    Subject-non confirmation of our new of IGL connection

    I had applied to Indraprastha Gas Ltd. for a domestic connection for which I have got BP No. 2013160551 dated 14/01/2013. Though a period of more than 90 days have passed I have not got the connection as yet.

    Dear Sir,

    1) My name is Ghan Shyam Joshi and my ID is 2013114960. During the month of Oct I had handed over all relevant documents like, address proof etc. alongwith cheque for Rs.6,000/- iu favour of IGL and Form duly filled in and handed over the same to the officials camped in Sector 37, Noida. I got Receipt No. 415 dated 7th October 2013 from Yogmaya & Company.

    2) my son, Deepak Joshi also handed over the Form No. 302206 alongwith all relevant documents and cheque for Rs.6,000/- on 8th Oct 2013 vide Receipt No. 479 dated8.10.2013 of Yogmaya & Company.

    Now more than two months are going to over but regret the cheques have not been debited in our accounts and no officials from IGL also visited our places till date. Since the validity of cheques will get over in 3 months, I request you to deposit the above cheques urgently. Please also advise IGL officials to depute their representative for inspection/verification of our premises immediately.

    Incase the cheques are not deposited within the validity period, IGL will be held responsible, which please note.

    I am not satisfied with the estimated bill invoice date 17.1 .2014 .
    Our today ‘s meter reading is 505 but our estimated reading which is on 12 .1.2014 is 515.The bill which we are asked to pay is1,597.34.
    On 15.5.2013 also we had got a bill amount of 2,231.66.No correction have been done for that bill.
    So,kindly send somebody to take meter reading after 4 p.m. and make a proper bill.

    2 TEAMS SAID INTALLATION WILL BE DONE AS THEY GOT ALL OF ELECTRICITY CONNECTIONS CHANGED

    2 TEAMS SAYS NOT POSSIBLE SO REFUND WILL COME IN 30 DAYS

    TODAY IS OVER 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF LAST VISIT BUT REFUND IS STILL PENDING.

    The most irritating service ever …today,aug 19th,2013 is the last day for the bill payment and when trying to register in the site ,they say password would be mailed in the next 3 days…Whats that ?Can you accept late payment without any extra charge ??The Customer Care is annoying too …they refuse to help and asked to make the cash payment instead …What is this site build for ???Entertainment ???

    the station man Mr. Arvind has talk like wild animal and he dont gave me the complaint book this is not the first time that he behave likes an animal.

    I had applied to Indraprastha Gas Ltd. for a domestic connection for which I have got BP No. 4000209096 dated 14/01/2013. Though a period of more than 90 days have passed I have not got the connection as yet.The people at the helpline are not helpfull,they do not provide any satisfactory reply. There is no respose to any feedback. The customercare No. 46074607 is totally useless. Nobody attends to it even for 15 minutes after which it is automatically disconnected. What a pathetic condition the company is in? They are simply befooling the public.

    INDRAPRASTHA GAS New Connection for 3 Easy steps

    Application For New Connection (Step 1)

    (a) Click on “Online submission of request for PNG connection” and fill your details. On successful submission you will get a “Reference number” which you can use for further correspondence with IGL in regards to your request for PNG connection.
    (b) Once submitted successfully the technical feasibility step for your request is in progress. After feasibility of your request is confirmed, you will get intimation from IGL to complete the registration process as explained in Steps 2 & 3
    (c) Please take a print out of your registration form as you need to submit the duly filled & signed registration form later in hard copy format {While Document Submission (step 3)}.

    Now Your Connection Request is in feasibility exercise.Once feasibility exercise of your connection request is completed, you will get intimation from IGL to make payment in regards to New connection fee(See Step 2).

    Make Payment (Step 2)

    Kindly submit the required payment through one cheque of Rs.6000/- (Rs 5000/- as defined in clause 1 under Customers’ Rights and Obligations of the Terms & Conditions and Rs.1000/- clause 8 under Customers’ Rights and Obligations of the Terms & Conditions) in favour of “Indraprastha Gas Limited ”.

    Document Submission (Step 3)

    To complete the New Connection request application process please Submit / Courier the following set of documents to Marketing Department,IGL Bhawan, Plot No. 4, Community Center Sector 9, R.K.Puram, New Delhi – 110022..
    1) Duly signed registration form (refer to step 1-c)
    2) LPG Undertaking
    3) Ownership Proof [current month’s electricity Bill / copy of latest House tax receipt / Copy of sales deed ].

    Dear,

    My name is Abhishek Jain R/O Aravli Apartment, Sector 52, Noida pin-201301. I had applied for new connection of IGL connection on 19-Dec-2012.I was assured that the inquiry will be done and I will get the connection in 3 months but no action has been taken yet.
    I requested to send the cheque and document formalities.
    Same was done on 18-Feb- 2013, but no response till date.

    Customer care is not receiving the call and no updated provided.
    It’s Pathetic experience.
    So it is my humble request to take some action, or let me know the action i have to take.

    Dear sir,
    The portal support @ igl.co.in is of no use as it is not helping the costomer but only misguiding. I have applied for new pipe gas connection on 16/10/2012. All formalities have been completed ans BPno. alloted as 7000047368. I contacted the contractor nearly a month back and he informed that he has been informed for doing connection and connection will be done in fifteen days. byt it one month passed but connection not given. on requesting to Portal support for early action, the answer is survey in progress. Kindly ask portal supprt , not write just for answering the mail.
