize this campaign, which has been dedicated ,’ For the people, by the people, of the people’.Your benign support will inspire us all, and go a long way in fulfilling the aspirations of the people of our country.

Hoping that you will consider our humble request sympathetically and oblige us.

    Thanking you,

    Respected Chief Minister,

As per the Right of Education, 25 % of seats should be reserved for BPL families. A close relative ( girl child ) of mine has recently lost her father ( sole earning member ) due to an illness. The girl studies at St’ Mark’s Janak Puri. We have submitted multiple requests to the school for fee waiver as they belong to the BPL family, however, our requests have been denied.

I would request you to intervene and allow this little girl to get education.

    Thanks and Regards

    Hon’ble Chief Minister cum Chairman,
    (Delhi Jal Board)
    Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
    Delhi Secretariat, I.P. Estate,
    New Delhi -110002.

Subject: – Laying down of Water Pipe Line in a Un Authorized Colony Keshav Nagar
    (952) Burari Road, Delhi,

    Respected Madam,

We the resident of Keshav Nagar, Burari Road, Delhi-110036 want to bring the following for your kind information for which the entire colony is suffering since last 22 years.

    1. This colony was established during the year 1990 and was managing water for drinking from the Jal Board Tankers. During the year 1999 as special seminar was conducted by means of a Camp organized by the Delhi Jal Board and residents contributed List and Photo Copy of Receipts for laying down the water Pipe Line. A total of Rs. 250000/- approximately was deposited with Delhi Jal Board which remains with Delhi Jal Board till date. But regrets to say that till date no water pipe line been laid down and we still depends on the Tanker of Delhi Jal Board. Now this colony has expanded and the population of this colony become more then 75% approximately. With this huge population it becomes very difficult to manage the requirement of water with DJB tanker. The resident who have not paid the money till date are ready to pay as and when its collected by DJB.
    2. There we would like to mention that as per the instruction issue time to time by Delhi Govt. that the colonies even not regularized will also have the basic amenities like water, road etc for the better living like of the people. But regret to say that no fault of us. We forced to live un heating condition.
    3. It is there requested to you to kindly look in this by sparing your valuable time and instruct the Delhi Jal Board to provide the Water Pipe immediately for which the resident of this colony will remain ever grateful to you.

    Thanking you,
    Yours sincerely

    (Pritam Singh)

Copy to: -1. The C.E.O Delhi Jal Board, DJB Head Qtr. Jhandewalan, New Delhi-110055 for information to you and requested to look in to the contribution made by the resident during 1999 which remains with you. The residents are very much deprived that after contribution made, we still not have any -

satisfactory action by DJB and waiting for suitable reply from you with in 15th days failing which they will be forced to known the door of Court.

    Hon’ble Sh. Kamal Nath Ji,
    Union Minister of Urban Development
    Govt. of India, Nirman Bhawan,
    New Delhi-110001

Subject: – Regularization of Un Authorized Colony Regd. No. 952 Keshav Nagar, Burari, Delhi.

    Respected Sir,

We the residents of Keshav Nagar Colony No. 952 want to bring your kind attention on the Problem faced by us as per followings:-

    1. Govt. of Delhi has started to authorized the un authorized Colony and have issued the a provisional certificates and there 917 Colonies have been approved by the Lt. Governor for regularization but regret to that our Colony does not fall within it. As a matter of fact our Colony had multiple RWA’s because of that is was not considered for regularization in March 2011 (p.s.copy enclosed) the multiple RWA’s case was shorted out and confirmed by UD for regularization and App was told by UD in October 2011 that NOC have asked by D.D.A, Forest and Survey of India there after number of Colonies have been considered for regularization but not out colony by means of R.T.I UD was asked for the status of our colony, then now only after against of one year they confirmed that M.C.D has confirmed that the population of this colony is below 50% as such this colony will be not be considered for regularization till its population become more that 50%.

    2. In this connection we the resident would live to till that the population of this Colony is more than 80% as it can be seen from the voter list of this colony beside other member who is less than 18 years of age male & female is around 5200. And also informed you that MCD has already issued NOC during 1993 copy of both voter list and MCD NOC is attached for your ready reference.

    3. Sir, it is quite surprised that when we were happing that this colony will be regularized and we will be able to got the basic amenities like water, sever, road etc but all in vain. Sir, we would like to tell you that we are fully dependent of D.J.B Tanker for drinking water which supplies water once a weak and forced to manage our daily need as per their supply. We are not able to understand that why we are deprived of the privileged given by the Govt. to a common man and also Govt. wants to improve the quality of life of resident of Delhi. Delhi Govt. have announced time to time that even colony have disputed due to some reason or other, but the people will get their basic requirement like water, road etc. But our case is not considered is not known to why.

    4. We have met our Hon’ble M.P. Mr. J.P. Aggarwal and MLA Mr. Sri Kishan Tyagi and conveyed our feeling and requested them to the needful. We have given the assurance that our colony will get all facilities shortly, but regret to say that till date we have not got anything. The condition of colony is very much unhygienic. The road leading to our colony from main road in very pathetic condition even in small rain water gets lodged and one cannot walk in reason. Forget about driving to two and four wheeler one of road known as Gurudwara Road have raised to 5.1/2 ft. above from the ground level during 2009 without any purpose and have become a big problem to the colony, and also mention that the said road have broken and creating problem to the passerby at the lost we would like your personal intervention for getting at least basic requirement i.e. water, road for this colony so that the resident can have at least their life. Beside this the action can be taken to regularize this colony at the earliest.
For this act of your kindness we will remain ever great full throughout the life.

    Thanking you,
    Yours sincerely

    Respected Madam,

My mother (Bimla Malik) who is 82 years old is living at A-319, Double Storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi-19. The person living above her house (Mr. Madan) at A-320, had constructed Two Floors ignoring all the building by laws, due to the construction my mother who is staying at Ground Floor, the roof in two room got cracked and walls also has been cracked despite her repeated request not to put load on building he made construction of 3rd floor recently in August 2011. The building is not in position to live, I request you to please look into the matter & it should be inspected by Govt. Engineering Deptt., so that no untoward incident may occur and its also a danger for the person living in adjacent buildings.

Madam there is Nallah for drains water, which was closed by few person living at A-321, A-323, & few others, water stopped at our house from the last 5 years and due to this our walls has seepage. There are almost 50 to 60 houses behind us and there water is coming from behind in this Nallahand stopped at our house because persons living after our house closed this service lane.

I have mail to you but didn’t get reply, I hope you will take an appropriate action immediately to save innocent human-beings which may be the victims of the building collapse.

    A-319, KALKAJI,

So what’s next Madam CM, now that Nirbhaya is no more ? Get rid of idiots like President’s son, Justice Katju along with rapists if you are any worth ! SHAME !!! What can we expect in a country where a woman President gives a wholesale pardon to rapists who are given death sentence by courts.

  30. Rahul

Please provide protection to common men & women. This is the fundamental duty of any elected government. Law & Order is the Fundamental responsibility of Government. Rest all comes second.

  31. Rahul

Congress is really doing WRONG. This is why people have lost TRUST. It’s very PAINFUL. Country should come first & not party. Nothing is above Humanity & Nation. All Congress men are following its party president like new Queen & Rahul Prince (Yuvraj). People are lost faith on Congress party also. “ATI HO RAHI HAI”

  32. dimple

the culprits of delhi rape case deserves an immediate brutal death, they should realise what is the physical torture just like that what they did with that innocent girl.

  33. mohit kumar

    Dear CM mam,

I am an IIM graduate working with a MNC in Delhi for 8 months now. I am extremely successful at what I do and am being generously rewarded by my company for the same . But the recent gang-rape of an innocent student has shaken me to the core. This time I do no want to sit idly by and express my outrage through blogs or facebook. I want to do something to prevent such incidents in the future.

I am at your service (whether full time or part time) to devise strategies and implement them so that our capital is a safer place for women. For this purpose, I am ready to resign from my current position.

Kindly get in touch and give me a chance to make a difference.

  34. Ashima datta

    Respected Mrs. Dixit
I am Ashima Datta a student of Sri Venkateswara College, residing in Vasant Kunj. You are already aware of the recent and unfortunate assault which took place in Mahipalpur. I was extremely traumatized and terrified to get to know about the incident.
You might not be aware that there is no direct public transport facility which connects Vasant Kunj to South Campus. There is no Metro connectivity and students have to change at least 3 DTC’S in order to get to the location. When girls get out at the DTC stop, in order to change the bus, they face a lot of eve teasing even in the daytime. The autos on the other hand charge students a hefty amount in order to take us to the desired destination and misbehave when we ask them to go by the meter. As the assaults on women are increasing day by day, in Delhi, we feel extremely threatened to transport alone.
We request you to either start a direct DTC bus from Vasant Kunj to South Campus or start a DU special that connects directly from Vasant Kunj to South Campus. All the students and trainees who regularly travel from this route will be extremely thankful to this gesture.

    CM madam,

maine yaha kayi logo ke thourght’s pade aur kahi na kahi mai jo kahana chahati thi, apse request karna chahati thi , wo kayi log apse kah chuke hai, mai itna maanti hu ki apne us ladki ke treatment ke liye koi kami nahi chhodi hogi aur jaise kayi states ke statement aye hai wo uske future ke liye bhi tayar hai, par mai sirf yahi kahana chahati hu, ki plz kuch aisa kare, kuch aisa law banaye jo fika na ho, jo strictly follow ho sake, sabke liye, police aur hum aam admi ke liye bhi. pata nahi aapke pas waqt hoga ki nahi par yaha ye bhi batana chahugi ki aaj ek chhoti si auto vehicle ke liye bhi, auto wale kahi jane se mana kar dete hai, ya fir zada paisa mangte hai, wo ek problem shyad is naye meter se solve ho jayegi par ye log jo jane se mana karte hai, unhe kaho ki complaint kar dege to bhi nahi sunte, inka kya kare, hame to complaint ka number tak nahi pata, kyuki koi awareness nahi hai, aaj bhi khali sadko par adhere kyu hai aur light hai bhi to koi police choki waha kyu nahi hai, har choki par kya ek ladies police bhi ho skati hai, aur ek aur baat jo mai apse puchhana chahati hu wo ye ki kyu un rapist ke chehre public ke samne cover karke le jaye jate hai, is se wahi baad mai chhut kar koi aur crime karte hai aur hum un chehro ko pehchaan nahi pate. ha hum mante hai ki aam log bhi kisi ghatna ki jagha help karne se katrate hai wo bhi isliye kyuki aam aadami ko police se dar lagta hai. Last mai bus itna hi kahugi ki ek khoof sa aajkal delhi kie hawayo mai ghul gaya hai, Plz aap hum ladkiyo ki help kare, hame nahi pata kaise ye sab sahi hoga par umeed karti hu ki aapko iski jaankaari hogi.

  36. Chirag Sood

Kindly hang the recent south delhi rape case victims to death.
The punishment for rapes should be extremely severe so that such psychopaths are more reluctant to do such crimes.

Delhi rape case victim is fighting for the battle of life. In the wake of ample of protests, Delhi Chief Minister Ms. Sheila Dixit has promised to the family of 23 years old that she has taken some stringent actions to bring the culprits of the “heinous crime” to the book.

  40. Pooja Thaldi

Kindly do the justice with the girl who got raped brutally.. Hang them till death. Please.

  41. Prachi

    Madam CM,

Please ensure that there is a change in law. Rape convicts should be given punishments such as castration that it acts as a deterrent for such sick psychopaths. They should shudder at the thought of it’s consequences. It is the fearlessness, the lawlessness in capital and in our country that such crimes take place with such regularity. Do not shove comments of common people under the carpet and dismiss them as rants or knee jerk reactions to such chronic incidents. Recognize the pulse of the entire nation and use this incident to set an example. It took someone to die in Ireland for them to wake up. Let the suffering of this girl who is gang raped not go in vain. DO WHAT MUST BE DONE to make sure that this stops. WAKE UP !!!

    Hello mam,
Please do something for punishing those devils who raped and threw the girl and the boy down the flyover ,let them not escape. They must get punish punishment
even more severe than that of Kasab. They are the real anti- nationalists.

    with regards,
    Amanjeet Kaur

  43. P P Ravi

Madam, I am a resident of Delhi, residing here for last more than 30 years and writing to civil bodies over the public issues. I regret to inform that it hurts me when I see the street light in the Capital lit during the day time and sometimes it is lit round the clock, it shows the apathy of the public servant in toto in the capital, similarly,t he potable water in many govt colonies are overflowing from over head tanks. I noticed and have written to concerned agencies. Even this was published in many news papaerse, but it appears that the capital is crumbled and being ruledby the blind authorities. who are not concerned with the public issues.

In the Recent electricity bills, it is noticed that every house hold have to pay at least 500/- rupees as in my case, I have a coversation with the users at Bhagat Singh Place, NDMC area, Gold Market, every body complaint that the bills is irrational,

reason – the bill cycle for the current bills are more than two months in my case it is 2 months 12 days ( 1.7.20012 to 12.09.2012) to make it comapatible to the usual cycle and the consumption for the period has been shown 500 Units and have to pay Rs.1703/- had it been two months the units consumeed would have been 400(approx) and the bill must have been Rs.1200/- (approx) This is the story with the each and every resident of the city.

The public is leashed for the negligence of govt babus.

Cant this wastage by day-lit street light be checked? Similarly, the most of the wastage of electricity is in the VIP flats and Government offices, it must be checked.

Similarly, the water mafia in Delhi is myushrooming, whereas, water leakege is a problem, a lot has been written in this regard, But the civic bodies are lapathetic and inhumane and the citizens have to pay flated bills for water and electricity.

Please look into the matter and direct the concerened agencies to atleast check such follies, by pluging the lacuna, it does not require FDI or East India Company.

Dont betray the natinio by looti9ng the public, The distribution companies are parasites.

    Dear Ms.Dixit,

This is with reference to the Delhi Metro Rail Project.
I Have been following the same when the project started and found it to be over expensive
as it could have been done at a lower cost.
if given a chance, i can get you get this done from our one of the best allies, instead of china or Reliance( Airport Line) which is off-line because of technical issues.
I even tried to explain the chief Mr. Micheal @ Civil Lines DMRC office but nothing came fruitful.

Being a Loving & patriotic National of India i would love to get everything fixed with obsolete justification and value of money contributed by Slain Indians.

It would be gracious move by you if allowed to meet you.

    With Best regards…..
    Abhishek Anand
