    Sir, I have purchased hitachi AC 1.5 spilt inverter type on April 2014 at Reliance digital , Kellkattalai , Chennai branch , from insulation day slightly bad smell was observed , insulation person says day by day the smell was gone. But till date there is no recovery from the bad smell . so , I request to change the indoor unit with out delay . There is no remedy from the requested above Iam going to consumer court to fill the case against Hitachi AC .Please needful to help change the indoor unit with out delay .

    This is to inform you that we have purchase a Hitachi window AC on 29/05/2014. After that we went on holidays for a month. When we came back from holidays and tried to run the AC, it didn’t work. I registered a complaint on 29/06/2014. A technician came after 3-4 day after some observation he told us to resolve the same next day but after that he didn’t come. I have repeatedly made a complaint at your Customer Care no. but nothing has happened so far (15 days passed).
    I feel I have been cheated by the company. We are your customers and had paid good amount for your product, in return we don’t expect such harassment from your part. I have already registered a online complain to consumer court for my money back. If my AC will not get replaced with another new one asap because it did’nt work a single day, i will take this issue further to court.

    Service centre raised request no also : 14062602996 As call customer 48 Hr while time required is okay
    But still waiting for call i have time limit tomorrow moving out of station its not fix when to come back
    I tried 50 times for the service : 07932449243 and 0732440908 only ringing no answer and customer care nothing can do their going on system upgrading
    My expectation your label of brand and service at list on call when they will come they will coming or no.
    My request raised on Friday still waiting for call today tomorrow Sunday weekly off Monday may be in progress so what meaning of within 48 Hr installation campaign

    Requested to look into the matter and resolve the same as soon as possible.

      I agree with Neal. I have also been tryin to reach them since last 5 days.Once I could connect and was diverted to four persons and still my Ac could not be connected.

      I am quite happy with Carrier / Voltas (my previous AC) but mad a blunder of buying Hitachi this time. This is only one month old product an no one is listening. It is really pathetic.

      My stong recommendation to viewers – ” NOT TO BUY” HITACHI AC. This is my worst experince.

    Respected Sir,

    With reference to the above cited subject, it is to bring to your notice that i VIVEK CHRISTACHARI is your loyal customer. I am having 3 units of Hitachi Split AC (One pcs- 1.5 ton & Two pcs- 1.2 ton). I am facing problem in 1.2 ton split ac (Not working at all) (In warranty) which was purchased from RAMESH CORPORATION, AHMEDABAD. I have initially registered my complaint as well as service call on 14/09/2013 and since then i have been following up so many times(On 17/09/2013 – 6 times almost & on 18/09/2013 – 2 times) with your customer care executives on the telephone no. 079-30414747. In spite of the same there is no response or follow up from your service team. I have been continuously following up with them they just replied that your complaint has been escalated to the service team, however no response is received from the service team. At the ahmedabad service station contact no. 079-32440908 & 079-32449243, no one is receiving phone.

    Further, It is to inform that AC is installed at my clinic near my house and we are facing so much problem due to fault in AC. I am in pathetic situation and this is hampering my business as it is not not attended by your service station since 14/09/2013 Saturday morning 11.00 a.m.

    In this context, it is requested to look into the matter and resolve the same as soon as possible.

    We bought hitachi window ac last year. It has already stopped working twice..once the front electronic panel stopped responding to the remote…somehow we got it repaired by a local person as despite making numerous calls, nobody came to repair it though it was still in the warranty period….but this time, the fan has stopped working. for this we had complained a month back, since then, we have made at least 100 phone calls to the customer care, customer greivance cell (01132961233), service manager and their corporate office in delhi but it seems our voice falls on deaf ears. I have been told that probably my dc motor of fan is not working..and somebody will attend to it or give a call back…however, it has been a month now and everytime the answer is….sir, the motor is yet to come from gujrat, the moment it comes, we will come and repair it…every time they say sir its a promise that by next week your problem will be resolved…we take guarantee that it will be repaired but till date, nobody has come to even see as to what is wrong, nobody ever called back and its been a month now in this heat that we are living without AC. i even wrote mails..but no use. This was the first AC we had bought..and we were so happy…and now i feel that i wasted my hard earned Rs. 30,000 on this AC and really feel sorry for myself and curse the moment when i bought it. Also, as the motor of this AC is apparently different from other ACs, even a local AC wala cannot repair it…this is how these people cheat on you…despite us still being in warranty period..,,,false assurances everytime…i have left all hopes now…BUT PLEASE I REALLY REQUEST NEVER EVER BUY THIS AC UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIFT IT TO AN ENEMY OR MAYBE EVEN THEN NOT..AS IT IS NOT WORTH IT EVEN FOR FREE…

    Same hs got defective on July’12 and I hv complained on 19/07/2013 & Complaint No.13072002058 issued on 20/7/13,
    AC could be attended after lot of persuation on 23/07/13 and estimate given for DC motor for replacement.
    Since then every day I am booking complaint on toll free and other number no c/No. being issued nor repair were
    materialised till date(13/8/2013)
    It is a matter of great concern

    From my experience, i cam say that never buy a Hitachi product. First they sell all the defective appliances in the Indian Market and then they don’t bother to attend to customer’s complaints. I have purchased two split ACs in 2010. Soon after installation both the AC’s started giving problems. They were not cooling. I have full doubts that their compressors were defective. Service personnel jut fixed them somehow for the first year. From that year onward, it has been an ordeal to get the complaints registered( it is a great surprise that company like Hitachi doesn’t has a toll free number to register the complaint. When you try to register the complaint, it takes almost 20-25 minutes to register your complaint) and get the fault rectified. Most shabby company, Waste products and pathetic customer service.

    I entered into AMC on 8/6/2012. contract no 365.in mumbai the service was done onthat day.there after no service.no followup..when my a/c stopped it was attended after lot of pursuation and follow up.I have requested to extend the contract for non full fulfilment of the service qty per anum but no response.inspite of repeated reminders by phone and mail.
    the service of hitachi is not upto the mark.the smaller company like “carrier” and “videocon” are giving better service and prompt.

    Last Year we have installed a Window AC in our Home.While searching for a Service Helpline number of Hitachi,I called up at Toll Free number 1800 102 0092.there some lady told me that this is Hitachi Television division,you need to call 079 –3532 4848 for AC service queries.

    Here When I called up first there was a message that this number is temporary out of service,then in my second attempt…the message was this number is busy……I tried this number for approx Half an hour and then I got the line connected,and I spoke to Manpreet….after giving her the details the phone get disconnected….after after trying for another 5-10 mins,I again get connected to helpline and this time it was prashant…..again after having my details call again got disconnected.

    Now I am trying but the message is that this number doesn’t exist or this number is temporary out of service or this route is busy.

    Being a Good name in the industry,We expect much more from Hitachi.

    I am an Hitachi 1.5 Ton AC user.
    I have problem No Proper Cooling and I called your toll free no and registered a complaint, no 13042301542 dated 23/04/2013.
    The technician came and charged Rs. 550/- for service and informed that there was a problem in voltage and stabilizer. , but as on date there is an technician so he would inform when the voltage was proper.
    Waited till 24/04/2013 and after several phone calls was asked to re register the complaint.
    No 13042503468 dater 25/04/2013 with same problem.
    Still informed that the problem in stabilizer. now i changed new stabilizer for proper working but we have found same proble.

    Now this is my third complaint for same problem and registered no is 13042802637 dated 26/04/2013 they assured me that we will provide trained technician . (This means all the electrician are fake).
    ok technician come and say that Display/thermostat problem in your AC. Today is 06/05/2013, ten days since my first complain and neither your technician,
    nor service centre people are able to address the problem.
    Thus is a highly irresponsible behaviour. Please solved my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will go consumer court for same.

    Q1. Why are u wasting my 3000 rs for new stabilizer.
    Q2. why you have untrained technician/electrician.
    Q3. Why my problem not solved till date.

    My name is Sabu Nair R/o House No.70, Pocket -5, Sector -2, Rohini, Delhi-85 has complaint my split Air conditioner vide model no.RAS517IRD (I CLEAN MODEL) dated 2nd of may 2013 and my complaint no. is 13050200616 on 3rd of May an engineer visit my residence and he said to me that your I clean mode is not working the I clean Brush is damage i will change the brush tomorrow . My ac is not working due to the damage of I clean .

    after 5 days is over there is response about the complaint. Daily i call minimum 10 calls from your customer care no. 35324848 about this matter the people said to me that the engineer will attend today. Delhi s temperature 41 degree and the cust.caree officers have no updation/ idea about this matter.

    42 days old new born baby is in my house . All my family is suffering from heat . what can i do ? It is a very bad experience to me to purchase Worlds No.1 brand ac. I purchase this ac on 27.03.2011. I asking you to how many times/ days to solve my problem please I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I have complained u about my 1.5 ton Inverter split AC on 29th March, 2013, there after on 31st March, 2013 & 7th, April, 2013 your (good for nothing) technician again visited my house, they have taken the PCB & motor under their custody. after long effort they were in vain, I have realized that U havnt any technician for repair the Inverter AC in Kolkata, Ur technicians hav assured me that problem will solved within 3 days, But 11 days passed, No fon call I hav got, Till now I am in real Dark. I hav 2 go to consumer court further if u fail to assist me.

    We have been informing you by mail continously for the past 10 days about not working of refrigerator which was bought only last 6 month back with lots of promises of good services after sales from the dealer but now we realize the fact that we have been made fool of buying a refregerator of Rs.80k
    Is this the way of giving services to the consumer.
    No service engineer have ever called or contacted about the problem.

    Take this as final notice that if the rectification of the refrigerator is not done within three working then we have no other option to file a case against your company in consumer court for deficiency in service and mental agony caused.

    I bought hitachi ac (kaze 1.5 ton ) last week from vijay sales ,ahmedabad.since the very first day ac started making noise and water tripping problem from the indoor unit.i have registered a complaint since 16/04/13,but uptill now i haven’t yet got a single call for service though i have been calling customer care regularly and asking for solution.
    i fill i have been cheated by the company and if my problem will not get resolved asap, i will take this issue to press and make people aware how this company is harasing it’s clients .also i will go to consumer court for my money back ,i don’t want your plastic box written hitachi on it.we are your customers and had paid good amount for your product,in return we don’t expect such harassment from your part.

    It has been extreme level of stupidity that the service provider which you have been allotted in faridabad,is having totally nonsense
    service.The service they are providing is totally nonsense.

    Any customer who is getting angry..on a product or on a part on behalf of Hitachi..its their responsibility to convince to their customers.Despite of being a high value product in market & in India, the service provider is totally providing non sense in return & in
    terms of service to the customers.

    I am fully authorised..& I have rights to get angry on my 45 days old registered complaint to Hitachi.
    Mr. Ashwani from Tirupati talks diplomatic & then talks nonsense in terms of service.

    I am asking about my status of complaint, in return I get a diplomatic answer..after listening I felt that I am talking to a wrong guy in Hitachi. Therefore I have always asked about senior to Mr.ashwani. From there I get the reference of Mr. Sangram Patel & his cell detail so that I can flush out my full anger on him as conveyed by Mr. Ashwani .

    The talk went so rubbish that rather providing proper level of service a service centre refers to regional head.
    He should ask me to wait & request me that sir you will be getting a feed back call from Hitachi Service soon about your concerned complaint.

    Now in this place even Hitachi service people are so busy even to cross check about the complaints which has been registered from
    last one month.
    Irshad from Ahemdabad contact details +07930414747,called once I have explained my concern & after that I didn’t get a response or a return call back from him.

    I have even called from my cell +919899642323 today to talk to Irshad & that stupid person hanged up for 5-7minutes.
    After that I even called again & had a word with Jaidev & asked him to get me connect to Irshad but no response till now.

    Being a customer I have bought products of more than 1.5 lac in single transaction, where I have bought two products of Hitachi, one is Ac & other one is refrigerator.

    It is the extreme level of stupidity that gurgoan service people have make a practice of taking old part first than giving the new part in return to get it replaced under warranty for customer & now by chance if that old part was working slight a bit slow but it was working as compared to the new & okay one. The client gives the old first & expect to get this replaced in a day & after a day when ever the new part arrives & fixed at customers place it is again found defective not even working a slow bit.

    In this above whole story the client or customer suffers, & Hitachi norms are completed cauz they have received their old part & issued new in return-extreme stupidest.

    In this scenario the customers suffers a shit & I don’t know what Hitachi gets in it.!!

    Are you taking your client on grant..that when he him self gets angry & start to pull up the service people then you people rise up.

    I being a user of a Hitachi now want to speak to a country head first rather than getting my concern rectified.

    I had a problem In AC-Fan ( Sound problem ) in April 2012 .I complaint to air conditioner point .He reply us this is due to servicing problem.
    He had come to our home and wash the air conditioner done the Servicing . After Two mounth left Our Ac- Fan Has Stop .Again I call up To Air Conditioner Point date -15 July time 12.00pm
    Again They come our home on 23th july time 9.30am and check the fan and told us You fan is fail and not workable .He take my fan to his shop .After Two day left we call up . What about my fan .He told that your purchasing gaurentery is expired now .You are purchasing date now 1 year 2 month are left .This is not replace now .So We can take a money For new fan. and this 3 Mouth gaurentery

    My Question Is this Japan Technology only One Year two mouth is Workable .
    Where We go now after September winter is start if fan is not workable again we replace. ?

    also i have registered my complaint on 9 th aug and 14 aug
    We are Requesting you Please look in to this .

    I registered service complaint for my window AC First I made complaint on 30-6-2012 for repair (Hitachi Company), but till now no technician attended ,again I have called so many times for repair. but till now no response, About two months has been passed. Please suggest me the remedy/ action should be taken against Hitachi Company.
    I think it’s my one of the biggest mistakes. I will suggest all the people pls do not purchase AC of Hitachi Company…………

    I am really very much disappoint from the service of Hitachi, they just looted people and making us fool …first Blender from Hitachi is…On catalog the given number for customer care 35324848 is unreached.I bought My 5 star window AC from Vijya Sales Lajpat Nagar, When i am calling to they they are not responding.And some numbers are also not working. I am calling they for MY AC free services…..

    My decision..Never go for Hitachi

    i have purchased HITACHI AC on 05-05-12 from M/S Electronic planet , Mohali, Punjab, model no. RAV518ERD. despite repeated reminders to Dealer and customer service centre, no one turned up either for installation and service… is this is the name of HITACHI a multinational company service provider segment… very shameful.

    What we should do…Why people to purchase an AC which is not working????

    I brought a new Hitachi Split AC on 24-05-2012 from New Delhi. After Instillation on 27-05-2012 the AC will not working. There is no cooling and compressor makes some noise, when we start the AC. Than I make a complaint on customer call center no on 01-06-2012. After call so many times on customer care number the technician came on 09-06-2012 ( after 8 days) and inform me that they can not fix the AC because there is no Gas in the AC. They say, either you have to pay for the gas or other wise we can not fix your AC.

    I also send an email Two times to Customer care but till now no one can reply me.
    I am not expected this type of very poor service from Hitachi.

    Could you please advice me what should I have do now.

    We have made complaint to Hitachi Customer Care on 01.06.2012 for continious water dripping from Internal Unit. The service staff came on 02.06.2012 , they have opened the machine and doesnot able to reinstall it. The machine has since been shut down. We have repeatedly made a complaint at your Customer Care no. but nothing has happened so far. Please suggest me the remedy.
