    LOOP MOBILE IS PATHETICALLY USELESS.. i am trying to reach the customer care no, (#24371777) this is the 7th time i have called and the call gets disconnected after a halt of 10-15 mins. I am changing the service provider today itself…

    I am a loop mobile customer since last 15 years, and now finding myself in soup as suddenly the network is dead!!! Even before we get ported to other network service! What do I do?

    I am a loop mobile customer since last 15 years,I was told by the customer care services that the loop co, will take care of transfer of my mob no. to airtel or other services on closer of loop services (in Nov 2014). it is learned that the services are going to discontiue on 12th Nov 2014, it is the duty of loop to intimate the customer before time ,what they should do? they themself have been worried about their jobs more then what customer should do?. What more should we expect from capitalist ? they just want money and forget the faith of customer.Try making call to their customer services which they charge you 50 paisa for 3 minutes,you shall never get online for one hour,here too they want to make money.

    I am a BPL/Loopmobile customer for over 18 years and has been dissatisfied with the recent services and wanted to switch over to another service provider. To my surprise i learnt that my request was not attended and LOOP was not willing to the transfer. On my telephonic call to my relationship manager Mr Rajeev Mob. 9870899951 last week in June 2014, he agreed to transfer and said port would be communicated to AIRTEL. Whilst this was in process, suddenly on 5th July the services on my mob were disconnected saying call customer care. Now the Relationship manager Rajeev says you have to submit KYC details. When the services are under transfer why disconnect my mob use for want of KYC now. There is no coordination between Customer Care and Technical team. I think LOOP is in a LOOP and losing customers will continue with such services.

    Complaints not attended seriously by Loop Mobile. Only phone transfers & music.Fed up of customer care executives not able to solve problems.Have to improve service to win customer confidence. OldLoop user. Should have prompt and easy procedures for switching over from post paid to pre paid and vice versa. The same should be available online by which the customer with the click of a mouse should be able to migrate from post paid to pre paid and vice versa. Others customers would be compelled to migrate to other operators

    my bill plan have been changed in middle of month so my bill amount is double now i am trying from last so many days to contact customer care number but i can,t get connect with it is disconnected before i can hear there voice i personaly visited to loop store but still my plan as not reversed even i am thinking to change operator

    i have just call loop center, i told him i have bought a simcard from chakala… he told we are not seeing that area and hang the phone… very very bad services

    Such a worst service provider i haven’t seen in my life like loop mobile if you are capable to provide service to your customer then shut the company. third class customer care, technical department and sells team who never bother whether their client were facing problem or not

    For scheme activation u guys keep calling but wen we need the service u guys disappear ,sry but u shud keep records of wen ur customer needs to be called……service is fyn till date.

    Loop is having very bad customer service last 3 hr trying to block the card but they are saying that I have to call them my post paid number which is ridiculous since that no is stolen and height is that Your customer service executive Mr. Nilesh on 198 is saying that If Loop Mobile service is bad then how phone got stolen this very bad after using Loop mobile for 12 years it is just very bad experience. I am thinking of changing the network operator.

    This very wrong rule of loop mobile that they are charging 50paise for three min. for blocking the number which is postpaid number and it is stolen . It is very disturbing on part of Loop mobile whose say’s they are the best service in Mumbai. while they are displaying on their web site that they have toll free no. 800 but they charge 50 paise as per the information given by customer service exicutive
