    I have already bal in my wallet account my mobikwik num 8532963107 and alternate num is 8864828364 and he’s lost when I recharge he saw ur account blocked and this type problem face many time , I’ll contact ur support team , raised ticket ,and contact ur customer care more time BT rec no responce I think u provide a very very poor service and in future I never recommend ur app

    I am using Mobikwik since from 2 years but I had not face any problem but from last two months the amount of ₹300.00 is not getting credited when I try to recharge my Airtel pre-paid account but the amount from my wallet s deducting. I will be happy if the amount is added back to my Mobikwik wallet.

    Hope you will fix the issue as soon as possible.

    Seems to be a Fraud website.

    Dear Sir,

    I had paid an amount of Rs.3663/- on 31.01.2015. I wanted to pay the amount towards my BSNL Landline 4027071492 (A/C No. 9000676222)however after the payment I had noticed that the amount had gone to Reliance communications. The transaction Id is 1422674402651/31.01.2015. As such the amount was deducted from my account and since the service provider is wrong the amount was not credited. I had given a complaint vide my ticket id 2139548. I do not know where the amount had gone and definitely Mobikwik must have track of all the payments and serve its customers better.

    I am really surprised that even after so many reminders I had not got back the amount. I hope the problem will be resolved immediately and the amount is credited to my Mobikwik valet.

    Hi sir, I wished to pay my “AIRTEL” bill of rs400 and paid the bill but when I received the mail, it is bill was not yet paid and the respective amount of ₹400 had been deducted from my account. So will u please return back my amount. Thank you

    Hi sir, I wished to pay my “TATA INDICOM” LANDLINE bill of rs393 and paid the bill but when I received the mail, it is headed under the name “RELIANCE COMMUNICATION” and my “TATA INDICOM” bill was not yet paid and the respective amount of ₹393 had been deducted from my account.     hello i forgot count how many email i send to u but no respond from your side . i try pay airtel post payed Mobil bill no 9591274803,9686650633 and 9900815658 by your website but MONEY was detected under no 14084312170858,14073107557668 and 14073103328598 dated 06/08/2014 amount rs 2350 from my account but bill was not payed i try to contact to u but costumer care no not working i send emails to u but no respond .i wont my money back in my account in 24 hours after that i have no way to go counsumar court agents u as i already talk to my advocate waiting for your reply i hope this time i will get the reply.
