    I have been using TATA DOCOMO post paid number since 3 months & I want to cancel it. I have submitted the application regarding this , but too if I should pay one month rental means it is not possible for me. If it is converted to prepaid then its ok else I shall not pay any of your bills .

    tata docomo worst service !…… I want my balance back you have deducted my Balance unnecessary on account without my request if company is not giving me all those refunds i will have to sue on basis of it i want my refund back immediately otherwise for such a fraud by company i will not let go it will have to suffer so take action and refund me all the money deducted unnecessarily

    I bought a Photon. Cancelled the service on Feb 2012. Still getting bill for a cancelled service. I am not sure how these guys operate a company like this. I bought the service thinking Tata is reliable. I have called the customer care number of times, no use. Is there Better Business Bureau or something where a complaint can be lodged for bad business practices. I am appalled at the level of customer service.

    Tata Docomo has the worst service i have ever got from other networks till nw. I have Taken Sim card on 11th May, 2013. It got activated on 14th may, 2013. On 14th May, 2013 I have done recharge of 84Rs. SMS Pack and on 20th May 2013 they are charging me for SMS.
    I have never seen this kind of Network. It is worst n bullshit. Tata Docomo should be shutdown. Bloody hell.

    this is most worst service i have seen…the sim does not support apple I phone… i called the customer care., they are informing me that my phone has a problem and i should give for servicing….

    but when i gave to service centre, they are informing phone is fine and sim service has the problem…

    these customer care people are worst.. once they pick the call and they put on hold nearly 40 mins..

    now am thinking to change the service from Docomo to other… as these people dont have msg facilities.. why should i waste my money for per sms…

    I had purchased a 3G TATA DOCOMO Prepay sim for Dongle on dated 30/04/13 ( 7696820672) from Chandigarh, which has not activated till the date. As I am trying to ask from customer care they are giving the other no every time .There is no any response when the sim will activate. In this fast system how many days will be taken to activate a sim.

    This is a wrong way of working that a big telecome company is taking a long time to activate the sim.
    How we can faith on the company.

    “You are charged 1 Rupee for data usage services” – but my phone does not have an internet connection facility ! The out of nowhere will come a call (only when you are in roaming) usually 677 . . . you take the call and there will be no sound ! – roaming charges are deducted. HIGH NETWORK coverage ON ALL TERRACES – keep your phone on the terrace and sit inside your house to get the call, if not get ready to pay 1 Rupee for each missed call alerts !

    Even after this, then the wind blows and the net work will get cut. I was with TATA INDICOM for 7 years happily – in South, West and North East of India. I enjoyed their service, then ported to the GSM service before 1 year – HELL IT IS DEAR PEOPLE, HELL ! CHEATERS ! CHEATERS ! – before your eyes they will cheat you “with no hidden charges” – YOU WILL SEE THEM CHARGE HELPLESSLY, I happen to have 2 photon connections as well – same story !

    my mom is a housewife she never use her cellphone for games and such idotic things like luvguru, ringtones.net….my mother is using docomo sim meri mom har month mey 50 rs ka topup karati hai par kabhi kabar na hocomo ka companywaala paisa kaat leta hai bina matlab ka(without any reason)jab customer care mey call karte hai 121 phone hi nahi lagta….so what should i do?????50 rs mey 45 rs milta hai….after 1wk or aftr 3days 45 se bal 5rs ya 10rs bal hojaata hai…

      I agree 100% to this comment ! Eg : Mumbai Nagdevi market – no coverage, Pune Lohagaon Airport side / Tingre Nagar – no coverage, Coimbatore Gandhiupuram (Main Bus Station) – no coverage. In the Train, better to SWITCH OFF and sleep !

      By coverage I mean and I expect – in the streets, inside house, inside train, inside airports / airport approach roads etc. I don’t know what it is for DOCOMO management. And most of the TATA officers I know use Vodafone to keep themselves connected & free calls from TATA DOCOMO !

    I recharged for amt of Rs. 197.00 on 03.04.2013 at 5.15 PM. As usually I was getting 500 Min’s for Tata to any local mobile for calling. But, I got only 400 Min’s for recent recharge.       also they r turn 67rs – 3gb data;

      but suddenly, raise rupees and redcuing data usage: i.e 63 – 1.5gb after, 67 – 1gb …
      now, 77 – 750gb data….
      its too dash rate….

      i am planning to through n/w becz uncomfortable paisa…

    I have recharged my tata docomo no 8981408134 by Rs 211.00 special recharge through net banking and Rs 26.00 for Internet by top up on date 11.03.2013 ,but till date my mobile balance is showing zero where as Rs 211.00 has been deducted from my bank account, and I am not able to contact with any one .What is the reason for such poor customer service ? The customer care representative on contact told me that to wait for 48 hours . If the balance cannot be updated please refund my money to my bank account .I will have to think for disconnect my connection and switch over to some other service provider .Your early action will be highly appreciated .

    2. when i recharge for plan voucher 54 for SMS & top-up benefits but now your system is shown that no top-ups available for this mobile no as you have to give me full talk time as per your offer shown on your system but your system not provide topup list (Detail attacehd for ref). please inform me When i m able to recharge topup in my mob no .

    3. why your system shows all schems shown to that mobile no which is not applicable to him after mention mobile no in your system. (when i put my no your system shows 56 recharge option for net & SMS @1.50 for 1st sms & then 99 sms free. i recharge the same & my old 29rs 600 sms schem is active so no idea that this 56 scheme is for new vendors only then why you show me & my 10 balance is deducted in SMS)

I dont now what rubbish thing is going on . I have also try to speak to customer care Mr Sachin near about 7:13 pm but he transfer my call to supervisor & i was holding the call about 30 minutes but not pick up by supervisor . so this is the service of tatadocomo . Again i was making call to customer care but not able to pass the call ……This type of service is provided by customer care . So i am sure that i should approach to Cusumer forum .

    I purchased a TATA Docomo pre paid Number- 7404170646, at Kaithal, Haryana on 16th jan for my friend coming from abroad. All my documents were provided & dually checked by retailer. My verification was successfully done on 17th jan. I put a recharge of Rs. 222.00 on the same day & AN SMS ABOUT SUCCESSFUL RECHARGE CAME FROM DOCOMO.

    My friend gave this number to his friends & business partners in Punjab, we were planning to visit. We travelled to Punjab & received SMS, WELCOMING TO PUNJAB from DOCOMO.

    After a few minutes, the signal disappeared & didn’t appear after many trials of restarting hand set, trying other hand sets, changing settings etc. My friend was totally harassed & remained dependent on my BSNL number.

    We returned to Kaithal on 23rd jan & contacted the TATA docomo distributor at Ambala Road(signal was still missing). The boys at Docomo asked me not to disturb them as NOT THEY HAVE sold this SIM to me & contact either retailer or customer care etc. They gave no head to it that how can I contact without signal in my mobile set.

    Next morning we visited them again & found them saying ‘it must be your fault. Perhaps you had negative verification etc etc.’ They were surprised when we forced them to see SMS about successful recharge & WELCOME ROAMING SMS.
    After harassing me like anything, those vulgar boys told that they would not do anything.

    I called one of my friends Mr. Manoj Batra, working with Docomo & he promised me to do all he can. On the next day he called me back that I can collect my duplicate card with same number, as it was some INTERNAL MISTAKE. I had to give my ID proof again & collect new Sim card on 25th Jan. But PROBLEMS with DOCOMO are NOT FINISHED as even after positive verification, having signal, my balance is showing 0.00. Where have Rs. 222 gone?

    My dear gentlemen at DOCOMO! it is 10th day of my troubles with DCOMO. Is any body there to resolve all this above said mess or your customs should be harassed only?

    Dear Friends if anyone planning to switch over to DOCOMO, DO NOT PORT TO DOCOMO, I ported from BSNL to DOCOMO thinking they provide good service. but 1p/s after few months got 12p/s and in spite of contacting them.. the story remain same. and there were amount deduction as always without intimation.     supplied by the are chines make which is not expected from TATA company.

    I’ve bought a new sim bearing the number-8655198106 on the 17th of this month in Mumbai. Initially I was informed that it’d take three days for you guys to check my ID and other proofs before you could activate my sim. I was ok with it. Today is the 28th and I’m yet to receive a confirmation call from you guys leave alone my sim being activated. I’m sure you can count and you must have realized by now that 3 days is not equal to 11 days. Being one of the early customers and fans of docomo in Andhra Pradesh I’m quite disappointed with the customer service I’ve been provided with. I could have posted this on the wall but I chose to do otherwise because I have immense respect for the company.

    The sim has been bought under my name “Rohith Tanjavur” on 17th December, in Mumbai. I hope this message will be followed up by an immediate reply and activation of my new number. Hoping to hear from you ASAP.

    I am using SAMSUNG GT-3322 GSM-GSM smart dual sim handset but my number 9421086657 is not working in smart dual sim mode when I checked the future of handset with other service provider like IDEA/RELIANCE/AIRTEL,found smart dual sim function is running fine with all other service providers except DOCOMO.

    In DOCOMO service with smart dual sim handset call is not diverting/waiting to IDEA also there is no option found for diverting / wating during 1) call is busy 2) out of coverage 3) Out of range. Your service simply gives tune to caller like “ dialed number is wrong/invalid”

    if suppose I called to somebody from my IDEA number and phonic conversion is in progress and same time if somebody called me to my DOCOMO number that time DOCOMO should give reply like “customer is busy on another call” but it’s not happen DOCOMO is giving tune to caller like “dialed number is wrong/invalid”

    When I put other service providers SIM (IDEA/RELIANCE/AIRTEL) in same handset then I not face such problem, only the problem is with DOCOMO sim.

    Signal are also strong ( 6 lines), using manual network AIR-cel – docomo, kindly look into the matter

    Today around 2.30 PM a massage came in my mobile (No 8891794915) that I have activated the ‘call me tunes’ and deducted from me Rs. 30/-. I have not activated any such services. Deducting the amount without any activation is cheating. I have tried from that moment when the message came to your customer care no and always it is busy recorded voice is coming that the representative is busy with other customer. try after some time. I tried till now at 11.30 pm but it is all in vain. By this type of activities customers will hate your TATA DOCOMO So I kindly request you to refund me the amount Rs 30/- immediately in my account and deactivate the call me tunes.

    Before two months ago i received a call from Tata Docomo that I am the 30th lucky docomo user who got a chance for using outstanding and cheapest postpaid service of tata docomo,ever laynched in the country.they confidently told me about the facility that tata to tata of any connection will be absolutely free and i would not pay anything more than 199 at the end of each month,even if i could save it ,it will joint to my balance account for the next month and so on.In a sheer excitement,i agreed with their proposal and transformed my prepaid sim into postpaid sim keeping the same number.i wasted lots of time in phone with my friends who are tata user.But at the end of the month,through the courrier’s bill i found a completely different picture..they just lied!!!…all the tata to tata did cost and as regular!!!there were also no 199 package and nothing…i had been forced to pay about 400 rupees including 200 rupees of security tax…it seemed like i completely bowled with the tata docomo GOOGLY!!!THE LIARS ,RUBBISH,FUCKING SERVICES…..

    Dongle Number 9282528736. My son had bought a tata docomo dongle for internet connection a couple of months back and he was using it. After he was transferred to another place he stopped using the dongle, and all bills were paid up to that date. To our surprise we started receiving bills even after non usage, and by mistake we had paid subsequent two bills for which we have not used at all.

    I personally went to their office in annanagar and reported the discrepancy. The person in charge went to the computer and said there is a mistake and we have terminated the account and we wont receive subsequent bills. But to our utter disgust and surprise , they are sending us bills for the past 5 months for a non account and threatening letters every week stating , us to pay the bill. We have used connections from airtel and reliance so many times and have not come across such arrogant people like Docomo. It is surprising that they are operating under the ethical name of TATA which is supposed to do business in a fair manner. Are you listening Mr. Ratan Tata?

    Now today they have sent us a lawyer notice, harassing us in correspondence. I am writing this letter for the users to know….

And now i dont have balance left on my phone to even call ( 0.73 rupees).     I had purchased Tata Docomo Prepaid Sim card with number – 8866800713 before one month and intended to use it mostly for internet.
    The shop keeper told me that in 250 you would get SIM Card with unlimited 3G intenet connection for one month for free. During this first one month as well as at the end of one month you would be able to utilize Rs. 250 as the internet connection is free for one month.
    After completion of one month when I tried to Recharge my internet connection by utilizing Rs 180 balance pending in my prepaid account (after using it for some calls), I got reply that you have balance of Rs. 0.06 only! Whereas as per my understanding I should still have around Rs. 180 balance from which I was intending to recharge my intenet account with Rs 75.
    Please clarify the reason for Rs 0.06 balance in my prepaid account as soon as possible.

    I took a WIFI unlimited connection last year (since 2011) and I used get a montly bill of Rs 1,250.00.
    This connection was given to me by TATA DOCOMO Kollam branch, Kerala. Sales person Mr Shameer and the branch Manager Mr Niyad of Kollam office came to my house and signed all documents from me. I have been confimed by both of them that my connection is umlimited, but for the first 10 GB I can use the 3G at maximium speed and after 10GB this will work only on normal speed. I used to get every month Rs 1250.00 plus tax.

    Suddenly from July 2012, I got a bill for Rs 3,767.00. I complained to the kollam offcie, they asked me to pay Rs 1,250.00 only and balance will be rectified from there side. The next My connection got disconnect for non payment and suddenly I received a bill mof Rs 11,560.00 for a disconnected line.

    When complained again, kollam office informed me that, this is a mistake from TATA Docomo’ side, while entering the my details into there sysem.

    Now I got a legal notice for non payment.
    This kind of threat and extortion of money from customers illegally and arbitrarily is nothing but fraud, breach of trust and cheating and amounts to unfair trade practices. Due to disconnection my connection to the family and to the world is closed by your company, so that i got humiliated and isolated and the mental pain and suffering canot be explained.

    I have attached all my correcpondance, your office reply and advocate notice for reference.

    for the last two correspondance I am not receiving any reply from your cochin office.

    Kindly look into this.

    see am a foreigner originated from mauritius i took my docomo sim 1 year before (7845583522) and my monthly recharge goes above 2000rs and now i want to know why the u are charging more than any other telecom services for international calls that is instead of 10 \rs per min you people are deducting 15rs per min so please contact me in less than 20 hours otherwise am gonna change my sim because the now realy the services became very bad and also you are giving me plans that i never activated and deducting 30rs from my balance every month and if you don’t contact me in these 20 hours am going to discourage all my friends to take docomo sim

    I am using tata docomo from last 2 years. present i shifted to Chennai to bangalore so recently i took ( 1 month back) two prepaid docomo sim cards. But winth two months approximately 4 services got activated to my both numbers, so i contacted to custome care they deactivated and with in soon they will credit back detected amount but i did not get single ruppe.. and agin this saturday aproximatly 40 rupees got dected.     It is very sad to share that the services TATA DOCOMO is providing are the worst ever I have experienced from any Telecom Organization.

    I have requested twice by calling on Call center to activate Plan of Blackberry Services Rs. 399 on my contact number.
    Also I have visited your Tata Docomo Customer care Center Udaipur (Chetak Circle) and spoken to Mr Mayank for the same on 21 Sept 2012. He ensured to activate services in 24 hrs time. But that was never activated till date.

    When I called on your customer care number again, I have spoken to Mr Upadhikari Nayak; senior supervisor, on 24 sept 2012 (timings19:10 to 19:20), He said MY NUMBER IS NOT TATA DOCOMO NUMBER. Bloody hell with the kind of services with TATA i am experiencing and I am waiting for 3 months to get over so that i can shift to Airtel or Vodafone.

    the difference between other service provider and your company is – the level of commitments ..your commitments are very much poor and less values for the customers. my number has been ported from vodafone to docomo 4.5 days back, at the time of porting , the customer care agent of a true value shop has given a commitment that the blackberry services will be activated within 2 hours of conection , but still now, inspite of calling several times to the true value hub, customer care, and blackberry service center, no steps has been taken..

    2ndly – there is a big and unprofessional communication gap inbetween the customer care executive and blackberry help desk, i have lost several valuable munites while talking to them, they are none but simply useless people.. no proper information had been provided to me properly..

    3rd. even, some of your supervisor , dont know how to address a customer needs..

    please arrange some specific training program and design a proper training methods for your team..

    if you cant keep a commitment, then why are you give false commitments to the customer at the time of selling new connections..?? is it the business ethics ? is it acceptable from the renowned company like TATA ? why are you playing with the brand name of such company ? pls arrange the valuable services which contain values and satisfaction for your customers and then do business, but atleast, some business ethics should be there .. is it business ethics? is it the way, the company like TATA doing business? is it expected ? is it thw way , you guys giving values and commitment to your customers ? is it really expected ? pls think on it.. i want this email to be revert back to me with a proper answer and must be a senior manager of the company, so called, TATA Docomo..     I am using a Nokia E 71 handset.

    Since the day I have shifted I have been facing network issues all over Kolkata.

    Calls have been dropping 2- 3 times in a single call that I make every time.

    I have made several complains for the network but the bars keep going from 0 – 4 bars and then from 4-0.

    Also a person from the network dept. came and agreed with the same as he made a physical inspection of the network at my residence.

    Lastly the customer service team had advised me to change the sim since the sim was faulty that was issued to me in the beginning.

    Upon changing of the sim the network issues still continues to be the same.

    I would earnestly request you to please look into the matter more seriously and rectify the above mentioned issue asap.

    I regret to inform you that I am very old customer of yours and was using three CUG connections of your CDMA services more than six years; your office person Mr. Rohit informed me that if I convert all my three numbers into GSM; I will get all the facilities – features free, whatever I am getting at present at CDMA. Accordingly I switched the numbers from CDMA to GSM. Unfortunately I am not getting the free SMS alert of miss call, which I was getting on CDMA network. I visited your office & complained to Mr. Rohit & your branch head Mr. Viswas; they confirmed that the sms alert service is already provided to you free on all our GSM Numbers, sometimes messages are not received by the user due to some network traffic problems. But I have come to know through your customer care that no sms service is being activated on my GSM numbers at all. I lodged the complained at customer care; but no action is being taken till today. Kindly look into the matter on priority & confirm me the action taken in this regard.
