I acknowledge receipt of your Email dated 8.5.2013 thereby you have simply given a casual reply & ignored the issues raised by me. May I know what progress has been made after my email dated 1st May, 2013 & to this your reply 2nd May, 2013 in resolving the issues relating to the POOR NETWORK, ANTENNA & BATTERY BACK UP .You are simply lingering on the matter just to harass the customer. You have replied vide your latest email that you have replied that you have escalated my case. Is this kind of escalation your give that even about lapse of 3 weeks, I am suffering hardship getting my issue resolved? What further assistance you will provide, as you claim in your emails where as in reality you are not giving any attention towards my repeated requests.
On the matter I have also lodged the matter with you vide Complaint Number 0805135732 dated 8th May, 2013.
Your Service Center at JALANDHAR has made a mockery of the customer service. There cannot be worse service than what they have been providing to your customers. They are totally irresponsible, careless, ignorant & adamant towards your customer & deliberately harassing the customer.
The agony is that your customer care office at Company Corporate Office is also not giving any attention towards this matter despite appraising them about this matter. It appears that it is done with their connivance.
To save your time I do not go back in details for the previous conversation, I may inform you the talks I had with your service center at Jalandhar on 08.05.2013. I called them in the morning. They did not give any information about the mobile set. They told me to call back with in half an hour. But they did not call back. I may mention here that this has been happening for last 10 days. On every occasion they use to say to call back but never made any call. At 4.00 pm. I again call them. They were having no knowledge about the status of the mobile & after inquiring about my mobile set, job sheet, again assured me to call back. But history repeats. No call was made to me. At 4.45 pm, I made the call, & I had to make the call because it is my mobile set & it is my money which is at stake & MICROMAX has nothing to lose in the matter as the Company might feels it is their monopoly in the competitive mobile set market & has large customer base & it hardly matters for them if some customers are unhappy with them. I repent the day when I purchased mobile set from MICROMAX. To my telephonic call, the owner of the service center again gave a vague reply & again told me that he would revert back in the matter. But despite their promise, I have not received any call from them.
May I know does the Company not consider it as BREACH OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & customer is entitled to claim Compensation for poor customer service & whether the Company should not be held responsible for the lapses on the part of its Service Center? It appears that you value our association with you on paper only whereas in reality the things are quite opposite.
I am unable to understand what has gone wrong with my mobile set & how much time it will take in getting it back. Are your technicians competent to rectify the snag in the set? If you are unable to remove defects from the mobile set why do not you return my money or give me a new set.
On 22nd April, 2013, I got a massage that your mobile set is ready for delivery. When I visited them, they said the snag is not repaired as the MOTHER BOARD is to be changed & the set is to be sent to Chandigarh Office without giving me any time frame by which it will be returned. Thereafter the harassment started & they are bent upon not to redress my repeated requests. Now they say that mobile set is received back from Chandigarh without resolving the problem & now they are repairing the mobile set. May I know if you are having main service center at Chandigarh, why the snag in the set could not be resolved there. I am afraid your service centers are doing experiment with mobile set & using hit & trail method & damaging my mobile set.
Your attitude is unwarranted & uncalled for & you have crossed all limits in relation to poor customer service. Now, I warn you to stop this harassment to me immediately & deal in a responsible manner with me as I am your customer for consideration. I write to inform you to return my mobile set immediately after resolving all faults in it or by exchanging with a new set or to return my money I spent on purchase of this mobile set, failing which I shall go to CONSUMER COURT for redressing my grievances as well as for compensation for poor customer service & harassment at your cost. Needless to mention that it is your responsibility to return my mobile set duly intact & in proper condition in relation to parts & all functioning.
I bought Micro-max Modu T from online and after 3 months of buying, cellphone automatically got dead (switched off ) and now it is not working. I shown this mobile to authorized service center. 1st day they told me it’s IMEI not registered so they will register first & then call me for further procedure but till now 1 month has been passed neither IMEI no registered nor they call me and i have tried so many times, contact no of that authorized service center & CC of Micromax but nobody responding. So I am telling each & every person of india Pls don’t buy the item of f..king micromax. Its totally bullshit…totally blush company & services…..why kept customer care no …..if nobody responding man!!

I also advice to all my friends please not purchase any product of Micromax if you want to save your money. The all customer service numbers display on website are fraud because most of them are switch off and if any connect they said that was wrong number.

But on 16-Apr-13 it is hanged, after handed over tablet to shanti mobile shop & they suggested me to go service centre, and I’m gone at service centre at Tech Telecom service centre at mega centre Hadapsar, pune. and they have no software & cable for resolve this problem. please do necessary action.

You could try to fix the device through hard reset, however the saved information of the phone will be lost.
I can understand, the phone locked, however the phone could be reset through keys.
You need to search the hard reset steps for phone keys.
Also the device is a GSM phone, so you can also try to fix that through using other sim card.

Dont buy any product from micromax. i never seen worst company in this world. i just given my mobile for touch problem in micromax authorised services center. they committed maximum two i will get my phone. but, now days past away today is 45th running and they wont respond also the customers. when im trying to contact for whole day i need to dial the numbers ,but they wont pick any from myside. really i need seen the such worst fuck service centers. also, im working in chennai and the service center is in vellore. if they didnt respond my call means, den i hav to go there at odd timing. so, My experience says dont buy any product from Micromax. Can someone tell how to file a case regarding this. if some one says means its very favaroble to me…..

Worst Product-Micromax A110. I purchased a your micromax A110 mobile on 15.04.2013 ( Two Days Back) for Rs. 10400. On the very next day of purchase there was a burning smell from the mobile and started emitting huge amount of heat… When i shown this in poorvika mobile showroom where I bought the mobile they are saying they will repair it and give it to me. If any accident happens in future because of mobile burst, who will take care of me and my family ?? Same thing can happen to you also…DOnt buy Micromax.. I bought Micromax A87 the so called Ninja 4.0 which i hate to the core!! The phone is useless if you are using it as a really smart phone. Just pick the call and say hello, talk, say bye thats all the Ninja is good for. The bottle neck is the RAM on the phone which make the phone horrible to live with!! It hangs like hell and does not respond to power off button several times in a “”DAY”". You get pissed off and take out the battery to restart the so called Ninja.
OK however i was using this horrible phone for 5 months and now I cant use it because the ear phone jack has some problem. Even if the handsfree is not inserted it shows up that the handsfree is inserted and you cannot talk normally. I had to put it on loud speaker and then talk. I understand that there might be issues(happens to all the phones in the world) I took the phone to the service centre as it is still under warranty period.
I live in Bangalore, so i went to SAI Srinivasa Technologies Rajajinagar and that was the worst experience in my life. The staff there are not competent. Technically they are not capable.After waiting for 1.5 hours, my turn came and I tried explaining the problem 4 times to them literally. They take the phone, go inside, do some check and come back asking what is the problem. I got their attention and asked them to listen to me and fix the issue. They took the request and prepared job sheet and said they would get back to me in three days and would call me with the problem that needs to be fixed.
I dint a call after 3 days, i called them back and now they say the phone is absolutely in good condition, it is just that the phone ear phone jack has problem and this needs to be addressed by the company and they will send the phone to Micromax!!
AND THIS WOULD TAKE 25 WORKING DAYS!! This is ridiculous, i have to wait for 25 working days to get this horrible phone fixed?? Is that worth it? How would anybody wait for 25 working days without a phone? When asked for a spare phone they say they cannot provide one. What is wrong with Micromax and its support??
Can anybody consider this response and take action???

I am a Micromax Canvas 2 user. I was very happy with the initial performance of the phone, however, I have now noticed a lot of call drops on this phone.
This is a dual sim phone and I have a Vodafone and an Airtel number in this phone. I have noticed call drops on both the numbers so cant say its a network issue.

I had purchased Micromax A110 on February 2013. and after 15-20days My handset used to switch off automatically though because my handset has a years guarantee therefore I gave it to a repairing center for service support on 25th february 2013.(Kanchan Mobiles, Ashiana more,Rajabajar,Baileyroad,patna). There, after inspection I got to know that there was some motherboard problem, and the part will be received from Delhi, but when I visited service center, it was not repaired and I was informed that they have not received part from delhi and hopefully it will be repaired by next week. Now, I have been making continuous calls at Micromax service center number, Customer Relations, but no actions are been taken and the services are delayed. Everytime I make calls and it is again delayed by 1 week stating that it is not yet repaired. It has been more than a month my device is with the service center and still not repaired, that made me lose my patience now. Customer Cares are for the benefit of customers to help them and support them, rather misguide them I am expecting some favourable action as soon as possible. The purchased set was getting heated while charging for the first time.I complained to the retailer and I was told that it is the normal heat for these kind of sets. As the days passed, it was over heating and returned the set on 10-12-2012 for repair. PLEASE NOTE THE UNIT WAS HARDLY IN OUR HANDS FOR THREE WEEKS. Regularly I have been to the retailer for the status and I was told sometime in January that the MOTHER BOARD is faulty; and that have to come from China as they do not have in stock. Weeks past on 14th February 2013, I was told that the mother-board is replaced and the set is ready for collection. I collected the unit in good faith and went to Chennai. I used it for a day and when I attempted to charge; it was over heating. I have been totally cheated by the retailer and your company and learned a bitter lesson. You people should be ashamed of yourself for this kind of fraudulent act.
I went again to Univercell with the unit and they asked for the phone box along with all accessories for sending back to the manufacturers. This happened on 17th February 2013. Today 25th I made a complaint with Karaikal police station for criminal breach of trust against Univercell.

I have purchased Micromax A50 Ninja on 24th February. Noticed the display is shaking from the right side bottom from the 6th day. Complain have been made through e-mails and customer care and also to their senior executives through e-mails. More than one month going to pass. Always given time for one or two days. But no positive response till now. Always one or the other excuse. No body is listening. Senior executives have stopped picking up the calls. Customer care numbers are not getting connected with the staff of the company. Calls are attended by computers and their is no response from the the call centre or the executives.

I bought Micromax X455 model and it was factory Default and i showed this to service center in (M/S Infinity Solutions) Pune and Service Center people told me to you must come within 7 days for replace this.
I told him that in 7 days its 168 Hour and still its only 162 hours so you must replace my cell phone and then he replied me to talk to call center for the same.
I called to call center (Spoke Manoj – 1 time and Spoke Varun – 2 times) and it took 30 minutes to get connect and the Micromax representative told me to get this Replace as it is in within the time period.
But service center was not ready for the same and he wanted a Mail from Micromax Country head to Replace this, I asked service center Person name, Mobile no. and Email id but he did not tell any details.
I again talked to Call center people and they were saying that it will be replace and now today is the 8th day. I buy this mobile on 29th Jan. around 4:PM and and went to service center in morning around 10:00Am and he was telling that today is 8th day from the mobile purchase but i told him that its only 160 hours and in a week there is 168 hours.
So i request to micromax company that please get me revert here or i support others who have bad experience with micromax.
For all General concern – lease don’t buy any of the Micromax company mobile as its really very bad experience with mobile + Service center + call center (no one help).
i dont know how Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Akshay Kumar is doing advertising with this company where – there is nothing to call as Support. (if this is really not supportable)

But i am happy with my Q7, which i purchaged more than 2 nd half years back, i have thrown many time and got 3 pices every time.Still it was working,but last time (its may be 6th time thrown) i thrown and switched on, surprisingly its got on and small scratch on the display glass on right corner.
Still it was working upto 15 to 20 days and its camera is excellent.
But last week i got a call and reject the same,and its got switched up.
i make it switched on and made a call and spoke for 5 to 10 minutes
From that days show small small problem that switch off automatically for 10 to 15 days.

Be alert in purchasing mobile in Tamil Nadu, because UNIVERCEL and POORVIKA are selling 2nd Hand phones (i.e used or stolen phones) which is coated again as they make it as a new one, this is the secret of their success.
I experienced in Univercel and Poorvika, because every 6 months I have to buy new phone, when we go and ask the working employees bluff something and charge very high for accessories.
Avoid buying mobiles in POORVIKA AND UNIVERCEL.

Am not able to get the 3G settings from BSNL for my Micromax a110. SMS Sent but got a reply saying they do not have the settings for this mobile. Call center not doing anything inspite of multiple calls. Site hanging due to some server problem. Can you help me pls.
u don’t need any 3g settings for this phone.just delete all the settings u have got.switch off the phone and restart it.u will get again some settings by the service providers.don’t save it and delete these.tap the setting button of ur phone and go to system settings.go to the more of data usage.u will find a option called mobile network.there u just switch on the 3g network.3g will be activated.but ur data connection should be switch on first.

I have purchased A110 (Convas 2) One week back. I am trying to configure Outlook exchange on this handset so that I can access my official mail. But I am not able to configure exchange, I have already contacted service provider “airtel” and got the 3G setting done and then also it is not able to connect the mail server. I have also checked with my local IT team for mail configuration and it is as per desired/proper settings.
Then I tried on configure the same on Samsung handset and it worked.

I bought a Micromax Tab Infinity P275 on 24th December 2012 from SUPREME INFO RETAILS PVT. LTD. 35, CHITTARANJAN AVENUE, KOLKATA-700012. Phone-40113777.
After i brought the tab at home I found that the Mini USB Port is not working. I took it to the above mentioned shop. They said they cannot help and i have to go to service center. I went to service center of Micromax at Gourab Electronics (Check Point Micromax) at 65 Bidhan Sarani, kolkata-700006, ph-64566665. There they said to change the USB port for Rs 300. After 10 days they returned me the tab. When I brought the Tab back at my home I found the tab is heating up within 1 minute and also not functioning. When I went to service center they said they can’t help. So right now i am having a Tablet which I bought before 18 days is not working, which is within Warranty period but nobody is willing to help neither the shop from where i bought it nor the service center who are responsible for the circuit damage. So what i will do now?

I had purchased micromax Q35 on 13/02/12. Within 4 months problems started arising.Calls were getting disconnected anywhere and everywhere. The charger went nonfunctional in the 5th month. In the same month the data cable stopped showing connection.I was not able to delete messages. Due to the election holiday service center was closed last 3 days, After that i was gone to service center, they are not replacing the my handset.

But after inspection by service centre they told that it was not repaireable. This is not the correct way to service the mobile in company service centre. The cost of the mobile is Rs.2700. It is not a matter of money. The period of this mobile just two months only. Nobady can purchase this type of mobiles in future. Selling of mobile is very easy. Maitain the reputation is very difficult. If your service peoples are doing like this it is very difficult to improve ur business. So kindly repair the mobile in proper way or replace the mobile at the earliset. other wise i will make a complaint in consumer court and i will post the above information in the internet also. They engage the unskilled people, already employees of another Co. & playing a game of befouling to we Indians. virtually this is a lower grade company and hv no market share in European Market. India is the best place to consume second grade products.Top to Bottom every product has a problem and persisting problems due to above reason. So “sincere advice” to every Indian not to purchase any product make of MICROMAX. I m hving A-75 model purchased recently & thrown it to dustbin. My hard earned money went in to hell.

I have bought Micromax 353g data card few months back. At that time it was working fine with Idea prepaid SIM 3G plan but suddenly 3-4 days back it stopped working with data card. Idea SIM is working fine in mobile but having problem with data card, giving DNS Error. When I call Idea customer care they said they do not allow to browse internet through data card only mobile browsing is allowed, I am surprise what’s the matter so I tried reaching customer care of MIcromax but none of their numbers are responding, I hope this problem is not only with me but with many those who are using this data card.

I M prathik parasrampuria(mba,LL.B)from bellary(karnataka).I had been to hyderabad on 18-06-2012 and purchased a micromax funbook from a univercell outlet.The funbook tablet is troubling a lot.It is automatically switching off even when the battery is 75% to 80% charged. I carry the tab for my work purposes but it didnt help me much.
Then I contacted the local micromax service provider in bellary M/S chandrika enterprises.They told me it software problem and updated the software but yet the problem remained unsolved. Later on 24-09-2012 I took the tablet to the univer cell outlet from whom I had purchased and they said me to take it to nearest micromax service centre and I went to the nearest service centre as well. The service centre person also told that its software problem and updated the same. But yet the problem remains unsolved.
The tablet is still getting off automatically even when the battery is 75-80% charged. IM where I was inspite of my so many efforts.
I want my money back with damages of rs 1000extra for my expenses to go and come to hyderabad.
If I M not replaced with a new handset or money back then I would seek legal action against micromax company for cheating me by giving me a troublesome tablet.

They say that is battery problems we change battery of tablet.

I have purchased a micromax fun book. After a weak ago its stopped working, I have given my TAB at there service centre Kalkaji for repair on 28/08/2012. Till date (on 22/10/2012)they are unable to repair my tab.The customer care and the service center as well are doing falls commitment. I am afraid with there false commitment and unrealistic answer. I can understand now that I have lost my tablet. MY ADVISE TO ALL CUSTOMER, PLEASE SPEND SOME MORE MONEY TO BUY ANY THING FROM REPUTED BRAND. When I have been calling with others automatically call has cut. Then it displayed no network service. After 10 to 20 seconds it comes full network connection. This type of Network Complaints comes in more time in my mobile. In Another Complaint is When I have been working in Internet in my mobile with one sim then After 30 seconds Another sim has displayed No Network Service (It Denotes Network Tower point is ‘‘o’’). I went to Micromax Authorized service center on 16/10/2012. I gave my mobile to the service Center in M/S. I have submitted A70 model at the service centre at Ludhiana m/s stunning technologies,Ludhiana. on 13/09/2012. There was problem in touch, they asked me to get it replaced within a week.

But the executive advised to me pls use one week if you are having the same prob you will go and ask micromax service center. Dude, save your outlook contacts (by copying into some mail, they will become .vcf format) then copy that .vcf file containing all contacts into memory card,now you can import contacts from that memory card to phone.

after 20days i had received my mobile from Micromax(Uniquesolution)Nagpur service center office submitted for repairing. but after getting mobile there was another speaker problem started in mobile. also in that mobile in call forward list one mobile number was added. this means yours replaced motherboard is not original.
also my original speaker i think replaced by your service center.
How much time i would have to raise the complaint again and again.already you have given lot of delay for replacing the motherboard.

They confessed it & told that it is not with me only. It is the company’s policy to replace the parts with re-repaired parts. It was shocking for me. Can a part is replaced with a re-repaired part within warrenty period? I would like to ask the micromax company personnel that whether it is really like that or the service personnel told me wrongly. Looking forward for hear from company’s end. I anyway do not need this phone & want my money back, otherwise I will go to consumer court.

Looking at so many complaint on board, I feel like CHEATED after purchasing a Micromax A73. I am also facing display problem in my mobile just after two months of purchasing it. Went to the local Service Center at Patna, I was told to the Board needs to be replaced & time required for this service is 10-15 days. Five days have crossed but no initiative has been taken as yet, and service engineer is not sure about its delivery. So looking at the pace of work, I am afraid of receiving the worst service from an emerging brand of India.
Number of times I tried on various numbers available on Google for its customer care. Among them only one is working. I buy a micromax A70 on 02/12/2011 in Vijayawada, it work fine 3 moths after that it start hanging and within 1 week the display is not woking, i went to service center in Vijayawada. the service center guys just like Buffalo on road , they can’t here any thing, they just treat me like a beggar,after standing 45 min they received my complaint and ask me to come after 1 week to change phone display. but they took 25 days to replace it.
And with in 20 days my phone hanged again i went to service center waited 1 hour and then they told my phone board is complaint it take 10 days to replace. i give the phone on 29/06//2012 till data i not received my phone (,job sheet no :R290,R376),now today they give a phone number :011447700044 and told ask them for my phone,that number also not working.

dear sir, i wana to known about the micromax A80 phone .does it has ” wi-fi hot spot ” available in phone or not.
This is inform you that i have purchased Micromax A75 in July 2012 but very shock when found display problem before completing 1 month .Then i have visited at your service centre at Navi Mumbai on 8/8/2012 they have suggest me keep the mobile for 7 days for replacing Display but after completing 10 days i have not received my mobile. Also i am not getting any proper response.
Pls suggest or give me my money back and collect your mobile from vashi service centre. This very bad experience which i received from Micromax

Are you serious? you think these fools give a damn about their aftersales support? I had an unresponsive softkey issue and the center wasnt willing to accept it. I threw the phone onto the ground a couple of times and the damn thing works fine now. Beat that!

On December 16th 2011, I had purchased micromax A60 Android model in a good faith.
Withiin 2 days, this mobile batttery was having problem and informed the Shop keeper from where it is purchased. It is Kamal Electronics Shop at Indra Prastha, Borivali West, mumbai.
I was directed to your Customer care service station situated at 2nd Floor and they informed that they do not have stocks and asked me to go to another address at borivali East. This all takes lot of time. Subsequently, I was informed that said dealer is not doing any service work for micromax.
Since then till date, no response is given by your customer care centres and it is a real shame on your part if you deliberately allow sales of your faulty mobiles and I will now take up this matter with Consumer grievances cell, just to let your company realise that they can’t play around with false pretexes in the market.
If i don’t receive reply within 24 hours time, this action will positively happen for sure.
