    My mobile no. 8010553452 , at first I have vodafone connection, but, for some miscommitment from your representative I was idear user. But few days before some of your representative call me on behalf of vodafone. and assure me that from now there is no any miscommitment from vodafone, and he can also take care of any problem. He offer me RS.399 plan according this plan I agree to accept the connection. But when my no. is port to vodafone there is another shocking reply I hard from customer care representative. that my plan is for Rs. 199 and there is no internet useg, when in 399 plan there is 1 GB 3G data is available. And several time I called Mr. Vadra for asking why he has done this type of chitting with me. But after dialing of 100 times but i did not find any solution . Still now I am In a great problem with my connection and outgoing calees are stoped and within 4 days send me massage for bill amount rs 991. I just asked to all of vodafone user ” IS IT FARE” Please donot do this type of chitting to any other customer.so i requested to you pls resolve my issue

    and sim locked on 29-05-2015. i submited copy of fir+photo+voter i.d. to youe vodaphone ministore at banda u.p. for issuing same no. of sim to me. but they told
    that it will issue after a long time of 15 days. thish is harrishment and menta tourcher to me. can the mobile no sim of same no. 9839068228 isuue early or not

    On 28.03.2015 at 19.25 hrs through a SMS VodafoneI offered under Sr.No. 1 of “Aapke best fit offers hai” as under:

    1. 250 MB 3G+30 TT@Rs 57-15 days

    Seeing this offer I got my number recharged by Rs 57/-. After few minutes, I received a msg that –“Dear Customer ! Your request for 3G pack @ Rs 57/-has been received. As you hv already taken the offer benefit once, TT of 47.72 credited for this recharge”.

    Now the question arises,
    (a) why did the Vodafone send this msg to me offering this scheme if I was not eligible for the same;
    (b) where did the Vodafone alert their customer, that this was a one time offer & since I hv already availed it I m now not eligible for the same.

    This is a clear case of fraudulently extracting and exploiting of vodafone customers by keeping the information suppressed from them in the initial offer and after extracting money deny them of the due benefit.

    If the vodafone does not honour and fulfill the due offer given to me in the sms, I will be forced to persue the matter in the consumer court as well filing complaint with the TRAI.

    I had a Vodafone postpaid number (9643817220) for six months for which I was being charged for internet usage charges, although I did not used internet service on my mobile for browsing purpose. This happened more than once and therefore I requested for converting the number to prepaid on 24th October 2014.

    I was told that the postpaid to prepaid conversion would happen in 24 hours, but nothing happened.
    On 26th October, I was told that the conversion would take 48 hours. Again nothing happened.
    Subsequently on 27th October, I has told that the conversion would take 72 hours not 48 hours. And even after 72 hours nothing happened.
    Then on 29th of October a complaint was registered (complaint no – 2501104876 ) and nothing happened. I followed up on 30th and 31st October and was told to wait, however nothing happened.
    I again followed up by calling Vodafone on 1st and 2nd November, but nothing seems to move in Vodafone.
    Today when I call Vodafone I’m told that they tried contacting me on 31st and because they got no response from me, they have closed the case.
    With such a pathetic state of affair at Vodafone India, I thought of writing this complain on the web to see if there is any response.
