    many people do shopping from big bazaar for there daily needs results in a long waiting queue. specially on weekends. less number of cash counters make it more difficult.
    It is really very painful job, specially for senior citizens of pune.
    I think they should start one counter for senior citizens and, pregnant ladies.

    I had a very good shopping experience with Big Bazar at different places of India viz Ahmedabad, Silchar and Gurgaon. I have recently been shifted in Najafgarh, New Delhi PIN 110043, but found it that even after a population hub, there is no big bazar either in Najafgarh of in Dwarka. I request the decision making body of the big bazar that atleast one big bazar may immediately be opened either at Najafgarh or in Dwarka Secor 19 New Delhi so that a large quantum of population of this area say about more than one crore can take the befits of quality marketing and cheaper rates as the big bazars gives various types of offers. egards.

    Hi, I purchased one AC with a false committment for a Stablizer Free. ON delivery I was told that the offer does not exist.

    It is indeed a setback from such a big group.

    The witness are the three members of my family.

    This with one very ugly incident at the Big Bazaar Bangalore Malleswaram Branch premises.
    My Daughters ethnic wear was purchased which was tagged at 799/-
    There was a offer price of 399/- which was present on the stand from where this was picked up and also it was confirmed by the Apparels staff.
    During the billing as there were many items[close to about 42]..this item reconciliation was forgotten by me.

    The next day when i come and speak to the customer care..there is hardly anyone who is willing to come forward to address the issue.
    Some Umesh Pujari comes saying that he is the store manager[doubt very much based on his presence/appearance]
    he is very rude to ladies and does not have the courtesy to address the concerns.

    He wastes 40mns as he does not have value for a customers time and then walks away pretending to talk on his mobile.

    Now some piece of shit Prabhakaran/Prathibharan comes in the scene..acting as the big boss of the Malleswaram Big Bazaar.
    Pathetic Attitude, Irresponsible behaviour,Rude Arrogance and Faded Uniform add agony to the misery as he is not willing to address the issue.

    Two hours past the entrance at the this store..i still have not got my legitimate money back/refund and acknowledgement of the issue.

    The staff have behaved very rude on this and this misbehavior is not acceptable.
    Since i was getting late for the office hence i had to leave.
    Training both these Indecent men can be a opportunity for Big Bazaar Bangalore Malleswaram Branch.

    Well i have still not got my refund back and want the issue to be addressed.

    Today I went for shopping at Big Bazaar Wazirpur, New Delhi. The billing details are as follows:

    Date : 26-10-13 (today)-RECPT NO.-0010374- AMOUNT – 1196.00
    Date : 26-10-13 (today)-RECPT NO.-0010375- AMOUNT – 1946.00
    Date : 26-10-13 (today)-RECPT NO.-0010376- AMOUNT – 8406.00

    In last bill (Amount-8406): Sweat Shirt per piece 1099- I had taken only one and the cashier has shown as 2 nos. In good faith as usual I paid through credit card and came to home. After re checking I have noticed that instead of one cashier has mentioned as 2 nos i.e. total 1099 rs was paid extra by me. As i have come to my home I can not prove that I have taken only one sweat shirt.

    The logic is simple, in all the items of three bills he has mentioned QTY as 1 no. as each item is scanned to read bar code, but here he has simply mentioned 2 nos deliberately.

    This is clear cheating and I can not do anything except that I would stop shopping at Big Bazaar.

    Thanks for cheating me as I have saved a lot after deciding not to visit again.

    I have a T24 mobile connection received through Big Bazaar promo. My problem is that I had been facing extreme delays in getting recharge dues credited to my account. Recently I had to talk to T24 customer care to get the credits. On the latest occasion, 23 April 2013, even registering a complaint with T24 CC has been of no use as they keep saying they have not closed my complaint nor do they credit my account the due amounts.

    An email to Big Bazaar, addressed to the only email ID I could find for them “sharewithus@fvrl.in”, has elicited no response.

    Can I look forward to a plausible explanation and solution to this issue asap?

    Totally disappointing! Twice in a month!!!! Shopping in Big Bazaar the day before a big sale is a disaster. Most of the shelves in the grocery will be empty, the assistants will be too busy to help you with a query, and the never ending queues due to the thoughtless management is a nightmare. My experience was in Kandivali East Grovels 101 Big Bazaar.
    Early in April, doing my fortnightly shopping, after waiting in line for about 40 minutes, I at last managed to reach the paying counter and got all the items scanned and made payment with credit card. My bad luck, the machine got hung just then. Had to wait aside in that crowd, with 2 small children and my stuff for nearly an hour, just so that they can confirm the transaction, if not a bill. We dint get any apologies for the inconvenience, not even an offer to some complimentary drink for my child who was very distressed waiting there; the minimum the staff could do was be polite and courteous. I guess, they get enough customers to conveniently forget what is customer service.
    The next blow came yesterday. I finished my shopping in 45 minutes, thankfully the assistants were too busy to help today being the ‘big sale’. Had to wait in the queue for 1 hr 15 minutes. A family with 3 trolleys full of items were making the payments with coupons, slowly making different bills for different stuff. In spite of continuous complaints, the management did not think of opening another counter for coupon payments, which is their own creation. Even while the queues are very long, every alternate cash counter is inoperable or closed. Why create unnecessary tension between customers while all these situations can be managed with a little efficient administration and tact.
    With the big sale announced for the next 5 days, it will be a great act of bravery to even visit the shop this week. Can anybody teach them some lessons in counter handling?!

    It has been a very bad experience with Bigbazaar eternity mall nagpur I purhased a
    onida microwave oven on 12/03/2013 as gift to my uncle for his birthday. The sale person told us that it will be installed + operating demo will given by the concerned company person within 48 hours. We kept on calling those sales guys on 14/03/2013 they told us that my microwave oven has already been registered. On 15/03/2013 I called up again at 12:00 the person said that its not his job to keep tab on company(microwave) person He asked me to contact the service centre and gave me a fake number!!! Frustrated I called up the microwave company call centre and was shocked to find that Your person has register on 15/03/2013!!! and now I have to wait for next 48 hours! Even after purchasing the appliance well in advance for my uncle’s birthday! Real shame! The whole time this sales team was in deep slumber? I really regret buying the appliance from your store as my experience with dealers/shops is so good you know they personally take care of things and assure you that things are done on time. BigBazaar is a big chain and due to your employees you might lose your valuable customers.
    So please do the needful and hope nobody get such experience

    We are facing lots of problem while have a shopping at your Wazirpur store due to MIS GUIDING PRICING / Non corporative sales team…every time we find that offer wrritten on board is not showing in billing….its means offer wrritten on the product on properly updated in SYSTEM this not the one time isssue every time we find the same issue & we have to spend our valuable ime at customer case for bill correction its clearly shows NON-RESPONCBLE MANAGMNENT AT STORE>

    on 26 jan-13 i had purchased 2 Kurtis from garments section at the offer of BUY two at 499 but at the time of billing its over charged at 799 for two whereas the offer is 499 for two…….we had spent near about 45 minutes for billing correction & GARMENT SECTION MANAGER said these Kurtis i have said your can check the offer on Kurtis its only one the one many Kurtis laying on that section , he said you show me one kurti………….when we had visited the Kurtis section many kurtis of same degin & price laying there & other customer to buying the same on that offer…….????

    Its clearly show Mismanagement & irresponsible behaviour of sales manager fo WAzripur store garment section manager.

    Again on 26th-FEB-13 we had visited the sorte of shopping we find offer on chid clothing 80% off sales guys is with us he had help us to find the child cloth on 80% off but again at the time off billing

    ist the offer as 50 % off again the same garment manager is there & said sir offer is not valid on these garment when i showed him the child garment section where OFFER BOARD IS THERE WITH 80% OFF …..HE IS GIVING EXPLANATION AS SIR BY MISTAKE WE HAD PUT THE 80% OFF BORAD AT THE CHILD SECTION …….???????? WHAT IS THIS HOW CAN THE GARMENT SECTION MANAGER DO THESE KIND OF MISTAKES & PLAY WITH THE CUSTOMER TIME & SHOPPING MODE.
