    I brought MICROMMAX mobile A111 canvas on Nov.2013. In JUNE more than one month taken for repairs. Now in october 16th again the board was complaint,vide DOC. no.S 030276-1014-1284114 DT.16.10.2014.But after a lapse of 24 days this was not received back. ON enquiry every day they saying board was not received from company. In customer care NO.18605008286 call was not going.Such hopeless service in gurantee period is not good for the company. 9447573503

    Dear Micromax,
    Today 07/11/2014, having a very BAD experience with your Authorized Service Centre at M/S K.S. MOBILE (NCR) Ghaziabad having Job Sheet No. *N040412-1014-12732713*regarding Handset having so many problems LIKE BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING, KEY PAD NOT WORKING, HANG PROBLEM, SPEAKER PROBLEM, given on 13 Oct’2014 & getting a call regarding to collect the Hand set on 06 Nov’2014.
    I went to collect the Handset on 07 Nov’2014 but I found that the Handset is been changed. I told to the representative that this was not mine handset. At first instant she was trying to show & convincing me like that this is my Handset.
    After continuous denying from my end at last she confirmed from the staff who is inside the room then she told that the HANDSET is been changed & pretending as this is the new Hand set.
    I observed during very first instant that this handset was not mine.
    My hand set was about 11 months old & having a very good appearance even their screen lamination/screen guard was not out & there is no scratch over it.
    I strongly told to all the representatives who were there at the authorized service centre that I will not take this.
    I also talked over phone only once to Feroz who is the incharge of the authorized service centre. But after receiving the call only at once he has not responded my calls I tried more than 10 times while sitting in the authorized service centre but there was no response.
    I also told to call any responsible person to sort out my issue.
    They told they will not help anything if you want to take this handset then it is ok otherwise we will not help you in rude way.
    After this I tried call to customer care on 07/11/2014, after long waiting I had talked with 2 representatives One is Akash & other is Female.
    They both have quietly listened my problem. On the behalf of talking with them I am forwarding the snap detail which is offered to me.
    Here are the points for concern
    1. Why the Handset is been changed? Why you don’t have the resources to correct the fault as per the detailed job sheet. I don’t ACCEPT any other handset inspite of MY OWN or give me the NEW Handset if you have NO resources available to OK the Faults of MY Handset.

    2. The handset is been changed without of my concern. It is the responsibility of the company to inform to ME before doing any such activity. NO INFORMATION IS GIVEN TO ME.

    3. There is no responsible person at authorized service centre to help out from the issues. No manners how to talk. DO STANDARDIZE THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES WITH KNOWLEDGABLE & SKILLED PERSONS HOW TO BEHAVE & UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CUSTOMER.

    4. I HAVE ATTACHED THE SNAP OF THE HANDSET WHICH IS OFFERED TO ME. I will not ACCEPT such type of Handset either give my own handset or do replace with NEW.

    5. DO RETURN MY OWN HANDSET I WILL NOT REQUIRE ANY OTHER HANDSET. I AM HAPPY WITH MY OWN handset. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY TO GIVE THE PERFECT RESOLUTION TO THE CUSTOMER. I WILL STRONGLY NOT ACCEPT THIS SUCH HANDSET.

    6. OTHERWISE I HAVE TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF THE CONSUMER FORUM TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

    7. Today 07/11/2014, my entire day spoiled due to the decision taken by the MICROMAX SERVICE. I am a working professional. DO NOT TAKE THE CUSTOMER ON FORGRANTED.

    8. I have given my Handset for Service for 26 days. 26 days are too much to get the best service from the service part. Why the Hand set is been kept for 26 days if you have no resources to resolve the issue. But, I am not at all satisfy with the solution provided to me at last.
    I am looking to hear from you soon regarding the same & requesting you to take attention towards my ISSUE.

    Too Pathetic Service Even i say Zero for this bad bad bad worst after sale service of micromax i never ever buy micromax phone in future . i gave my mobile micromax turbo 250. on 1st September 2014 and after one half month still not getting it from service center.today 16th october 2014 i called service center thay say wait for one week and after one week there is no surety. now waht to say abt this . 1.5 month nd still thay say wait for one week or more , lifes worst experience in service center. i visit samsung , dell others nokia they are best in service.

    Even their service center people is also not educated enough to solve problems, they only know to update the software in any problem .

    I have purchased canvas a290 and my mobile is lying in service center from last 15 days.

    I have bought micrmax android one AQ4501 through Amazon.in ON 22 SEPTEMBAR 2014.. i am having serious problem with the mob as the home screen does not pop up. i went to micomax service centre at Patna(bihar) today on 30 september 2014.But the sevice centre is closed till 07 October2014. i have tried the customer service centre 18605008286. But nobody picks up. Once it was picked up but i had to kept on holding but then it got cut. Please help me. I bought the mobile because its indian company. now i am paying for being SWADESHI.     hi… am monika,I am totally disappointment with using MicromaxMad a94: Because, my mobile is display problem.

    I am given to my phone in micromax service centre on 7/8/14. HE Send my phone head office 16/8/2014 my complain nu.2508146840 till now date 22/09/14 they are not started to service.And service centre people are not responding for customers. They are handling irrespective manners.

    poor service . i purchased micromax unite 2 on 17th of july after 15 to20 days of purchase mobile got faulty .i went to service station kings electronics jammu .they told me that its motherboard will be replaced within 10 to 15 days .i keptp hone there since one month but till date i could not receive my phone.they r just saying me to wait for next 10 days.please resolve my problem

    Hello Team,

    I bought Micromax canvas 4 on 29th Aug, 2013. From last 2-3 months, I was
    facing issue with 3g connectivity. Whenever I enable 3g Mode , the network
    goes off and the phone gets heated. The heating issue is so high that we
    cannot retain the phone in our hands.my fingre got saved from burning almost
    .

    At last I visited the service center in July and they have updated the
    software of the phone. However, the issue was not resolved. From my busy
    schedule, again, I visited the service center and submitted my phone for
    repairs. on 1st week of August .

    After lot of calls and follow ups, I got my handset. I was not able to check
    my phone as there was no battery. Next day I came to know that my issue was
    yet nt resolved. I was highly dissatisfied . Due to busy schedule, I ws
    unable to visit the service center the next day, and visited the service
    center on satuarday 7th sept, they told that as the phn is out of warranty ,
    we cannot repair the phn.

    I hv submitted my phn in warranty when there ws an issue however the issue
    is nt resolved so it is your responsibility to repair my phn in warranty or
    if you can not repair my phn, then replace my phn. you kept my phn with you
    for 25 days and you giving back my phone as its (un resolved) this seems
    like you following unethical and illegal way of retaning phones with you and
    telling custmers tht it is with factory for repair process and after keeping
    it with you till the end when the warranty is expired or almost going to
    expire and when custmer coming back to you stating that the issue is still
    there you people just took over you hands by simply saying tht the phone is
    out of warranty .which indeed is highly unproffessional and unhygenic.

    If my concerns are not being addressed, I will be forced to write an email
    to your CEO MR. VINEET TANEJA AND FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.

    I hope my efforts will nt go in vain and your early response is appreciated.

    Can you please design that mobile for the Deaf Person. That will help for deaf person.
    If anyone contacts his friend or Cousin, the message will come from that mobile, The Deaf person can read the message and they can know what they are talking to us. Then we can talk to that person. If any one tells, how are you, the message will come “how are you”. I can read that message and talk to my friend and cousin Easily.

    I bought a Micromax A250 last year on 1st November’2014. It started giving problems from the next day. It started getting on and off continuously the whole night until the battery got discharged completely. When I showed it to the vendor he suggested me to update its software. After some days I went to the customer care for updating the software. But this too didn’t work. It now begin to hang anytime. Sometimes the phone worked well but the camera didn’t. It has now become a regular feature of this phone to hang. Everytime I have to wait and go to the customer care to make it work. It has gone off yesterday afternoon and I have tried my level best to restart it but of no avail. Now I am waiting for the service center to open at 10.00am. I hope I get my some valuable suggestion/help. I was of the opinion till now that BE INDIAN and BUY INDIAN. But now I have to rethink.

    the above text msg came to me twice….but when i went to collect it ….the reply from service center was,sorry sir…..it is not working.the phone is fully damaged.
    i asked how…..we were send it to care but it is still not working.
    after 20 days i went back again……but i got the same kind of answer.then i decided ,i shall prepare a consumer case.my advocate not against me but…he said you could wait either contact head office.when i contact.reply from head office ……make a conversation with your location.this problem i got after use of 13 days.the not connecting internet and working touch pad at all.
    what shall i do,
    will the company can refund me the value of the phone or i could wait???

    I have purchase Mmx Tab P 360 on 13.08.2013. The tab was hanging and it was given to customer care Sai Telecom, B1/F2 Sector-1,Lokmanya Tilak Marg, Opp Ganesh Tower, Navi Mumbai – 400 703 on 21/09/2013.

    In many instance i have followed up with the service center but in vain. Thereafter i spoke to customer care at 18605008286 but i have received not received any response.

    One day they told me that my tab is repaired and to get it from the above service center. I went there but the shop was shifted to some other place. I again called customer care informed about the status till date i have not received any response.

    From the date of purchase, i used tab only for one month and now is almost one year the tab is lying with service center

      I bought micro max mobile i have lot of problems in my mobile model A76. Mobile bought after 4 months my display touch screen is not working then i claimed the warrenty after 1 month my mobile touch display class scrached and working. Warrenty gave the displau is not a original it is very dommy and dublicate product gave me. After i tried to micro max cistomer care number 18605008286 is call not attent my call.
