    You guys are big cheaters and fraud.
    We filed complaint for our ac on 25th June and somebody came to attend that on 27th June. He asked to take the PCB with advance for repairing it. But the person has not returned back till now and also their phn is not reachable.

    Along with this customer care department is also not ready to help us.

    Will definitely file a case against general in consumer court and will not recommend anybody for this brand.

    I have purchased spilt a/c in on november 31st 2013,but from the day of purchase not getting cooling just followed up with sub dealer cool n cool (chennai),they did something and atlast they said to reach ETA,On june 20th is raised complaint with customer care (18002061007) and they gave me complaint number (CHE11406200025) after long strrugle and more than 25 calls to customer care ,they changed cooling coil of my A/C,,But cooling goes even worser and then called the manger of ETA chennai julian fedrick(9003026779) he tries to only argue with me and not finding solution .i feel very stressed and my hard earn money 36000 rs and calls made to cc all have been wasted,and i have sent 8 to mails to customer care mail ID but no response..Also i have deceide to publish this matter in social media ,also trying to get higher offcial id of fujistic genral and ETA to esculate this matter .

    #PERSONAL# Grievance/customer complaint.
    Dear Sir.

    It is with great regret and disappointment that I am writing this to you to report and bring to your notice about a recent incident which I suffered while dealing with an esteemed company like yours.

    On date,12/05/2014. I bought an air conditioner of O’General company from Vijay Sales, C.G Road branch. As discussed with Mr. Jaydeep, (Ph. No: 8733068816). We did the initial inquiry of the ACs and have mentioned him that the ACs were to be transported to Surendranagar, Gujarat which is where we needed it. He agreed to it and the machines were delivered.

    We have mentioned him explicitly that we don’t want any installation as we will do it by ourself. He agreed to it without providing us any details on the company policy.
    While getting the Bill of this ACs, he mentioned that please use this bill for warranty purpose which is of 5 years for the machine. He did not took any signature in written for the same too regarding the installation and warranty.
    However, even upon prior agreement, there was no warranty for the machine given to us. We have the bill with us. Now. they are asking us for AMC which is of Rs. 2000. I don’t know for what reason I should be paying AMC. I am getting cheated from Mr. jaydeep.

    For a similar equipment of Hitachi, we followed the same approach and the machine was transported and there were warranty issues. But now, they have provided us the warranty with the invoice receipt.

    It is to my great amusement that a reputed store like yours is making life hell for customers for such a trivial matter. I have been running from pillar to post to obtain the details, but in vain. It is a matter of great concern to me as an individual and as a customer. In absence of any proper response on this request within next ten working days, I am afraid the consumer court would need to be involved for further investigation.

    Hoping for a positive, helpful and prompt response on the above request.

    For the record, I am also attaching the bill details with the mail. Please feel free to reach to me in case of any concerns.

    Our warranty complaint No. GHA11405260020 dated 26 May 14 for window O GENERAL Air Conditioner has been attended on 12 Jun 14. The compressor has been replaced free of cost. But we have been very excessively charged for gas filling I.e Rs. 3395/= and compressor fitment charges Rs. 200/= vide bill No. 332 dated 12 Jun 14 by STAR TECH AIRCONDITIONERS, Sector 27, NOIDA your authorised service centre. Please look into the matter on priority.

    hello

    i have purchased an split AC of your company. From the day 1 i am not satisfied either with AC or with service.
    the AC compressor is faulty the service care people came and checked the AC and they took the compressor and told they will replace it as it is under warrenty.

    last 3 months have been passed i did not get my part back or any information.
    when i contact them they always say 1 week more.

    I AM COMPLETELY FED UP WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
    If you still not do anything regarding this issue I will go to the consumer court.

    We purchased an Ac of O General ( Part no 9319867007-01 )on 12/4/2013 from Choice Electronics ,H-15 Main Vikas Marg, Laxmi nagar,delhi-110092. Since then no one came for Demo . we have been calling the retailer for it but all in vain . He is least bothered . We had heard that OGeneral is one of the best AC but it is of no use if nobody comes and tell us how it works. I hope this mail would work and do the needful.

    i Prchace 2 an o general air condition on 25.05.13 and it was observed that on 25th of may 2013 itself the ac stop working we made a complaint to shop keeper who further forwarded the same to KBM electronics service centre The rep visited our Office on 25.5.13 and we made Dismaental & Installation charges Rs.1600 but he informed us that the compressor of the ac is not working and it is to be changed whtich is in warrantey. Mr. Rawat MB no9560253615 repeteadly but all in vain after so many complaints ultimately by the grace of god not u people we could succed in getting the compressor repaired / exchanged by 25th of may 2013 However it worked for a few second and now the postion is that the same is not working

    Sir ,
    I purchased a 2-ton o-general split a.c 5star rating model due to the reason that it is the best in its class as heard and paid a lot more then any other company’s cooling unit so I was having good expectations from o-general in terms of cooling and after sale services , but your company proved me absolutely wrong.
    You had given your such a prestigious company’s dealership to a really horrible dealer who is not ready to understand his customer problem and even not interested in resolving it and giving customer satisfaction .
    First of all they send the installing person who didn’t care about the customer’s a.c unit and tried to fill his pocket as much and as fast he can, he installed it without proper equipments and also punched the pipe too badly and used a very cheap and low quality insulation material on pipes and when we told him that you are doing your job not proper then he was speaking to us in a manner as if we are not paying and he is doing a free job. He was not behaving and doing his job in a proper manner. And after complaining about his job to the dealer from whom we purchased then also there was no positive attitude by him.
    The dealer has no good installation engineers, I think that they just hire them without checking there job performance and even they don’t hire them they pay them on per installation bases.. Sir after the installaion was done in an unproper and damaged way I complaint alot to the dealer , ogeneral helpline number and even I spoke to Zule Ahmad ji , he helped me but not fully , till now date I am very much unsatisfied with the installation done and the service given to me. Nobody from ogeneral visited to check their job which was done in an horrible manner.
    Sir I agree that your product is good but without proper installation and service it can’t work in a nice condition thus satisfying the customer and after facing these kind of huge hectic problems I will not prefer to buy further any product from o-general and also would tell and suggest others not a buy at all.
    So sir I request you to please impart your attention towards this and please try to solve my problem.

    Dear Genral Manager,
    I have purchased a 2 toninvertor tech model split AC, 15 months ago. I am a resident of Jublie hills Hyderabad. Since last one month my AC is not working, have contacted the dealer who sold me the Ac Mr Shyam, as well one Mr Azar in your sales team in Hyderabad. They did made few attempts but couldnt rectify the problem.
    Finally they are saying that they will replace the Ac since lat 15 days, yet no action or conformation of it.

    I have paid 150% more that the market price to this Ac comparatively other Ac models in the market, because I have felt and trusted that Ogenral is the best Ac in the world, but it turned out to be my nightmare.
    I am reall suffering without Ac in my bedroom.
    Have lost all my pations now, if you guys won’t reach it immediately then I have no other choice except calling the print and the electronic media and burn your Ogenral Ac in front of them and wash off my hands.
    Please look in to my issue immediately and take proper action…

    i bought an o general air condition on 06.05.11 and it was observed that on 6th of may itself the ac stop working we made a complaint to shop keeper who further forwarded the same to shivay electronics service centre The rep visited our home on 8.5.12 and we made service charges Rs. 500 but he informed us that the compressor of the ac is not working and it is to be changed whtich is in warrantey. Mr. Vipi no 07533209799 and 9546137119 were the nos given by him.further we contacted Mr. Neraj Rastogi Mr Saleem and Mr. Juher Ahmad repeteadly but all in vain after so many complaints ultimately by the grace of god not u people we could succed in getting the compressor repaired / exchanged by 10th of June However it worked for a few hours and now the postion is that the same is not working
