I bought a Dell Venue Thunder mobile and after 3 months the mobile get complaint. And replace my mobile with new one from an authorized service center (Accel Frontline, Dell Service Center in Mettukada ,Thiruvananthapuram kerala INDIA). The new mobile given from service center was a complained one, i adjust to use the mobile almost 8-9 month after of that, there is so many problem find in my mobile, so i again send my mobile for servicing via an authorized service center (Accel Frontline Vellayambal Thiruvananthapuram kerala INDIA) on 19-Mar-2013. But my mobile not return yet.
I will wait for your respond. If the mobile not return till 4-April-2013 then i complaint on Consumer court

I have Dell XCD28 the problem is the net is always active on the phone,i tried and uncheck the “use 2G internet” in setting option,but it continues, problem is when the cupon of 2G recharge expires it constantly keeps on reducing the balance, kindly tell me how to close the net in such situations.

Dell mobile after sales service is very very … BAD. The service center at Bhubaneswar asks to send a mail to dell if its post warranty describing the problem. Then when u get a estimate kind of thing from them, make a demand draft in the name of Tech solutions (service center at Bhubaneswar) to get the repair done. How ridiculous! I just curse the moment i decided to buy a dell mobile.
My sincere advise to all future mobile buyers be ware don’t get entrapped by Dell. You will have to literally cry to get any repair job done. First of all Dell doesn’t have any service center of its own. So how do u think u will get after sales service???
