    I have purchased UV + RO device in April 2014 and paid an advance amount and balance by pd cheques. All my cheques are honoured by me in time and my whole payment is made. But so for the company not issued Bill and warranty card for the purchase of the instrument. I am asking the sales man for the past four months but the he is not at all caring about our request. When they want to sell they are behaving like beggers after purchase of the product they are treating us like beggers. this is not going to help Euroka forbes and their reputaton. the day will come for all these problems they have to answer to the customers.

    I have never seen such a worst company bill Invoice is not giving to the customers when the pproducts purchased and paid all payments. I donot know these problems come to the Headoffice knowledge or not.

    Eurokaforbes has to take stropg steps to avoid these kind of problems creating by the dealers. otherwise euroka forbes will be shut down shortly.

    If I will not get my receipt within one weeks time I have no other opttion to file a case in consumer court to get a compensation.

    The service people also not coming even after complaint is given even after seven days. my advise donot purchase this item.

    We have purchased the Aquaguard Total Neo Water Purifier from your dealer (per invoice Panvel dealer however we ordered it to your Ulhasnagar dealer) on 31/05/2014.

    On the day when your guy was fitting the device we all noted that the stand was broken and your guy ensured us that it will be replace in two day. Till date nothing is replaced We have raised our issue with Mr Dinesh Patil (Ulhasnagar) all these days but all in vain. We have also raised our complaint by your SMS service 8082299333 and also to your call center. Today I even spoke to your floor manger in your call center.
    This is really pathetic services that your company is providing. In this competitive world if you are providing such service, it itself shows the quality and standard of your organization. On purchase of new product this issue than what we can expect from after sale service. In all we have 4 Aquaguard in our family and your after sale service these days are below standard. We made mistake knowing and experiencing these type or your service we went and brought this new device from you.

    If my issue is not resolved within two day (completely resolved not temporary adjustment) I will expect you to refund our money and take back your device. I will also make it
    points that I will put all the issues and situation that I faced in all my internet blogs and site so that no one who knows me should not buy any of your product. We also have blog in our company where we can put all such issue so that no other staff face such situation (We have near about 2500 staff in our Mumbai office)

    I also expect that you take proper action on the concerned service department. If you outsource you service department you should ensure that they are maintaining the standard and strict action should be taken on such department and responsible person.

    I have ordered the Aquaguard Water Purification system (Model: Geneus) on 9-May-2014. We received the System on 10-May-2014.
    I have called many times for installation and Mr. Siddaraju came and installed the system on 14-May-2014. But he has not installed properly and also not given any instruction about the system. I am keep on trying to call him, but till now not yet come and he is not responding properly over phone. I am very much disappointed regarding the service.

    I bought eureka forbes reviva model 2 units and within a span of 6 months i experience ultimate bitter experience with this units both machines are failed to deliver the water properly, whenever we are calling for service, some inexperienced (infants like) technicians are coming without having the knowledge to spell the installed machines name and straightaway insisting us to install further more filters to get water. I dont think the higher officials too think about the customer greivances and i dont imagine how this company is running without having service network in this competitive scenario… So please aware before buying this product there is no service at all and the amount which you are investing to buy this product is utter waste of money and time

    Worst service ever, these guys don’t really care about the service in the first place, what to think of the quality! They don’t have enough technicians at hand. At any given time they would just reply you “Our service personnel are out of station”. I really doubt if they have a geniuine office like they state on their manuals and website. Most of the time they don’t pick the phone, if by luck we happen to hear a busy tone they would never return a call. I assure everyone that these guys are best at making money through service contracts. They never service like they say, they tell you all lies like service contracts are dealt with more priority than the usual paid complaints blah blah blah but they are utter lies. They never come at the pre-scheduled times, they make excuses or make up a story when you call them for service. There are even circumstances when water stinked when these guys don’t change the candles in the purifiers. Crap at it’s best on the whole.

    I had purchased Aquasure Kitanu magnet in August,2013.It had worked for 2 months.The it started working slowly for another 2 months.After that ie is NOT WORKING.I lodged complaint to c c of co.on30/12/2013 & again on 4/1/2014.But nothing had been done till today.I am very unhappy with co.If nothing is done in 7 working days,I will go to Consumer Forum & also send a circular to Indian Medical
    Association(IMA) requesting all doctora to think twice before they purchase your
    products.

    I had purchased Aquaguard Compact 2 months ago. I am very disappointed by the product. The water smells really very very bad. I filed complaint so many times but I didn’t got any service from their side. This is so disappointing. I have even asked the customer care to replace it and give me Aquaguard RO but they are neither replacing it nor fixing the problem.They are not even sending their executive to come and check the problem. I don’t know what is happening. Which kind of service they are offering.I want the head office person to do the needful as soon as possible.I want to replace it as I am not satisfied with either of the product or the service.I am residing in South Delhi, Savitri Nagar.

    They are not changing my aqua-guard free candle filter during this AMC period. They are not calling and not visiting for service.
    according to AMC they usually change the candle filter every six months of AMC. The due date of change the candle filter on August 2013 but still they are not calling or changing the candle.
    My problem is water is not coming from the machine since last four days, LED lights are not working and there is requirement of complete cleaning of both the chambers.
    I strictly complain to you this matter and take the action against your Jharkhand, RANCHI, Customer Service Division that they are very lazy in providing quality service to their customers.
    Aquagard is known for its quality service but your Ranchi, Customer Service Division is just opposite of it.
    I am so frustrated from your service now i am thinking of changing it with any other service.

    I request you to inform you that, I have purchase Aqua guard water purifier, 10 months back. From the beginning onwards it was not working properly and water also not purified 100%. I have given complaints one technician came to my house and said 1 filter fault and another technician came to my house to diagnose the machine and said 2 filters fault and other technician came to my house and diagnose the machine and said 4 filters fault. It all happens within 2 months. No one can give correct information regarding this defect of the Aqua guard Reviva model machine.
    Last 2 months back my whole family members felt sick and I was clarified with doctor some bacterial infection caused.
    Service Engineer also inspected the machine he said you replace the filter that filter cost nearly about Rs.4000 and the machine cost is Rs.12250.
    I think Aqua guard is very good quality products, now I am thinking the quality of the products is very poor.
    This is my problem. Kindly consider this case.

    I registered a complain for replacement of the container of Aqua sure extra. For 3 weeks I am following up and no body turned up. I call almost everyday. Either the ph. is in engaged mode or else the customer care convince me that somebody will turn up in the evening.
    I don’t know what the hell is going on. Even this part is not available in outside shops. If the company can’t deliver, let them allow the out shops to sell the parts on behalf of Aqua sure. At least even if we have to pay a little extra we will get the service.

    Now I have changed my machine to Aquaguard RO Green in Nov 12.

    I have followed for the change my amc to my new Aquaguard with M/s Gurukrupa Services Chinchwad as well as your Office At Kasarwadi Pune

    But the reply is negative from both the side.

    Now I request you to please take immediate action and refund my balance amount on immediate basis

    Its pathetic to have service from these guys, i have registered complaint since last days (it is said that your complaint will be addressed within 2 days so funny), followed up call for 3-4 times a day from last 3 days, but still not attended, and the local service provider expect to have EMC and to purchase local parts from him… at the same time the customer care executives also responds as: it will be done, will be done… and if you want to escalate, will not allowed…

    I bought AquaSure Water filter – Galaxy model from AquaGuard on 27.05.2013 at Chennai. From the beginning the water is not flowing properly. I thought of mistake in fixing and we tried for several days. I started to buy water can for drinking purposes. On 8th July I contacted Chennai Customer Care no. 044- 39883333. My complaint No. is 72138266. Every day I got a call from their office asking about the warranty period existence. On 12th July a technician attended and identified the problem in the filter unit. I contacted everyday to attend the problem. One executive Mr. Anand spoke to me and told that the cost of the filter unit is Rs.750 and I have to bear the expenses. I told him that the product is in warranty period. I spent Rs.2,600/- to buy that useless filter. Now they are demanding additional Rs.750 to make it work. I have not yet enjoyed least from that product.

    Sir, I have a ROBOT MACHINE of AQUA GUARD company. It is under AMC for 2 years . Latest AMC for 2 years is in the name of my wife, V.RATHNAKUMARI. The Customer centre number given to us was 044-26840597. But, for last several months, nobody is attending this number. Our Machine goes faulty frequently. This may be a simple fault.     I had purchased an AquaSure double storage water purifier, 20 ltrs. It has a push tap which is broken. It has been over two months since i lodged a complaint. But the result has been very poor. If it takes 02 months to act on a problem for such a small item, i really wonder what kind of service the company is providing. I am still waiting for the defective item, which i know will not come. There is no choice left for a customer like me to do than dump the water purifier and buy a new one(definitely no product of Eureka Forbes), which however small could provide me good service.
    Poor show for a company which has pioneered the technology of water purification.
    If Possible atleast let this mail should shake u guys up….I will not stop here but send my opinion on every place possible.

    I would like to bring to ur notice that I am in regular service contract since I have purchased aquaguard (Almost 10-12 yrs). Am extremely unhappy with ur services from past 3-4 yrs. In spite of being in contract for 03 yrs no regular servicing is being done in time. No complaints are being addressed to and in spite of taking appointment on phone nobody turns up for servicing. This time again its almost 03 weeks when I was informed that the person will come for servicing unfortunately no one has turned up till date.

    I would like to know why I should not be refunded my money and take up this issue to the appropriate authority.Why should I along with my family drink dirty water in spite of paying you in advance for 3 yrs.

    R/Sir i had purchaded a aquagard from ur reputed company on 06/06/2012 after installation i could not got a single glass of ur product.i louged many complaied but resutl is zero.pl do the need full action

    complaint no. 87117325 and identification no : 18602003434 lodged with call center for paide service at lucknow one month back but no body has attended to our call yet on calling your lucknow service at 0522 – 39883333 nobody has attended our call repeated reminders and reqeusts has yeilded no results , behaviour of service centere staff and lady picking up the phone is very rude and now nobody is picking our call on 0522 – 39883333 and 05222788849 , please get our machine serviced on priority and punish the erring staff for erratic behaviour
