    I have given complaint 4 days back but they r closing ticket no 2 times without solving the problem also no body r responding next day same problem cause I never seen such a poor service

    They can’t provide toll free number also
    Better they can shut down the service
    Still problem is pending

    I have raised a complaint and 3 days past still i have not received any single response from the customer support team. i have tried to reach the customer care number 044-42840000 but not able to reach got replied in IVR to sent sms with the register number . i need to know why there is a delay in response.

    Is this a way that you responding customers. Am paying the money to get the services not for the useless network.

    My Internet connection isn’t working since 17th Nov (9days) and the customer care won’t answer calls and also the technicians and sales manager mobile numbers are not answering as well..
    Wouldn’t know what to do, it isn’t easy without Internet.
    Regret taking their connection and I doubt if they have any office in chennai..

    I have asked the customer care to raise a complaint on 16/11/2015 for wifi connectivity issue. Without resolving it, you guys are closing the complaint number as successful. Are you guys thinking the customers are fool. Really its irritating. I need the issue needs to be fixed today. Else cancel my connection.

    I want to know when customers will be able to contact you through voice portal ? When ever I call to customer care number (044 42840000), its saying number doesn’t exist. Even we are not able to contact Nodal Officer.

    Hi,

    I am using act broadband A/c No 1109302. From 31st aug onwards my broadband is not working. How many times i Have given compliants. Till date it not rectify. Compliant no 0005636519- 1sep, 0005646043- 1sep, 0005660227- 3sep, 0005689084- 5sep, 0005692184- 6sep. Why u r wasting my time and money. Customer care they telling minimum 4hrs maximum 12hrs it will rectify. They r doing temporary rectify it will works 4hrs only again its wont work. I am total fed up with ACT team, Please get in touch with on my email.Make sure i get it at the earliest possible.

    Its been since July 15,sending mails to Act customer care for my internet issue, no response or callback given till date . Neither the customer care number works and itis not valid 04442840000.its ridiculous… Their is no way to get in touch with customer care….

    Dear Mr Kiran Kumar S,

    I don’t know what to say and how to say this but whatever you have got there is competely rotten. I am just a normal customer looking for a proper Fiber Broadband service. I am actually feeling embarrassed for defending your inability to provide me a service even by now, the 15th day since I asked for the service on 4th Aug,15.

    And Guess what, I am a Fiber Broadband Engg by profession and that perhaps is the only reason why I felt this as some sort of ‘Understanding’ not to shout at your Customer Service Agents who either lack basic ‘follow up’ options of immediate call back but better ability to fend off the responsibilty on some ‘Department’ because your process requires it as such. Disappointing fact is that your Complaints Dept doesn’t get back proactively unless the Customer has made the follow up call.

    Look at the best part. ACT has the mindset to take Rs 1810 at the promise of delivering (Keeping me captivated against moving on) but none in your entire staffing has the audacity to get back to me and get the connection up and running rather than making promises of ‘I will look into it and do what’s needed’.

    I don’t even believe the fact that someone actually will understand the importance of this. In place where I work, my Customer’s Health Monitor Alarm works on the Internet Signal, if lost would get them killed for which I stand responsible. If you know what I am talking about then please do something.. .

    In accordance with TRAI Regualtions, this is my complaint (_0005417808_) to the Nodal Officer of ACT, Bangalore post dissatisfaction with the redressal of the complaint at the Call Centre level for your inability to provide me a service since 4th Aug,15.

    Why are you wasting our valuable time ? This below question you can ask yesterday itself sending one question in the everyday morning and kept yourself silent for 24 hrs is not a recommendable practice .while booking a connection your representative is promised us for static IP in 7 working days and he collected network diagram in the same day, again twice we have send you soft copy’s based on your mail request .please maintain proper process to follow-up with the customers ,taking same information from customers again and again is meaning less work.

    Dear kiran,
    i had applied for a new connection on 6/6/2015 the guy who approached and said feasibility available for your location.Then i applied he completed all those formalities and got the proof identity and amount installation charges rs.500 and 2500 for Act fibernet broadband.He priorly informed me that it will take 5 days but still from the date of applied connection not given and while calling to that sales person not attending the call while unfortunately he attends the call his answer will be within a hour connection will be given or else cable not available to gave a connection what is this?This is the manner you guys responding to the customer he said tomorrow i will refund the money then why should that fellow completed the formalities really i am very disappointed with your service .

    I had ACT connection in October’14 and Mr. Ramesh ( 9538863042) , Mr Baswalingapa from Kalyan Nagar field sales rep and Technical rep. Last month they told me we can’t give connection to my place since there is no Rack installed and i have a asked them to refund the amount, they have raised a SR for refund i got the email on the Tuesdsay and Wednesday[ Date: Thu, Mar 26, 2015 at 4:13 AM

    i have shared my bank details to refund the amount on 25th March’15 again 26th March’15 and i am suppose to get the refunded amount today (4th April’15) but i just received email again for refund bank details, this is something ridiculous. Such a worst ACT customer service. Customer support service is so pathetic they don’t know what to do and just raise a SR whenever i talk to them.

    I had been to ACT office in Horamauv , Kalyan nagar on 24th March’15 the Representative told me that he is raised a request to refund my money back and i would get back in one week once i receive the email from you guys.

    I am total fed up with ACT refund team, Please get in touch with on my email.Make sure i get it at the earliest possible.

    I’m from Madipakkam, Chennai. I had requested for new connection, sales representative came and he told me what’s doc would be required and ACTonebox should be placed for which 40-50rupees monthly would be adjusted in the bill. And I said I would require 999 plan. Two days later he came, I provided all proofs required, just before filling appl form he requested me to take 1299 plan because there would be audit and they would question me why for one customer you are giving connection. It would create prob for him. I said its customer wish on which plan he wants to subscribe. He said initially take 1299 pls after couple of days or next month billing change to 999 plan which I was not happy. Doing so, he gave back all docs and left the place. Very arrogant

    Hi Team
    I had applied for a new broadband connection on Dec 4th, Thursday and was assured that it would be installed by Dec 7th, Sunday at the max. The sales person named Manjunatha.S (7829267802) further told me that he will try for Saturday. On saturday when I called him up, he said it would be done only by sunday.
    When on Sunday, I called him up, he didnot even pick up the call. In the evening around 6.30pm, I happened to meet him in the apartment main gate where when questioned, he told me the technician had come but there was some problem in optical fibre and would be done the next day.
    Its monday and till now nothing has been done. The customee care now tells that there is no port available in the apartment.
    Is this the way you operate? Collect money from the customers and then dont bother to respond. When asked anything, the sales person very comfortably says you can take the refund! I made the payment for the plan Act Blaze, installation charges and router on the first day itself.
    Going through all your reviews on the net for connection problems, I think you should change your tag line to Incredibily Irresponsible!!

    My case is even worse. No call back or update in the past 9 days. Customer support was more than comfortable to take a request for refund than providing an ETA for connection. No one listens to you in ACT after payment is made.

    One of the worse customer service experienced even before i got connected to Act.

    Dear Mr Kiran,
    i recently took a new connection and paid for the six months in advance.on 19Feb 2014 at 1000am for which I have a reciept for the same. I was dealing with your field staff Mr Rajesh mobile 8095551940 who assured me that the connection will be done within the next 2 days. I called him yesterday and he assured me that by 1100am latest on 22 Feb 2014 that the team would come an dinstall the same. It is now 1230 noon on my watch and there is no signs of any of your team or nor his he taking my calls when i call him on his mobile. If this is the quality of service I recieve even before the connection is actually installed I dread to think of what I would face should I be connected and have a problem with the connection. I would like my money back as I dread to think of dealing with your Team, Its shameful.
