    I bought a Samsung Galaxy S111 in October last yr. Last month I discovered the phone gets hot unusually. I reported the issue to a Samsung mobile customer care which referred me to their office. On getting to the office, after explaining to the lady on the seat she told me it was a panel issue and that I have to pay N42,000,00 (Naira) even after telling her that the warrantee is still valid. Please advice.

    i had purchased a samsung galaxy grand 2 mobile on 14/02/2015. on 24/02/2015 while operating the set, i found that some black linings are appearing on LCD screen.i thought that it might be due to the low battery indication and hence i connected the same with the battery charger.but sorry to say that even after charging, condition was the same.i immediately rushed to the local distributor with this complaint & he suggested that it may be some minor defect and samsung service centre which is in Ambikapur(CG) will take care of the same.when i went there the service centre mechanic told me that it is slightly scratched at the top right corner due to falling impact & it will cost around 6300. Although i could not be able to find the same on the screen .The local distributor was also present there & he convinced me that you pay the same & i will talk to the customer care division to reimburse your loss.i got the mobile after payment of rupees 6300/-(six thousand three hundred) on 18/03/2015 but till now i have not got any assurance either from samsung side or the local vendor. when i talked to your service centre division they told that we cannot pay the same as you have dropped the set yourself.this is really a very much disgusting experience with samsung product & service division.your service center officials behavior(with whom i talked over phone )was also very much painful.
    Therefore i request you to look into the matter as some malpractices are going on in your system.improve your services like other compapanies like Micromax,sony nokia etc.otherwise consumer will fastly loose interest in purchasing SAMSUNG product. from now onwards i will think hundred times before purchasing a samsung product.

    MY Mobile problem when i using net then i had no perticular speed that give me the airtel servies for eg. in 2G plan they give me 60 / 70 kbps speed but it works up to 5/10kbps speed. After getting confirmation from service manager that phone is ready and is in working inform me to collect at center when went to collect found phone not working. And now they are demanding Rs 3000 for further repair.

    Now why should i pay if samsung people spoiled my phone please help me to get this problem resolved. As there is no response for my complaint plz help

    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring to your kind attention that after being a loyal customer of Samsung mobile phones I am really disappointed with the recent experience that I had faced with the newly purchased Galaxy Note 3. I had purchased the phone on 14th November 2013 from Bhatinda.
    Mentioned below are the problems that i am facing from the date of purchase is as under:
    1. Over heating of the phone.
    2. The phone charger provided with the box is not working and is not charging the phone.
    Incident Reporting details
    1. I contacted the toll free no customer care and was told to take the handset to the service center.
    2. 2. On 17th Nov 2013; I had personally gone to the Samsung care technician from Sriram Services (0004229688) SCF-62, Amrik singh road near bathinda 151001, and they claimed without checking any detail that the phone is alright and had kept the phone in the service center for observation for a period of two days.
    3. 3. Again I contacted the toll free number for customer care to check the process adopted in such cases with regard to newly purchased handset and they confirmed that if the handset faces any such issues within seven days from date of purchase,then the handset gets replaced with a new handset.
    But after spending approximately Rs. 45,000 I have not got the set replaced though i reported the issue withing the first 3 days of purchase.
    I look forward to a favorable response and change of my handset by Samsung Care and continue to trust that my Loyalty for the Brand remain unshaken.
