    Dear Sir,

    I am a daily user of the DMRC services. However, to my dismay, I would like to bring it to your notice that the security Check Machines and Personnel need to be increased at the Chandni Chowk Metro Station during peak hours as during these hours, it takes as much as 30 minutes to enter the station premises and get pass through the security checks. It is becoming highly inconvinient day-by day as where it takes me 40 minutes for my entire jouney from Chandni Chowk to Pitampura, it takes me the same time just to enter the station premises.

    Also, I would like to request you to kindly increase the no. of coaches on metro red line i.e. running from Dilshad Garden to Rithala. As again during the peak hours, it becomes immensely congested and suffocated due to the large crowds pouring in and the line, despite being the first one to be operational is stilll having 4 coaches most of the time.

    DEAR SIR
    UNDER THE ABLE LEADERSHIP OF MR SRIDHARAN DMRC SERVICES FOR THE COMMUTERS WAS EXCELLENT .BUT AFTER HIS RETIREMENT PRESENTLY DMRC SERVICES HAVE DETERIORATED TO ABSIAMALLY LOW. THE GATES ARE FOUND DEFECTIVE AND TRAVELLERS ARE FACING ACUTE PROBLEMS. PARTICULARLY AT NOIDA CITYCENTER THE MAINTENACE AND SUPERVISION IS SO LOW THAT EVERYDAY SOME OR OTHER GATES ARE DEFECTIVE AND NO PROPER SERVICING DONE. DMRC WAS BETTERTHAN OTHER RAIL TRANSPORTS BUT NOW IT IS BECOMMING ANOTHER NON-EFFICIENT COMPANY. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL TO IMPROVE MAINTENANCES OF STATIONS SO THAT COMMUTERS DO NOT FEEL PROBLEMS.E

    After the superannuation of MR Sridharan, the efficiency of stn services particularly at NOIDA CITYCENTER is low as a result the commuters are facing problems. The gates computerised but most remain defective particularly in morning and it takes more than 10 minutes to open at certain times. No body attends to problems from DMRC.Please draw the attn of higher officials to take notice of the poor service/maintenance of gates particularly at NOIDA citycenter..Most of the staffs are adamant and do not heed attention to commuters problems. DMRC being a public sector must attend to public services promptly.
