I had purchased LAVA A16 DUAL SIM MOBILE ON 15-5-2012. Now since last one month only one SIM 2 is working. SIM 1 is not working. I had contacted Doctor mobile your service centre in rajkot-gujarat. But they did nothing & told me that socket is breaked, & very rudely & roughly taked with me. Now i have put in trouble. I use both sim regularly & now only one sim port no. 2 is working. Everything all is properly working in my mobile & i love my mobile very much for it’s every function.
Still two months are there for warrenty period for my mobile. Now what to do sir?
