    Your mobile is good. I have been using gionee p3 since two years and I have always praised your phone in front of all my friends
    But how much good the phone is more than that your service centers are worst!!
    I have got really worst service both the times I been there
    Those illiterate people , in spite of telling what the problem is , they r doing something totally different.
    I told them I have problem with my memory card port. And they r least bothered to even check
    And told that if we upgrade the phone it will work fine.
    When the problem persisted I went aga uh n to them
    So they told it is problem with the phone ram
    A 512 mb ram does not support 32 gb . The info given on box is fake and don’t use 32 gb in pioneer p3.
    This statement from your service fellow gave me a totally wrong image about your company. I thought the service fellow was right

    And it has been 1 year I am still having the memory card problem. I felt the service not good.

    This year I bought elife 7 mini…
    I am having battery issue . This time I decided to go to another branch. But that branch is hardly open, simply I wasted my time and money to go there and return.
    So i had to go to same previous cenree at chichpokli in mumbai but When I went to same center, he spoke rudely that the center is closed and refused to accept our request to just accept the ph.
    6 pm is the closing time? So everyone I have aNY problem I have to always take a leave from work and come to your center??
    And I don’t even trust your center fellow, instead of repairing they spoil it eleven more,
    Simply all my data got deleted last time from phone, it was not required at all
    What sort of after sales service is this?
    Kindly improve your staff
    And If this time my battery issue is not resolved, my mouth publicity is going to be negative bout gionee

    I like to inform you that my son Mr Arun Shekhawat has given M2 hand set IMEI 862782027464502 to your jorhat (Assam) service center “TAG WORLD ” ON DATED 25.05.2015 But I not yet received my set after necessary repairing or replacement. Service center agent not given any satisfied reply about the phone in what status.

    I therefore request you to kindly replace my phone as soon as possible otherwise I have bound to take legal help for harassments and replace the set.

    Sir I don’t want to use such words. But I am really pissed of from the gionee e7 mini mobile and their worst ever treated service center. Sir its not even 4 months I bought a new gionee phone e7mini. But out of that it have been remain in the service center for then two months. I only have a problem in a charging jack. They repair it after a period of one month. But evrey 2nd week I visit their service center. I told them to replace my phone but no one bother. I requested so many times but they are not at all serious. Its a new phone n I went to service center 5, 6 times. I haven’t used my phone yet properly. Its gionee e7mini. ImeI 1st- 864141020474331 Imei 2nd-864141021274334 More over non of them amswer the call. Whenever I call for status update. Please find out whats the matter.     Worst hand sets ……please do not waste money,worst service center at jaipur specially Mr.Bhargav (Branch Manager) dose not know how to handle customers.
